Richard Cadogan is the driving force behind Pristine Plumbing, based in Irvine. Before relocating to the U.S. in 1998, Richard worked as a plumber in his homeland of Trinidad. At a prominent plumbing company focused on new construction, he progressed from foreman to head of quality control before founding his own company in 2008. Richard is affiliated with the Plumbing Heating and Cooling Contractors of CA (PHCC) and holds a Green Plumber license from Green Plumbers USA. He takes pride in his meticulous attention to detail and is often recognized as the ""favorite trade"" by homeowners. Growing up in the Caribbean, Richard learned the value of eco-friendly practices. Richard shares, ""We appreciated our water service because it was often uncertain. I relied on rainwater tanks, turning water on and off for showers and brushing my teeth.
