We just upgraded to a new heat pump! Priority One did a first class job, they took care of everything, from installation to arranging inspections to getting us the rebates.
Everyone is professional and friendly, which to me is a perfect combination.

I had a water pipe burst after dark on a Wednesday night and was filled with dread because my luck with getting plumbers to show up for emergencies has been bad. Priority One really came through. They answered the phone quickly, a tech called me back within a half an hour and was on the property working within the hour. He was very kind and walked me through all possible solutions and how to turn the water off/on at the curb. The price was reasonable for an emergency situation. Many thanks to David for a great job well done, and I will use Priority One again.

Priority one is the best. While trying to keep us limping along with our old air conditioner, they were very responsive whenever we had trouble, and were able to keep it running for us for quite awhile. When it finally died during this summer's 120+ degree, humid, weather. They were able to find a new unit (not easy with the current supply-chain problems), and get it installed within 3 days. This involved renting a crane to remove the old one and install the new one, so it wasn't an ""easy peasy"" installation.

They are also great for plumbing issues. They replaced our hot water heater. The new heater couldn't fit in the previous one's location, so they had to install it on our patio. Since we live in an HOA, it could not be visible, but they have a great carpenter that they work with who was able to make a ""box"" for it in less than a week.

Purchased our 1947 Palm Desert home in November 2020. It came with an old swamp cooler, vintage 1960s AC units in the walls of 4 rooms.

Last year Roy and the folks at Priority One did an exceptional job getting the old swamp cooler in top shape. However, when summer rolled around these old AC units had issues. They made loud noises, were highly inefficient and were located in the wrong places within the house. Furthermore these massive old units were ugly.

A few weeks ago I decided it's time to get modern AC and heat in the house. We've had some cold nights and I hate plugging in portable heaters or using the circa 1947 gas furnace. I called in Roy from Priority One for advice. I wanted an exceptional system which would also be cost effective.

Roy suggested mini splits in 5 places in the house. Figured we would put two condensors on the roof to handle all 5 splits. I have a mini split in my Los Angeles home and am already sold on the technology.

Roy and his team of 7 technicians did a world class job installing a system I could not be more pleased with. It was more work than I realized. In the end I got a great deal, product I'm beyond pleased with.

To handle removal of old AC units I used Roy's associate, Mindo Leite. Mindo and his team did an exceptional job repairing the damage done from prior wall unit AC installations. It looks like the old in wall units were never there. It looks like I had these beautiful white mini splits here from day one.

Now I have individual control of AC and/or heat in various parts of my house. I can cool down my kitchen when cooking or take an unused bedroom and turn the AC off. I have ultimate control of heat/AC is how I see it.

Priority One is highly service oriented. they want every customer to be 100% satisfied like me. If you have any HVAC needs I HIGHLY recommend this firm. When it came to installing a new system they were the only firm I spoke to.

I'm not surprised to see so many five star ratings for this business on Yelp. This glowing review of mine has been a long time coming. My wife and I started using Priority One about 3 years ago to take care of our air conditioning system. Everyone at Priority One has been fantastic, and I'd like to specifically point out Jhonatan Urbina, who has been here several times to check, maintain and/or repair our system. Jhonatan has always been extremely professional, courteous and helpful. He explains everything he does in great detail, he's gone the extra mile on several occasions to make sure that everything is and stays in perfect working order, and he's been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this business and I am planning to remain a loyal customer.

This company promised me a HUGE DISCOUNT FOR MY HOME AC / heating system. After I gave them a $25000 job for a client. The owner promised he would take very good care of me . Well his price was $1700 over everyone else for a very comparable system . Don't trust this company. It's more about the $$$$ than being a honest AC company. I went with Hayes AC and they did the job in less than a day.
To make things worse they charged my CC without a invoice or my authorization.
This company is VERY DISHONEST.
