I've had the pleasure of having Jim service my home and business more than I'd like, I always say we need to stop meeting like this.
The truth of the matter is I look forward to seeing him resolve repair and maintain because of his work ethic and integrity and always getsbthe job done above and beyond, we only call Pristine only because of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim for any job you may need for anything.

I needed to update my faucet and gas valves behind washer and dryer before having a new unit installed so I called Prestine and was able to get an appointment the next day in the afternoon, but did receive a call that morning for an earlier appointment, which was great! My plumber was Daniel, which he was professional, courteous, and patient even with my pup who kept bothering him every time he came into my place. :)

We had a leak related to an old, unused solar water heater. Daniel did an excellent job fixing the leak Daniel was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and a great communicator. We will be using Pristine Plumbing in the future. Thank you Daniel.

They did fair job to replace a garbage disposal and a water faucet. However their charges were very expensive. I provided all the parts from Home Depot. These are labor only charges. For garbage disposal: $524.89. For water faucet $501.45. A total of $1,350.34. I talked to four friends. They also said these are too high. One of them got the company name. She wants to make sure she does not use this company.

I came home one night to a sink leak in my bathroom and put out Yelp inquires based on the situation, and attached a few photos. Pristine Plumbing was one of the first companies to reply with the earliest possible on site assessment. Their initial visit is at NO COST, which is much appreciated.

Amanda Yelp messaged me back with some questions and was able to help me with scheduling the appointment. I was given a time frame for arrival. The business also sent me a text with the technician's name and that they were on their way on the day of the appointment.

Daniel B. was the certified technician dispatched to do the assessment. He was wearing the Pristine Plumbing uniform with his name on it. It was very reassuring that it was the correct person to let into my home. Daniel was super polite and I appreciated that he brought shoe covers to put on when coming into the house.

Daniel was very professional and thorough with his inspection. He found the leak... however there seems to be damage to the wall, floors, and vanity. Yikes! These tiny leaks are so troubling cause they go by unnoticeable.

Following the appointment he sends me a job description regarding the situation and also an invoice for the sink faucet. Given how the damage is beyond just the faucet, we have to proceed with a provider who is able to work through all the fixes and able to work with the landlord's insurance. Nevertheless I am very grateful for Pristine Plumbing's support on a short notice and will definitely think of them in the future.
