Never using another company. We've been ripped- off so many times. This company goes out - of - their - way to be trust worthy and reasonable. How refreshing!! Jamie took care of fixing and explaining what was happening. He even noticed a filter needed changing and did so.

If there were three words I would use to describe Pristine HVAC it would be responsive, reliable and professional. Within one week from encountering a problem within our townhome's unit and desperately calling them, they had sent a technician to do a diagnostic, had given multiple recommendations based on my comfort and financial situation, and fixed the issue. I've been pushing out the idea of installing a new AC system in my garage. It's always been complicated and tedious in the past. I can't recommend this these guys enough! From start to finish, working with Andre and his team was nothing short of outstanding. My A/C went out during one of in the middle of august when a heat wave came through SoCal, and I was scrambling to find a reliable HVAC company. They set up and a date before, the day of the vendors
to come was unresponsive - I had to call them and they
said the couldn't make it because they were sick.
So I waisted 2hrs and 10 minutes - and I had to call.
