Excellent Service
I am very happy with the service I received from Matt. He did not mind when I watched him do a thorough inspection of my AC, and He was very informative when I asked him questions. I have used Priority Services for the last two years and each time has been a satisfying experience for me.
Dan M.Incompetent plumber with Priority Services floods my house over the holidays and 6 weeks later still not repaired. ONLY ARGUMENTS AND EXCUSES...What a waste of time and energy on a company who doesn't care about its customer base.
We were with Priority Services for over 6 years and that ended yesterday. We've spent way too much money and been loyal to a company that quite frankly is overpriced and incompetent. We have had the company install new air conditioners, a tankless water system, heater, HVAC and Plumbing work -- totaling in the $15k range over the last few years. No longer.
On 12/13/19, we had a plumber out to perform routine maintenance and to fix or replace a valve in one of the showers. Not sure why, but the plumber decided to turn on a sink and leave it unattended which in turn flooded the bathroom, the dining room below it, and into our kitchen. I found out when water started raining through the ceiling! Lights popped, the bathroom had to be demolished, water down into the walls...I found the plumber out in my garage on his phone. I was told ""how is this my fault if the sink is clogged?"" (He did the maintenance on it before...supposedly). Not only did the plumber down play his mistake, he continually insisted that it was my fault. Not sure how it was if I was downstairs watching tv while he performed a service that I paid him, a professional, to do.
It took me 3 calls to the main office before I could get a ""manager"" to call me back. Manager said they'd be back on Monday. That Monday morning I called Priority Services to figure out what was going on and was yelled and treated like the damage was my fault...from both the office manager (Heidi) and owner. Also found out that the person who called me back and identified himself as a manager (Brian) was not a manager and had no authority to address our issue.
After the house was dried (about a week), Priority Services sent out a contractor and an insurance representative to obtain an estimate. This was on 12/23...about three weeks later we received a call from the insurance wanting us to settle for $20k. Nope...then Priority Services and the Insurance decided that the contractor that THEY sent and the insurance rep THEY sent gave an estimate that was ""too much"" (their words). Then I got a call from their insurance company stating they would not pay and I would have to file a claim with my insurance. I'd get all the assurances in the world from Heidi that things were being taken care of by the insurance and then get conflicting information when the insurance would call. I don't care where the payment comes from, but Priority Services caused the damage and should have to pay every cent...no negotiation...hell they sent their own recommended contractor and insurance estimator then didn't agree with the price. This all happened on 12/13 and my house was destroyed for the Holidays...although they kept saying one of the reasons for the delay was ""because of the holidays""...which I would assume they all enjoyed with their homes...not us...we spent our holidays and time after arguing to have our house fixed.
After 6 weeks of argument, a visit to a lawyer, and countless unfulfilled promises, , I'm finally getting a check for $36,000 in damages and associated costs.
Not one representative from the company came to the house and the plumber, management and ownership was quick to try and put the blame on me instead of just accepting that they messed up. In fact, when I canceled service yesterday, Heidi texted me ""confirmed"". Lol. What a ""great"" manager!
Priority Services is always ready to offer you more service and pay for stuff you really don't need, but when it comes to fixing something they will take all the time they need. Very unprofessional. Excuses not results.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!
I had one of there technicians out on Oct 28th to clean our evaporator coils after being told they where dirty by another questionable company.Priority had installed our system so it seemed wise to use them. When the man completed the cleaning, he said why did you have the coils cleaned, they weren't dirty enough to need cleaning. My question to him was why didn't you tell me that before you did a $316 cleaning that wasn't needed. His answer was he just did what the order dictated. The office customer service gave the same answer, you asked us to clean the unit so we did. My thoughts are these, seems a little unethical to not be given the chance to opt for a service call at $79 to a $316 cleaning that wasn't needed. I feel bilked, but could be me expecting companies to think of their customers.

Johnny W.First the positive: The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and take the time to explain things thoroughly.
A little over a year ago I called for annual A/C inspection and maintenance. The tech came out and did a great job on both of my units.
He said that for 24.95 a month I could subscribe to their VIP priority service that would cover Heating, A/C and plumbing. It also qualifies for a discount on any repairs that might need to be made and waives any emergency service fee. Great!
Now for the bad: Last Saturday my upstairs washer drain became clogged. The drain flooded the room and leaked all down to the first floor. I called for emergency service and was told that the plumber was busy and couldn't make it to my home until Monday afternoon.
I guess VIP and an emergency doesn't really get you anything after all. I ended up having to call another company to clear the drain.
Again, the tech's are great... I would probably use them again if I have a need and they can meet my timeframe. But now I'm saving my monthly fee since I cancelled the maintenance contract.
Expensive!!! Make sure you check the prices if you have to use this company. They were more than 2X the price for the same exact service. You've been warned...I'm not the only one. Do your homework!
Linda L.They are a horrible company. Heidi is rude and obnoxious to customers on the phone. They told my daughter her family would die If her heater was not replaced immediately and how lucky they were running a special. She got a 2nd opinion from Lowe's and was reassured that they were fine. I would not let these people in my house and do not allow them to make any repairs. I don't trust them. I wish I could give them 0 stars but yelp does not allow that!
I had some plumbling work done at my home and I must say Eric was Awesome! He was very knowledgeable and had the best customer service! I will surely recommend your business to all my friends! Thanks a million!!
Updating my previous 1-star review due to their new General Manager, Chris Silva. After months (5) of ""bickering"" about the damage to my home and unmet promises to ""schedule"" the repair, Chris took roughly 3 hours over the course of a week and all is well.
Well done Priority for recognizing that customer service is still number one; and thank you Chris for everything.
