Everything I could ask for. I called Willie at about 10am today (Saturday) with a clogged drain in a 60+ year old house in Spring Valley. He said he was just finishing up a job and could be there in about 30 minutes. It was a tough clog and took close to an hour to clear but now everything is working fine. Charged me his standard rate ($90) for a clogged drain even though it was a Saturday plus he gave me some tips on things I can do to help prevent future clogs. He'll be the first person I call the next time I need a plumber. Also have to say thanks to all of the people who took time to post about his performance. Those posts are what cinched the deal for me and led me to call him.

These guys are great, I highly recommend. Honest, quick and really nice - thanks Zach and Cesar! My plumbing issues were maybe relatively basic compared to some of the other reviewers', but I really appreciated being able to get an appointment quickly and the guys explaining everything simply and offering honest opinions about what I did / did not need to replace, etc.

I chose this company because of the fantastic reviews on Yelp and because they're local to Lemon Grove, and they did not disappoint. We have a very old house with many plumbing problems, and I think we have just found our go-to plumber. Willie, the owner, called to set up our appointment and was very friendly and easy to deal with on the phone. He was able to set up an appointment that was convenient to my schedule. Zach and Cesar came out on time and did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. They were very skilled plumbers as well as being very nice young men, and they gave us a lot of good advice. I would definitely recommend this company.

First time review writer here. These guys were wonderful! Our kitchen sink was clogged, that combined with a cracked pipe, led to a mess in our kitchen. Caesar and Zach were over at my house 3 hours after I left a message. Not only did the quickly fix the problem, but were completely professional. Their professionalism was probably the most important thing to me. I will call this company again (hopefully not for a while though).

When you have an older house (almost 60 years) having a reliable and honest plumber that you can call is VERY important. Willy from Pro Drain and Plumbing Service is who I call every time.

I have used other plumber before, but always felt I was charged too much, and didn't get the truth. Pro Drain and Plumbing Service has come out a few times to my house, a few small things each time, but have given me honest feedback on if something was needed as well as what other things I should consider in the future.

If you need a plumber give Pro Drain and Plumbing Service a call. They will call you back the same day, take credit cards, and will follow up with you to see if you everything is going well after the repair (which I have NEVER had before).

AWESOME! Great service, affordable, gave great tips, double checked their work before they left. Zack and Cesar are very friendly, explained what they were doing and how i can do some things for preventative maintenance. Left a message last night and they were at my house this morning before 10 to fix my problem :)

I had a flake plumber come fix a kitchen sink drain leak last night. When he left it was worse than when he arrived.

So, today I checked yelp. I should have done that first! Pro Drain came and corrected the first guys mess. They were fast, friendly, used quality parts and fixed the problem right. I'm saving their card.

Well I recently wrote a review offering up ****, but I am disappointed to say I will have to retract it. I had worked with Pro Drain two times before. The first was on a rental property that had its first tenants and they called three days after moving in to say there washing machine drain was backing up into the tub. Pro Drain came out, did the work and all seemed well after a $150 snake job. The second time we called them out for the next door unit similar problem. All seemed well until we got the bill and noticed extra work had been done without any authorization or even mention, before the bill came. Ultimately, the drain was a $90 snake job, but the kicker was that there was an additional $55 added ($10 for parts and $45 labor) to change a seal in the toilet tank. No leak ,just ""water was running in the tank""....a situation that we would have never agreed to, as the bathrooms were scheduled to be remodeled in two weeks, and a job that would have literally taken 10 minutes to fix. I called Willie the owner to discuss the issue as diplomatically as possible and thought we had reached a resolve; he told me to deduct the $55 charge. Well two days later the tenant calls to report loads of water running out of the wall. Apparently the snake job had broken the old cast iron pipes and the drain water was seeping out; not at all the fault of the plumber, the pipes were over 50 years old. I call Pro Drain to get someone out and I was told that they were booked and I should just call someone else. That was that. He had mentioned to my partner that if he deducted the $55 he didn't want to work with us anymore, but I thought I had fixed that misunderstanding. Well I did call someone else and it ended up that the whole pipe from the wall to the concrete needed to be replaced. Absolute plumping did $399 worth of work before realizing they would have to tear it out....the kicker here....they didn't charge me a cent for the former work.. The new replacement total bill came to $1700. They encouraged me to shop around and I did ;they were hundreds under...and that doesn't inlcude the $399 they deducted for the previous work...plus Jose broght a coupon to my attention and took off another 10%!!! So unfortunately my souring experience with Pro Drain ended on not such a PROfessional experience.

These guys did a great job! We had a weird plumbing issue that no one else seemed to be able to fix. The plumbing in our granny flat would get backed up once every couple months, and we would have to get the drain cleared. We actually got black-listed by Baird's Drain Cleaning, because they kept coming out and couldn't figure out what was wrong with our drain, so they stopped returning our calls. Other plumbing companies came out and offered other solutions that were super expensive ($1200+), and also weren't guaranteed to work, because the other guys weren't 100% sure that their diagnosis was causing the problem.

The guys who came out from Pro Drain were great! They showed us they had some serious problem solving skills, by digging up the yard at a certain point where there was resistance to the drain snake. The ground in this spot was soft, and their excavation revealed that a previous tenant at our house had a bonfire on top of the sewer pipe! The 3"" pipe melted, and had been reduced to about 3/4""-1"", and had been that way since before we moved in!

The best part, was that replacing that section of pipe only cost us $175, and its been running like a dream ever since. We'll definitely call them back for any other plumbing issues we have, but thanks to them, we won't be having issues nearly as often. Thanks guys!

I have tried these guys twice and loved the service so much, that when my neighbors had plumbing issues, I told them to call Pro Drain.
I dealt with Willie, and he was very helpful and quick to respond.
First experience waswith a sewage pump. The pump we needed was not in stock, not his fault, but Willie did everything he could to get it installed as quickly as possible.
We proudly keep Pro Drain magnets on all our plumbing appliances.
