Fidelity warranty repair contract. Had a leaking kitchen faucet. Ben came out within the 2 hour specified time frame. Replaced the faucet and both hot/cold lines to the faucet. Was in and out in 35 minutes.

I would use them again.

Through my Fidelity Home Warranty company Pro Connect was the authorized plumbing co. to service my leaky kitchen faucet.

I spoke to Rosie from Pro Connect who was pleasant, and she scheduled Ben to come to my house.

On 09/14/16, Ben came earlier than scheduled, but he did call in advance he called to ascertain if I would be avail. This was much better than him being late and not calling to tell you so...

Ben was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Although I did not have him replace the faucet (warranty co. only allowed minimal replacement, not comparable parts, I have brushed nickel, they pay for chrome), he explained my options in detail and actually showed me the potential replacement parts.

I would use them again.

June 9, 2015 Pro Connect replaced a section of my up stairs sink drain line. Almost a year later the band holding the drain line came lose and another leak developed. Now we're reliving the same nightmare again with water remediation and mold abatement for a second time because they did sloppy work. Not only is our upstairs bathroom unusable, but our family room is affected too. Of course they only warranty the work for 30 days. So my advice is to find a company that has better technical skills. Water damage is a huge problem affecting all the drywall and flooring. Not to mention all the time off from work to stay home to watch all the contractors.

A business run by cheaters and thief's.
My insurance company sent them to repair a garbage disposal, the plumber advised me that he would need to remove it to inspect it first; of course this was not covered under the warranty and cost $175! At their mercy I paid for it, he spent a whole 3 minutes on it.

I asked how much it was to repair a water heater, his reply, ""$700 flat"".

Save yourself the trouble and go with an honest trust worthy plumber.

This plumbing company is a total rip off. Try some one else. They do the bait and switch routine. Had a garbage disposal that was frozen. The plumber wanted an additional $175 to remove the disposal from the sink in order not to crack the sink. Flat fee the plumber said. So he removed the disposal fixed the blades, reinstalled. The entire job from start to finish took 25 minutes. There are more honest plumbing companies out there.

Old republic home warranty sent pro connect (Carlos) to clear our main line. What a joke! Came to our house and looked at the clean out and said sorry can't help. He then told us he would charge us $1800 to do a clean out in the front yard! Seriously????! Triple A Plumbing from La Mirada came and and dropped a camera, found the root blockage, and installed the line in the front for $800!!! Do not use pro connect for plumbing issues!

Can I give 0 stars? I have a toilet that leaks and doesn't drain properly. Carlos showed up and I really wish I had read the other Yelp reviews first. Stay away from this guy! He came in and I explained the problems. I don't think it mattered at all what I said to him. He said it sounds like the wax ring. I tried to explain I didn't think it was. He made a quick test and said there is no problem and smelled urine on the floor! There was no urine on the floor at all. He left in less than 5 minutes after entering my home! I asked him what I should do but he didn't answer. He just walked out the door, got into his truck and left even though I asked him what is going on. I was not rude nor did I yell at him.
I have NEVER had a vender act so unprofessionally. All I can say is STAY AWAY. This guy is just out to collect the service fees.

We were assigned Pro-Connect through First American Home Warranty. They scheduled an appointment, then were able to come out earlier when a spot opened up. Robert arrived and was very friendly. Diagnosed our small leak and fixed it in about 20 minutes. He then went over the next steps to take to get the hole patched, since we have to wait for it to dry out. Very helpful, knowledgable and nice.

First American Warranty sent Robert for replacing Laundry Hookups.
He was quick, knowledgeable and did very clean job. He assessed the parts and confirmed with insurance what they can cover before replacing the parts.

The ""magical Carlos"" made an appearance at my home thanks to crappy Fidelity. Thankfully I had already scheduled a 2nd plumber after reading all the other horror stories.
""Magical Carlos'"" recommendation? Install an $1800 mainline clean out. (Which I already have) great job buddy, keep up the good work ripping people off.
