Our bathroom became a raging river overnight. It overflowed and if it weren't for the watertight seal on the bathroom we would have died. When I opened the door water splashed all through the house. At the end of it, my house was completely drenched. I will always remember this TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE thanks to the WATER STAIN ON THE WALLS!!!!!

If we could give them a 10+ we would! Anthony answered our emergency call during the night for a ceiling leak from our upstairs bathroom into our kitchen. He arrived promptly and worked for several hours to stop the leak so we could use our water that night and then he came back the next day to finish up the job - another several hours. He was careful to cover everything and put down a runner to protect our floors. He replaced our copper pipes that were installed wrong when the house was built. His work was beautifully finished. The price was super reasonable for such a big job and the after hours charge was credited toward the total fee. Now for a good drywall professional....

We recently experienced a slab leak and decided the whole house needed repiping (long story). We realized that it was long over due to get our toilets replaced to avoid potential water damage! It's a good thing we did! Many of the seals were going!

Adding to this since apparently you can only leave one review per household! Anthony at Pristine was back to help us with another new emergency! Our upstairs shower started leaking - lots of careful work and analyzing, Anthony fixed the leak! So grateful we have a plumber we can trust! Thanks guys!

Our toilet was not flushing correctly (prolonged water sounds after initial flush) and Cameron came to fix the problem. He was really courteous and professional and explained the situation in detail for us to understand. He was also patient and friendly. We appreciated that he gave us three options to choose from and explained each (we decided to have the flapper replaced). The toilet seems to work fine as of right now. Great service overall.
