I would highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. Excellent service, friendly staff, and great rates. When I tried to replace my garbage disposal I discovered some problems that needed professional service. They gave me a quote on the work that was less than the other companies I had come out and they explained what the problem was without talking down to me. I used them again to get some other plumbing issues resolved and once again they were the most reasonably priced and did excellent work. Thanks guys!

AMAZING work by AMAZING guys! I had a problem with my toilet (ugh) and I had to call these guys based on the reviews. They were friendly, fast, and very knowledgeable-not to mention reasonably priced compared to others! I would use their services again in a heartbeat (but hope I wont have too).

I don't know much about plumbing, or the average cost, or what to expect, but I got above average service quickly. I called and within an hour Zach came out and fixed 2 problems I had. He even had an extra used part that he didn't even charge me for. They will be back, hopefully not soon though.

Had a clogged kitchen sink and called at about 1pm on a Friday. Two guys arrived before 3pm and had the drain cleared within about 30 minutes. They explained what they were doing and gave some preventative maintenance tips. Personable and professional service.

I don't review until at least 3 visits. After my 3rd I was soooooo happy with what they did and the price they did it for. It was hundreds of dollars less then the competitors and they did it that day and without any questions. I had a main line snaked and they found another line that had to be cleaned. It was $200 dollars less than the ""big"" company and they didn't look farther than the main line. You guys are the bomb and thank you.

Cesar and Zach came out and they were friendly, polite, quick, explained what they were going to do and did it. It was my first, but not my last, experience with them. They didn't try to sell me a lot of work that didn't need to be done, and their estimate was about 1/3 of another service. Really nice people. Experienced and thorough at their work. I was impressed.

As one who does not normally take the time to write reviews, I found it inspirational to witness such expert professionalism, cordiality and non-scam pricing for a job. From the moment they take your call to the minute they leave after completing the work, you will not find a better customer experience, be assured. (You can thank me later).

Our household had issues with the internals of a 12 year old toilet when we took to the internet and phones to find a plumber who would at least sound sincere in addressing the problem to schedule a quick appointment. After a few tries elsewhere that didn't motivate us, my wife called on Willie, the owner, at Pro Drain after reading some Yelp reviews. He was superbly friendly and his visitation quote was extremely reasonable.

The very next day---on time and even calling ahead to confirm---Cesar and Zach, a couple of personable guys in their late 20s, arrived for the job. They diagnosed three problems immediately, straightforward and with no nonsense. They were efficient in their approach and solved everything in 45 minutes. I was taken aback by such an honest work ethic that's hard to find in California anymore.

You want the WOW factor in plumbing? It's Pro Drain & Plumbing. They deserve all the congratulations they get for their work---in fact, they earn it. They are the superstars of their industry. Call them with confidence.

This was my first experience with pro drain and plumbing and it was fantastic. My husband is a deployed service member and when I called Pro Service, I was really frustrated with the plumbing backing up in my home. The staff booked an appointment for the next morning, called when they were on their way, and were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They were also very fairly priced.
