We had an issue with a running toilet and called Pristine Plumbing to come out and take a look at it. After trying to fix it without replacing it, Robert Parsons suggested that we needed to replace the fill valve. Not only did he help me learn how to do it on my own for future issues on other toilets, but he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He showed us several plumbing tips to help elongate the lifetime of our toilets and water based appliances. I would highly recommend Rob Parsons and Pristine Plumbing to anyone who needed any plumbing help whatsoever. Prices are fair and the work was done in a cleanly and timely fashion. 10/10 would recommend.

Great service. I had a difficult hill side rusted pipe. Jim Foley had the special tools needed to do the repair job.

We called Pristine Plumbing because of an emergency. They had a great turn-around time and finished the job quickly.

However, I wish we had shopped around a bit more. We were charged $395 for a faucet installation in our kitchen sink. Just the faucet. (One that i purchased.)

After doing some research and contacting other vendors, an identical job should not have cost more than $200.

So, while their work was good, I will not be using them again due to how overpriced they are. It's a shame too because we have more plumbing projects in the near future.

It may be premature to give 5 stars because Ruben H. has just left, but I had such a good experience with him that I didn't want to forget to post.

I discovered Pristine Plumbing via Yelp and their high star reviews at 1:30am when I realized that 1) our last plumber had done a terrible, borderline unethical job on our kitchen sink, and 2) that our new garbage disposal was no longer working and that there was water all over under the sink.

They have a 24 hour service line and I had someone send out a message to a technician who called and set up an appointment for me the next day. They offered a free consultation, and when they had to change the tech that was coming to see me they called, texted, and sent a photo of the person that would be waiting at my home. My work had an issue and I wasn't able to leave on time. I called 30 minutes before to give them a heads up and they were kind and accommodating and worked with my schedule last minute.

When Ruben came here, he looked at the pipes under my sink and was able to give me an estimate for fixing the disposal, and potentially taking care of a few other issues. He made sure to let me know that there was a chance that he wouldn't be able to fix the disposal, (which he wasn't), but when I realized that the disposal was under warranty he offered to replace it or just put it back until I could handle the warranty. He showed me the shoddy work with the pipe under my sink and warned me about the potential mold damage from the last place. When I showed him an issue with another faucet he gave me a few recommendations for ways to deal with them depending on how seriously I wanted to take it. He could have pushed for an upsell to just force me to replace the disposal, but he didn't - which is what the last place did. He was even willing to help me out with the serial number since I couldn't find the number myself, and took photos of other issues that he said I should consider bringing up to my HOA to have handled before they become major problems. I feel like I've found an ethical company and I'll be calling them once the disposal place sends me my replacement, or for any other needs that I have with plumbing around the house.

The drop cloths, shoe covers, and having everything so clearly marked and neat was also nice because the last plumber left our sink area a mess, so it was nice to have my home treated well.
