I can't be thankful enough for Pristine Plumbing!! I had to make an adjustment on my reverse osmosis water filter system and searched around for awhile to find a company who knows how to deal with reverse osmosis units. Olivia was really accommodating with scheduling me in for an appointment and following up with appointment reminders. Nick was excellent!! Can't say enough good things about Nick, he was able to make the adjustment to my reverse osmosis system without using the water piping that I had ordered for it to be fixed. I will definitely be keeping these guys in mind if ever I have another plumbing need!

Nick showed up on time and had my gas dryer connected in no time. Even though he had to go get a part he didn't have he wasn't gone that long and he didn't seem to let it fluster him that he didn't have it to begin with. Nick is personable and such a friendly guy.

He took time to go over a couple things with me on my water on demand unit. We're in a new build, just moved in a few weeks ago, and even the builder didn't tell us some of the important things we should have known.

I would not hesitate to call on Nick again if I needed him. Great work, and I enjoyed getting to know him!

Needed our new faucet, drain, garbage disposal and dishwasher hooked up after installing a new sink and counters. Spent the weekend doing dishes in the bathroom sink. Our water bill was extremely high this month, so we called a plumber to help us find a leak etc. Matt came out and was so helpful. He communicated through phone calls and texts about when he would be at my home. When he got here, he was so friendly and professional. He pointed out right away that my toilet was at fault and fixed it quickly! He also informed me that I could call the water company and show them my toilet was now fixed and possibly get reimbursed!
