We had two out of four a/c units that needed to be replaced. We called for three separate estimates. We learned the old a/c units had a product recall for the coils but we were never informed.

First est was for 21k. We had the ""service tech"" come in charge us 175.$ and said a second person would come over for an est. Wow! We waited for est. and it was seedy salesperson. This took all day.

The second place never called us back.

The third place Priority Services sent us Joe. He came over gave us an estimate, for free. He was about 7k cheaper and his team was very professional. Priority Services finished the work in one day. The people they sent over were very friendly and willing to talk about the a/c units. The person who answered the phone was friendly and entered our warranty info into the Amanda System. Joe called back several times to make sure system was working right.

I Had a new AC unit installed by Priority Services last summer. They came highly recommended by two people. Of the three estimates I got, Priority Services was the most affordable. The tech Mike who came to give me an estimate and the guys who installed the unit were all friendly and professional. They had my new system installed and cooling in less than 24 hours from my initial call. Would definitely refer these guys.

If I could make this zero stars I would.

Let me start with the background.... have known Alex Meyers since high school. I agreed to use him as the plumber in my bathroom remodel. He said he needed a deposit of $3,000. I trusted him and gave him the money. The next day the guys he was working with for my remodel came and started to do work. When it was time to do the drywall, they suggested the plumber (Alex) come and do his work. I called him and he said it was going to be easy no worries. Okay (I didn't know any better). So they drywalled up everything and left. Long story short... a week went by and Alex kept blowing me off and lying to me. He never responded to my texts or gave me the Foremans number for me to get things going again. I finally told him I needed my money back minus the cost for the wall build and drywall. He kept ignoring my texts so I wrote him a really nice one. He then finally wrote back and said that I was bullying him and whatever I say may backfire on me... I finally got the Foreman's number and I asked if Alex gave him the $3000 deposit. He said he received $2000. Everything is screenshot and documented.

Basically, Alex stole $1,000 from me, never did any work and NEVER showed up on days he told me he would come. I know the side crew has nothing to do with this company (but I love them and my new plumber is amazing and is shocked at all plumbing disaster left by Alex and him allowing it to be drywalled) but this review is for Alex who works at Priority Services and who is nothing but a shady, flaky thief for stealing my thousand dollars and not doing a damn thing in my bathroom.

The arrival time schedule was way off. The technician was competent. In my opinion the price charged was very high for the job done.

DON`T USE AND HERE IS WHY.

I had water pressure problems on my new home I just moved into.
I called Priority Services and technician named Michael came out. I had requested him to increase the water pressure because it was real low. He instructed me to go in the house and turn on all the water while he stayed in the garage without me where the valve was located.

When I came back in the garage (where the valve is located) he said my pressure valve was bad and needed to be replaced costing $500 to replace a valve requiring 30 minutes of labor.

When I asked him to show me why it needs replaced he said because he heard water going through the pipes when I turned on the water in the house. And he said because he heard water flowing thru the pressure valve that meant the valve was bad . When I was went back into the garage I heard no water flowing through the pipes at all. Contrary to what he was saying

When I asked him I wanted to hear the noise myself he declined. And he also refused to increase the water pressure which at that time was about 35 pounds per square inch. I told him no because I felt he was trying to sell me something with no proof that the valve is bad. I got rid of him paid him $25 and he went on his way.
I called two other plumbers and both of the plumbers told me the valve was not bad all just increase the pressure

All I needed to do was to increase the water pressure which will flush out the calcium buildup from the house being empty for several months not replace the expensive valve so I ended up taking the other professionals advise, saved $450 from being ripped off by Priority Services.
The non-priority services honest plumber increased pressure to 55psi and has been working great for several months pressure valve has been working great with no problems as indicated by Priority Services.

I do not recommending using this company at all for anything .
they are seriously up selling in a sneaky fraudulent way.
I feel like they owe back me the $25 charge to come out and try to rip me off and refusing to increase my pressure which is what I instructed him to do over the phone before I they even got here .
Also The other plumbers didn't charge me to come out.

The two other professional plumbers I had look at it both said that my pressure valve is not bad at all. They all said the pressure valve is bad when it starts vacillating pressure at your facet head and because you hear noise when you turn the pipes on that doesn't mean a thing contrary
to what Priority Services sales people are saying
WARNING USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK THEY ARE FAKE.

Bought an a/c and heating unit from priority. When it started making a strange noise I called for repair. The first man out ,Dave was rude and said the noise wasn't bad, and left. A month later the noise continued. Second man out, Steve replaced the broken parts. Took him 15 min. Than I was charged for 2 hours plus the service charge. Mike the manager said they had to charge 2 hours for the drive time to get to my house, and for the time it will take to fill out the paperwork to get paid by the warranty. Total cost $390 for a warranty repair. Feeling ripped off

AMAZING! Mike was awesome, called him on a Saturday for major attic, AC, ventilation repairs. He was out on Monday ready to do it all! For any realtors that need repairs fast and done right ask for Mike. Jeremy was top notch too! All work was inspecting by a licensed state inspector after and passed with flying colors. I'm still in shock.. Not only did he save my sale, but he gave my buyer the repairs and peace of mind going into their forever home.
What other companies told me would take weeks and $1000's more they did in one day and for 2-3k less.. I will keep Mike and his team on speed dial! THANK YOU GUYS!

I have been a long time customer of this company. NO LONGER! The last few years, since they split/plumbing/hvac their customer service as gone down hill..BIG TIME. A lot of the original service people and office staff have gone by the wayside. Aside from the fact that they now are SELL SELL SELL company, their service is for the pits. I had recommended this company to many of my neighbors and friends and they are, as well very disenchanted and are seeking out other companies.
Priority had installed a new water system a few years ago. I never complained about the workmanship when they installed the ""lines"" in the garage. But, now that the hoses are coming away from the wall, and I might add they did a shitty job installing them, I called Priority made an appt. only to wait for them on the schedule day, and they didn't show, but I had to call the office and ask ""where they were"", and having the gal tell me she didn't show me on the schedule. WHAAT! Ok, let's reschedule. So, we rescheduled only to have them call me the night before (after 4:30) to tell me that had to RESCHEDULE again, as their plumber was on another a job and had to finish that one first...Oh but they could come out later in the day. Not acceptable.

Let me ask you....they only have ONE PLUMBER? So, I told her to call me back the next day to once again reschedule. Third time is the charm. Ha! Do u think I have heard from them...NO! So, if you need any plumbing or AC work done look for another, more reliable company.

I guess they just got to BIG for their Britches. It is all about ""show me the $$"" with this company now.

It's to bad ""EEK"" is the only review I could give them on this Yelp site. Believe me it would have been much worse.

After three days of trying to fix my stopped up kitchen drain I finally buckled and called Priority Services because they had a great deal online. They sent a plumber named Franco that arrived really promptly after I made the call. Franco identified the problem quickly and did a great job explaining what was going. He got to work right away and resolved the problem without a hitch. Franco was very knowledgeable and friendly, I would definitely recommend Priority Services and I will call them again if I run into more plumbing problems.
