He gained experience at a major plumbing firm specializing in new construction, advancing from foreman to quality control manager before launching his own business in 2008. Richard is associated with the Plumbing Heating and Cooling Contractors of CA (PHCC) and is recognized as a Licensed Green Plumber by Green Plumbers USA. With a keen eye for detail, he is frequently celebrated as the ""favorite trade"" among homeowners. Richard's Caribbean upbringing instilled in him a deep appreciation for sustainable living.
