At the helm of Pristine Plumbing in Irvine is Richard Cadogan, our president. Richard, originally from Trinidad, worked as a plumber before moving to the U.S. in 1998. At a prominent plumbing company focused on new construction, he progressed from foreman to head of quality control before founding his own company in 2008. Richard is associated with the Plumbing Heating and Cooling Contractors of CA (PHCC) and is recognized as a Licensed Green Plumber by Green Plumbers USA. He takes pride in his meticulous attention to detail and is often recognized as the ""favorite trade"" by homeowners. Growing up in the Caribbean, Richard learned the value of eco-friendly practices. Richard shares, ""We appreciated our water service because it was often uncertain. I relied on rainwater tanks, turning water on and off for showers and brushing my teeth.
