I had a shower handle that needed replacing. The quote was on the high side but Cameron did a great job. Very clear on the steps to replace, identified the issues with the old controller and recommended maintenance to keep it running well. Would recommend Cameron

Rob was our plumber and technician who came out for a ceiling water leak and was very helpful. He was knowledgeable, knew what to do, helped us understand all the different scenarios and went out of his way to acknowledge I have a 9 month old and was very aware of mask wearing, noise and that really goes a long way. I will be using these guys in the future.

needed kitchen facet replaced, facet fell apart and left us unable to use sink and do dishes. got appointment right away Josh showed up on time had all equipment needed, gave us a reasonable quote. performed the work quickly explained and tested all fittings, was very nice and cleaned and sealed after completion this is the 3rd time we have used Pristine plumbing and we will continue to use them thanks Josh the Andersons

Had Tracy come out to fix a leaky shower head. He did not have the correct cartridge in his truck so waited an hour for someone else to bring over. In the meantime he tried to take have the faucet handle but could not. He heated it up and discolored the chrome and still was unable to removed. Tracy then mixed up old and new parts on cartridge, hiked up original price and left me with a faucet with the cold and hot water backwards. Very pricey for damage to shower fixture, new parts I paid for not left with me and hot and cold water is backwards

Tankless water heater was installed yesterday by Cameron and Jonathan. We are so thrilled with the service they provided from start to finish.
Installation took longer than expected due to a glitch from a previous plumbing job years ago but Cameron and Jonathan pressed on and corrected the problem and at no additional cost. The price we were quoted was the price we paid.
Cameron explained how the system works and answered any questions we had. He even left the area cleaner than when the installation was started.
I can speak highly enough about Pristine Plumbing. From the first contact at the office to the finished installation every step was very professional. We will use them for future plumbing needs.

The response time was good. They came the day after my call. I had an unfinished installation of a garbage disposal, the tech was able to figure out the problem and used my old part to put the disposal on. The cost was high (&169) for about 20 min of work.

We called Pristine Plumbing yesterday morning and specifically requested Jim as we've worked with him before at our old house. Jim and Ben were able to come in the afternoon, assess the situation, and give us different options for a solution. Everything was done quickly without cutting corners and Jim even went around to fix some of my other complaints for free! He is a wealth of knowledge and is so kind to share all of his tips with me. While I hope to not have another plumbing issue anytime soon, Jim and Ben will be the first guys we call!

We knew we were in trouble when the garbage disposal got clogged up after tossing salad veggie trimmings into the kitchen sink and what ever we did to fix the problem just made it worse. We wanted a local plumbing company (Irvine, CA) where we live, figuring they would be 1. Be the fastest (with in a couple of hours and same day!) compare to other companies that say ""same day service"" but can only do next day which is not what you want when you have a backed up clogged kitchen sink with yuke and water in it!

Cory (The Plumber) arrived at time stated by their dispatch (I think he was even sooner that ! Even Better!) Saw the Problem, had all the right tools to clean out drain (gave advise in order for it not to happen again) and Fixed It ! Kitchen Sink beautiful and draining again.

As for Cory, He Was GREAT ! Professional in Appearance, and manners as well as being extremely ""work space clean"" , from shoe protectors, to clean drop cloths for the outside main drain hole (rooto rooter machine ) as well as doing the same for entire work space in and around and under the our kitchen sink. (Happy Wife!)

He got the job done very quickly ! Will We Use Again? Yes !!

I had Pristine Plumbing install my tankless water heater. Joe is responsive and helpful throughout the whole process of getting a quote to installation. He was enthusiastic and passionate about his team's quality of work. After installation I can say that he is right to be as such. The quality of work is exceptional and you can tell they really cared about getting the unit installed correctly. I truly appreciate this type of attitude and service.
