I had some clogged storm drains in my backyard. I called these guys and they gave me the estimate on the phone, came within 2 hours and unclogged them the right way. I was very impressed by their professionalism . Very reasonable. I didn't feel like I was ripped off. From now on I'll call them when I have plumbing problems for sure. Job well done

I recently had a part of my water heater malfunction causing a gas leak and these guys were a true life saver!

I contacted through Yelp with Luis who was the very first to respond. He was quick, transparent, and easy to get a hold of when needed as well as flexible. The workers came and were very friendly and helpful as well as on time!

They were also the most competitive when it comes to pricing compared to others in the area and with an assurance of their work after they leave, you definitely feel relived and get a great value.

Overall, I definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Frank came out on a Sunday at 2 hours notice. Was very professional, very nice, and answered all of my questions. He identified the issue immediately left me some recommendations to avoid the issue in the future. He left everything clean and brought all his tools he needed. And I had to leave at a certain time and he was very conscious about this even tho I had just made the appointment a couple hours ago. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

We've lived in this house for over 20 years. For the last 15 years we have had a pesky issue with the drains in our back yard.

First I rented a 100 foot automatic feed ""snake"" from Home Depot. I ran the snake from the street and at least 10 different drains in our yard. No luck.

I asked for referrals from our homeowner association and even the city FaceBook page. Each year I got the same result. Plumbers that said they could fix the problem but the only thing they fixed was their empty wallets.
One year it got so bad that our downstairs was flooded. The only solution that worked to keep the water from flood levels was to run siphon hoses from the back yard to the street. That works fine when I am home and during the day but it was not a solution.

This year I turned to Frank Alfaro from Pro Flow Rooter. Frank came out last week to assess the job and we made an appointment for him to come out in a few days. Yesterday Frank and his assistant Mike were here working various techniques for 3 hours. When they were done the drain was flowing like new.

Had an emergency gas leak in my 1941 house. Turns out that the pipes were original, and rotten with multiple leaks. Luis (owner) had a team on it the next day. Completely replaced the entire system in an 1800 sf house. I could not be happier with the results! Excellent quality and price (I received other estimates). No hesitation in recommending him and his team. Nestor, on site supervisor, was fantasic!

Nick and Luis were great. I give them my highest recommendation. I did a lot of research for my tankless water heater and got a few estimates. They came in with a fair price and put in the gas tankless I favored (it is a model they liked too.) They even called in an electrician when we discovered we needed a box near the unit. They did this for no additional price -- yes, they stuck to their estimae. Great guys. Good follow-through. Nice and efficient team of workers. I couldn't be happier with my new tankless. I will recommend them to my friends.
