I was having a difficult time figuring out a leak in my shower. Pristine was quick to reply and sent Nic over the following day for an estimate.
Nic was able to quickly figure out the issue, gave me a fair estimate, purchase parts at a nearby hardware and quickly make the repair . He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. I'm glad I went with Pristine!

Water heater wasn't working at our house. We called Pristine Plumbing and they worked with us to send someone as quickly as they could. The technician made a quick diagnosis and fix, but by the time we discovered it actually didn't fix anything, it was already late in the day and the tech was gone. We called Olivia and she was super understanding, and went out of her way to send another tech the next day outside of normal working hours who made sure to stick around until the root cause was 100% confirmed and the water heater was up and running.

Highly recommend Pristine Plumbing and would absolutely use them again.

What a pleasure it was to work with the Pristine team! From the ease of scheduling an appt, to the consultation, then the work completion. I had the pleasure of meeting Nick and Jesse for the consultation and keep in mind I had met with 4 other plumbing companies prior. Nick was very knowledgeable and was the only person who really gave me an indepth review of the project. My hot water line had a leak and the best way to fix it was to reroute the piping system. After the consultation (which was free) I didn't hesitate to book with Pristine. The 1st day work with Jesse and Josh was great! I had concerns with cutting out so much drywall and Jesse and Josh did not disappoint! These two put in a whole day's worth of work and still had smiles on their faces! I did have a little issue with no hot water coming out of my kitchen sink, but Olivia had Nick and Jesse come out the following morning to fix it! Can you talk about amazing customer service!!! Nick who was definitely a pro, had everything completed with Jesse. I cannot thank these guys enough for the prompt work! My family thanks you all too, as now we can take hot showers for longer than a minute!

Your guy Jeff , i hope thats his name. is a life saver. Just want to let you know the he was very helpful and answered all my questions. And suggested his pipes and explained on how it expands and better for this weather. He explained it not like a salesman but as a person who really wanted to help me. You guys were my 3rd company for a quote and he didn't sound like a saleman like the others.

I contacted Pristine Plumbing and got a response almost instantly. Scott arrived within an hour to do an estimate. Took him a few minutes to assess the problem. He was very professional, honest, thoroughly explained everything, answered my quest , gave suggestions and estimates right away and didn't charge me a cent . I am still deciding on how we should go forward but will definitely not hesitate to hire these guys if we decide to pursue with the suggested repairs.

We contacted Pristine Plumbing to replace our main water line and they did not disappoint! Nick, Dan, and a few others came out and got right to work digging the new line and cutting away the concrete in the garage. They were professional, very nice, hard-working, and always willing to answer any questions I had. Olivia was wonderful to work with and scheduling was a breeze with her. She called back immediately whenever I left a message and walked me thru financing giving me all the best options. I even recommended them to my neighbor and Nick walked right across the street to set up a time to give them a quote. I will definitely use them again for any projects I have coming up!!! Pristine Plumbing was excellent! We had a faucet leak in an old 1950s apartment that was remodeled in the 80s (so, old pipes). We spoke with a couple of other plumbing companies in the Tacoma area which came out to view the issue and were not willing to fix it.

Luckily, Pristine Plumbing sent us Raven, who quickly looked at our issue and was honest and patient enough to even educate us. He coordinated with the city and had it fixed within the next day! We literally sat back while Pristine Plumbing made coordinations with the city, saving us more work and a headache.

They will definitely be our go-to plumbers in the future.
