We called 5 different plumbers on a Saturday night and Frank was the only one who answered his phone. It's surprising how many plumbers listed under emergency services or open 24/7 don't actually work those hours or even on Sundays. He came out on a Sunday morning to diagnose and fix our clogged pipe problem. Water from the toilet and sink we're backing up into the tub and that is never any fun. We tried snaking it ourselves but didn't accomplish anything. Frank was upfront with his pricing and did a very thorough job. You never want to have to call a plumber but we are glad that we were able to find someone local, who knows what they're doing.

Luis installed a new tankless water heater and replaced a corroded gas main for me. Terrific! I had obtained other bids and he was very competitive (besides being the nicest)!

Had a slow-draining bathtub that turned out to be corroded galvanized pipe in our old house which needed replaced with PVC pipe. Luis showed up within 24 hours. Luis is The Man! The kindest, most efficient and thorough plumber in the business. Luis came out at 8pm to my friends apartment to fix the sink in the kitchen which had been clogged for 2 days! My friend was recovering from surgery and needed things to work properly. He was so polite throughout the entire process. And he cleaned up his mess and we had a nice conversation as he told me what else needed to be done to completely fix the problem so in the future this wouldn't happen! His price was very fair. I would highly recommend Pro Flow for all your plumbing issues!
