Shower valve problem. This company was sent by Home warranty company to fix. Arrived quickly and reached out ahead of time. All was good. However, when he was working on it he informed me that if he had to replace the valve, it wasn't entirely covered by insurance and would cost $600. I was here when the same valve was replaced before, basically an hour labor, so he was setting up to charge 600 hr to take advantage. Luckily, the valve didn't need to be replaced. When he left he told me because I took off the handle, I would have to put it back on. Really? He didn't have enough grace to take 180 seconds to finish it and make sure it worked a-ok? Review was done because poor character is very telling, other's should have heads up.

My toilet was leaking at the tank.

I submitted a work order request from my home warranty company - Fidelity National. Within ~5 minutes, I received a call from Lupita at Pro-Connect to let me know that someone could come by between 10am-12pm the same day.

Carlos arrived, assessed the issue and went straight to work. He even fixed two additional issues that I had with the toilet (broken handle and toilet seat installation). I felt so grateful for his professionalism, warmth, and kindness.

I will be saving Pro-Connect in my phone for future needs and recommend them to my family and friends.

Robert came over to look at my shower handle that wasn't functional. He was very professional and helpful. He helped me navigate what was and wasn't covered by insurance and he gave me tips on how to install new handle myself once replacement arrived. I recommend!

This company is affiliated with American Home Warranty and is collecting pre paid fees but not being helpful or supporting the actual repair requests. We had a simple clogged drain and they called in after seeing the sink and created false reasons as to why they couldn't help out. Offered to handle the drain clog for $350! Worst customer service and only created more issues, a clear bait and switch.

Update: Called the business and from the receptionist the person who came out happens to be the owner and supervisor. Just goes to show how corrupt this is.

AHS Stated that the repair person said there was no drain clean out and that's why they couldn't complete. I was never asked about a drain clean out and could have happily provided the access and shown this business owner if they would have actually been willing to do their job.

Worst company ever. The technicians are very unprofessional liars. Robert the technician wants to get out of doing any work so he lies to the home warranty company and makes up stories that are not true so not to perform any work. He does not provide any proof to the home warranty and unfortunately they believed a liar. Shame shame on this company worst company in the world.

Highly unprofessional and horrendous individuals. They were called by us to look into a washer dryer issue, only to 1) issue the wrong insurance report 2) leave without even having a discussion with us 3) ask us to work directly with him. When I called him back, Robert said ""I just wanted to get paid"".

He wants to work directly and have me pay him rather than go through insurance. Highly disappointed in such an individual

Just had a wonderful, no stress experience with Carlos from Pro-Connect as our plumber. He fixed the problem, was kind courteous and informative. Definitely knows his stuff, but also didn't talk down to me about not having the same knowledge. I will only use this company going forward!
