Within one week from encountering a problem within our townhome's unit and desperately calling them, they had sent a technician to do a diagnostic, had given multiple recommendations based on my comfort and financial situation, and fixed the issue. I can't recommend this these guys enough! From start to finish, working with Andre and his team was nothing short of outstanding. My A/C went out during one of in the middle of august when a heat wave came through SoCal, and I was scrambling to find a reliable HVAC company. Where do I begin? From start to finish our experience with Pristine was beyond, beyond exceptional! We had a very old unit that needed to be completely replaced - in the middle of SoCal heat wave too!! Contacting companies for work like this, can sometimes feel intimidating especially when it's outside the scope of your day to day knowledge. Pristine removed the scaries and intimidation!

We were so pleased and impressed with how professional and informative Fady was. From the first day of consult to the day of all the work, he explained everything to us thoroughly and walked us through the entire process.

Him and two other gentlemen came to work on it all day. They brought sheets to protect our flooring, and they were barely noisy and very efficient! All in all, incredibly professional the whole time. He also ensured that him and his team had years of experience.

Fady even stayed after the installation was complete to explain how we can best maintain our new unit and offered great recommendations on how to best optimize our air flow. Ultimately we were quoted a great price and the entire experience was so good! I highly recommend this company and would call them again for any our AC/heating needs!
