Richard Cadogan leads Pristine Plumbing as its president, based in Irvine. Originally from Trinidad, Richard worked as a plumber before relocating to the U.S. in 1998. At a prominent plumbing company specializing in new construction, he progressed from foreman to head of quality control before founding his own company in 2008. Richard belongs to the Plumbing Heating and Cooling Contractors of CA (PHCC) and is recognized as a Licensed Green Plumber by Green Plumbers USA. Homeowners frequently refer to him as their 'favorite trade' due to his careful attention to detail. Having grown up in the Caribbean, Richard understands the importance of living ""green."" “We valued our water service because it was unpredictable. I lived with rainwater tanks, managing water for showers and brushing teeth.
