I originally called the homeowner's warranty company for a leaking garbage disposal and slow drain in the kitchen and laundry room, both of which popped up out of nowhere. I called on 10/19 after 4pm. They were at my house by 8:30 the following morning and the problems resolved in about an hour. New Garbage disposal, and three drain lines unclogged. The gentleman who showed up (I wish I could remember his name) was an absolute pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable.

I know a lot of folks kick around these contractor's for warranty companies. I have done it myself, but most often the issues are with the service contract and not the company they send out to evaluate/repair.

Bottom line: Once my service contract runs out, I will be contacting Pro-Connect for my plumbing needs.

They came out through home insurance claim (I'm seeing a theme here) for leaky shower valve in guest bathroom. After ""fixing"" it, he moved on to drain in 2nd bathroom, so I forgot to double back and check valve. Because I never go in that bathroom, I didn't realize it wasn't fixed. I went to do something and realized that the shower valve was having the same issue. I called the company and they said they couldn't do anything because it had been 35 days and they only warranty up 30 days. I retorted that they can do something, that they can stand behind their work. All the lady said was ""yea, sorry""

I had a gas leaking issue in my house over a week ago, and I had a tough time with my home warranty company until Robert showed up. Robert is very professional, knowledgeable and made all the repairs I needed very quickly. Your company is so lucky that Robert works for you. Best plumbers that I've ever seen.

I called my home insurance company did they a leaky pipe and a gas pipe corrosion and I'm thinking I'm smelling gas.
The plumber showed up complimented how beautiful my home was. Upon looking at both service request he simple said not covered it's maintenance. I said the pipe is visible leaking and the gas pipe has rusted through.
He attempted to gouge the situation to fix the leaky pvc pipe $350. Let me reiterate pvc pipe 15 minutes of work. I politely declined . I said I paid $75 for nothing.
His response ""pretty much.""
I was upset at the situation but he should have at least turned on the gas and tested for a leak.
I will be calling my home warranty insurance company to send out a qualified Person to check for leaks.
I suppose we all have bad days but he definitely came in not wanting to work.
It appears about 20% of the reviews are similar to my experience. Very unfortunate, I was hoping to have a good experience.

Robert was so incredibly efficient, honest and did such a wonderful job on my shower. I am so glad I found them, it was a happy accident and now they are my only plumber. Highly recommend pro-connect plumbing for any home plumbing needs. They went above and beyond to fix our issues right. Provided options and took the time to explain what we may need in the future. If (when) we need a plumber in the future, it will be pro-connect! Robert is trustworthy, efficient and a true expert at his craft.

Had a possible leak problem at my bathroom and called my home warranty company they assigned Pro plumbing to us. Robert came in with empty handed (hoping he was carrying a leak detection to find out exactly where it was leaking) walked in to the bathroom and checks the moistured dry wall and tested the water faucet told me that he couldn't find any leaking. Then he left. He didn't even have any motivation to find the leak for me because I saw he parked his van halfway through our driveway way which means he will let come in and tell us he can't find the leak and then leave.

Do not use this company. Unreliable and unresponsive.
