Very impressed! 118 degrees out and one of our AC Units went down. They came out the same day, fixed the problem quickly, and was not very expensive. We have had extremely bad luck with many of the local Air Conditioning companies - poor service, overcharging, and - in some cases, incompetent. We are glad we finally found a ""go to"" company for all of our AIr Conditioning needs.

I had their service man, Rob, come out today to service my two A/C units using the Yelp discount for $130 for the two, and he found a problem with one of them and fixed it and cleaned the units to my satisfaction. He was very pleasant and honest and that goes along way these days. I am having Roy come out tomorrow to give me an estimate on replacing my A/C and furnaces. I hope that their pricing is better than the others, to be continued...

My AC went out on Friday. I searched our neighborhood app and yelp for a reliable repair company. Your company was on both sites so I called first thing Saturday morning. I left my information with an answering service and my call was promptly returned by Jhonatan. He was as polite in person as he was over the phone. He also arrived right on time. He took the time to explain everything to us before he did any work. He was quick and efficient and my air was back on and cooling in no time. We were so impressed by his knowledge that we will be calling on Tuesday to set up a maintenance plan. Oh I forgot to mention we still had money left when he was done! I just had my first HVAC service call from Priority One. I found them online on Yelp, and chose them because they have dozens of exceptional reviews. I'm happy to add my name to the long list of satisfied customers.

I am a landlord who hires lots of qualified professionals. And when i find them, I stick with them - especially on important and expensive systems like HVAC. I hope to find professionals who are good at both product - accurately diagnosing and fixing the problem - and process - good customer service and communication. Adrian from Quality One is such a professional. He made me feel like I was a priority (he was able to come out several hours earlier than we originally scheduled) and clearly explained the problems with my AC system and the best options to fix them. Then he got my system working within a few hours. He delivered the kind of quality service I hoped for based on the reviews I'd read.

My HVAC system in my home is very old (some components are original, and my house was built in 1987), so I know the system is working on borrowed time. The first year I lived here I had a nightmare experience with Rollin Air, who I had to use because I was new to the area and they were the HVAC company assigned to me by my home warranty insurer. I could write a novella on how horrible their customer service was. They never fixed the problem with my HVAC. I eventually demanded my warranty company get me a different contractor that could. That all happened in 2014.

Since then, happily, my HVAC has worked fine. Until this week, when I turned on my AC for the first time this year, and it simply wouldn't start. This is what I've been dreading since 2014. I immediately went to Yelp intent to find a reputable company that could hopefully fix the immediate problem. But I also wanted to find a company I felt I could trust to replace the entire system, which I know is needed sooner rather than later.

Adrian diagnosed the problem quickly: a burnt out condenser fan motor and low refrigerant based on a slow leak, probably because the system is just old. I asked a bunch of questions to help me decide whether to go for a Band Aid fix now, and also had questions regarding putting in a brand new system. (I had to replace the entire HVAC system in a Northern California rental home last year, so I am pretty up to date on the costs and regulations of that). Adrian listened to my questions and gave me clear, understandable answers. I decided to replace the motor in hopes that I can squeeze out one more year and budget for replacing the entire system, as well as parts of the pool system, too.

Adrian had the part on hand and got the work done in a few hours and (cross my fingers) several days later everything seems to be working fine. It's nice when you can read reviews on Yelp and get a picture in your mind of the kind of courteous and qualified professional you expect, and it turns out the person who shows up at your door actually meets and exceeds expectations. (By comparison, Rollins spent two months in 2014 during a very hot Summer missing and rescheduling appointments, ordering parts only to tell me the wrong part arrived, and dishing out what felt like almost abusive customer service. Adrian did in two hours what Rollin couldn't do in two months.)

I've owned and managed rentals for 20+ years so I know there are no geniuses with crystal balls. I try to go with the flow and make the best decisions I can based on informed guesses. Priority One is the kind of company I really like, because they DON'T do what Rollin excelled at: overpromising, and under-delivering. I felt like the information and recommendations and pricing I got was accurate, fair, and professional. That's the most I feel I can expect. It is clear from the reviews and my personal experience that Priority One gets what makes a long-term successful business: good customer service, clear and accurate information, and talented professionals like Adrian that can get the job done, with a smile.

Used Priority One today for the first time re; a plumbing problem. Robert came out and spent time with me trying to figure out if a new toilet would be the answer. We spent time looking on line at a variety of new toilets; however, due to the specifications of the area where the toilet goes we had no luck. Robert did put on a new flapper (hope that is the correct word) with fingers crossed that it would help. Very impressed with his knowledge and with the company. Robert called to confirm and could even come earlier than scheduled.. I will definitely recommend Robert and this company. I have two friends who sent me to Priority One and now I know why.

Finding the right AC company can be a challenge at times. I turned to Yelp, found these guys were really well liked by fellow Yelpers, so decided to give them a try. Adrian showed up on time, gave my AC a tune up, pointed out a few areas of concern without trying to up sell me and was very professional in the process. I would highly recommend these guys.
