At the helm of Pristine Plumbing in Irvine is Richard Cadogan, our president. Richard, originally from Trinidad, worked as a plumber before moving to the U.S. in 1998. Richard built his expertise at a large plumbing company in new construction, rising from foreman to quality control leader before establishing his own firm in 2008. He is a proud member of the Plumbing Heating and Cooling Contractors of CA (PHCC) and is a Licensed Green Plumber with Green Plumbers USA. He takes pride in his meticulous attention to detail and is often recognized as the ""favorite trade"" by homeowners. Growing up in the Caribbean, Richard learned the value of eco-friendly practices. Richard shares, ""We appreciated our water service because it was often uncertain. I relied on rainwater tanks, turning water on and off for showers and brushing my teeth. We didn't recognize our ""green"" lifestyle; we simply knew water was a valuable asset."" He motivates his clients to implement modern water-saving fixtures.
