I'm very hard to please when it comes to quality of job and the value exchange. When underneath my toilet started backing up into my bathroom floor and shower, Arman was able to squeeze us in promptly and he knew what to do and where to look. He is patient and willing to help us lamens folk understand what we have in our house and the various tools and methods he has/deploys. They did a thorough, clean, and professional job. Even more importantly, Arman is very responsive and communicates better than virtually any contractor I've experienced.

I've already referred Arman to others and he's on my speed dial for plumbing. Extremely likable guy and you don't need to look any further to feel confident in your decision.

Pro Plumbers was assigned by Old Republic home warranty regarding a bathroom plumbing issue. Arman was prompt, courteous, super helpful and go the job in a fast and efficient manner. He also gave helpful and thorough explanations of the issue that prompted the warranty claim, as well as other general plumbing questions we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone and bring them back for other work as well.

I called home warranty about a plumbing crisis that occurred during the Corona crisis. It's not an ideal situation, no matter how you cut it. Fortunately, they assigned me Pro Plumbers. I immediately reached out to them and got a prompt reply from the owner. We talked about my concerns about the spread of the virus and he was more than considerate.

The call was placed end of day Saturday and he came out Sunday morning knowing that my house was a standstill given the plumbing issue i was dealing with. He was very considerate and cautious, used gloves and a mask. Unfortunately, snaking the pipes didn't do the trick, so he got his team, which I'm sure isn't as big as usual, to come out and jet them as soon as the next morning, and the problem was resolved.

Then, later the next week another issue came up and again the kitchen plumbing was unusable. I called him again and home warranty. Again, he was more than willing to come out and help. As it turns out the issue was different (be careful what you put down your drain/garbage disposal) but he resolved it in no time. He was also very respectful and careful as this time he had to come into the house, only touching what he needed to and he had professional mask, gloves, etc.

As a parting gift, and a true sign of the times, he offered me a couple extra masks for my family knowing the new mandate by the government. Humbling considering he's on the frontline fixing problems so people can stay at home and function without issues.

I used them for a leak in my kitchen faucet. They were referred by my home warranty company. They were professional, extremely friendly, easy to work with and honest. Armin and team replaced our main line a few weeks ago. I've used their services multiple times over the last year and I felt comfortable using them on this much larger job. They did not disappoint. As always, they were very professional, knowledgeable, competitively priced and honest. Armin in particular is accountable, genuine and always responsive. Any questions I had were thoroughly answered. I'm very happy with the quality of their work and how efficient they were with their time. I use a home warranty company and I can't tell you how many times they've sent me terrible plumbers; not to mention plumbers who left my home dirty and/or said inappropriate things to me because I'm single. Le Sigh. I'm thrilled to have found Pro Plumbers. These guys are SO professional. Kind, on time, quick and efficient. My bathroom sink and shower had terrible drainage (slow), and my shower water pressure was literally a drip - and it was driving me insane.

Enter Arman and his team, who are just the NICEST. They fixed my issues in 20 minutes flat while I sat and did some work on my couch in the other room. As I mentioned earlier, I'm a single woman living alone and it's important that male plumbers who enter my home are respectful and don't make me feel uncomfortable. I can't express this enough.

Wow! What a great company. We called our home warranty company and we met them. They showed us that our pipes were overrun with roots and carefully explained all of our options. They did an amazing job at the house and were there for 12 hours getting the job done.
