My large dog broke an old outside faucet for the pool because he's obsessed with his water toy that's connected to the faucet. I called them for help and they were at my place within just 1.5 hrs, as I had to shut off the main water valve. They were great, professional and were able to replace and upgrade/secure the outside water faucet quickly. They even helped fix my dogs water toy/fountain so it isn't leaking. The prices were definitely reasonable especially it being an emergent situation. Highly recommend for no BS service!

Amazing!!! A neighbor recommended Pro Drain and I called them this morning to inquire about repairing a vibrating toilet. The owner Willie's son and son In law came out within 4 hours and replaced the necessary parts for the toilet. Since they were here I showed them 3 more small projects that I needed done sometime in the future. They said no problem, they could do it all now. They were in and out in under 2 hours, repaired all 4 small plumbing issues and my total was completely reasonable. I will use Pro Drain for all my future plumbing needs. The reviews are legit. These guys are great. They get the job done and have a great attitude. I had a clogged drain in the kitchen. Not only did the resolve the problem, Cesar gave advice on maintaining the line open. I'll be calling them up again when the need arises.

We've been with Pro Drain for many, many years. There is no other company we would call. They are professional, courteous, honest. We just had a hot water heater give up after a long life. One call to Willie and they're right out. Willie and his sons are great guys. We've trusted them for years and will continue to do so. BTW, the new hot water heater looks great and they left the area cleaner than when they found it.

Just had my second quick, easy and fairly priced Pro Drain experience . A leaking kitchen faucet was diagnosed and replaced ( I had one on hand just in case) in under 30 minutes . Zach and Cesar were prompt, polite and professional. I'll no longer bother with other plumbing companies. These guys and Wille- are just right!

I'mlate in reviewing but must say I was very pleased with the results. Honest info from the owners son- I avoided a costly whole house routing and just had a few drains cleared . I'd recommend them.
