We moved into a house that had a gas leak that we weren't aware of until we called the gas company to turn on the gas. We immediately hired a certified plumbing company to detect the leak. They came by 3 times but they couldn't locate it! We gave up on them. Then we lucked out by calling Pro-Connect. Robert arrived on time and within less than 2 hours, armed with hefty experience, the necessary equipment, and sound engineering mind, he was able to locate the leak within the slab and cap off the leaked pipe for us. Needless to say, we highly recommend Pro-Connect, especially Robert. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to us.

I am glad Fidelity Home protection uses this company. You were very easy to communicate with and explained things along the way, which I greatly appreciated. You calmed my freaking out when the toilet was being tested upstairs and a rush of water started pouring downstairs through a light fixture!!! You ran out to your truck and brought in towels, mopped it all up with a calm manner and reassured me not to worry! Everything turned out great and I am sure it will remain that way. Great experience! Called Fidelity Home Warranty at 7:25am on a Saturday for a complete kitchen drain stoppage. At 8:00am a very friendly Lupita from Pro-connect called me to let me know they will be sending a plumber as soon as available. At 9:40am she called again letting me know a plumber is on the way.
Carlos showed up right at 10am and did a fantastic job. He tried to snake the line but the clog was very bad, so he had to bring in more powerful equipment. I was very nervous, but he was very skillful and managed to unclog the drain without any damage or mess!
He seems very experienced and gave me some great tips on how to avoid clogs in the future.

We had a very good experience using Pro-Connect to replace a broken main water valve, regulator and unstopping a couple of drains. Robert was sent to us through Fidelity Home Warranty so we did not have a choice as to who was coming to do the work. However, we are so happy that Robert was the plumber who was sent to do the job for us! Prior to starting the job, Robert explained exactly what needed to be done. He was extremely professional, every efficient, as well as very friendly and answered questions about the job while he was doing the work. Robert did an outstanding job in taking care of the repairs and he completed the job in a short amount of time! We would recommend Robert to anyone needing plumbing work and we will definitely use Robert again in the future even without having a home warranty in place.
