I read the Yelp reviews on air conditioning services and so called Priority One based on the overwhelming number of positive reviews from customers - and I was definitely NOT disappointed. I moved to a new house in Palm Desert recently and needed my AC checked and had a problem with one of my three thermostats. The person who answered my call was quick and efficient. I asked to see someone in the next day or two and got an appointment at a convenient time. Jhonatan showed up on time and quickly gave me an accurate and succinct rundown about their services and complete information about costs. He quickly solved the problem with my ""smart"" thermostat that was refusing to be reprogrammed, checked my 3 ACs, replaced filters and installed two new thermostats at my request. He made it clear that I did not need the two new thermostats but I wanted to be able to control them all remotely. He also located and fixed problems with my ducts (at no charge) - problems that were costing me a great deal of money. He then spent a lot of time with me showing me how to operate the new equipment, suggesting ways to enhance the efficiency of my AC's and even went to the extra trouble of locating the information so he could tell me the age of each AC and giving me information about their current status. He was professional, a good communicator (very clear instructions on how to operate the new thermostats) and was patient as I wrote them down. He gave me advice about future service that would save me money (he could have pushed for a more expensive plan that I do not need). My take is that Priority One is a very professional and honest business with representatives that are mostly similar to Jhonatan. I am totally satisfied with the service I received and will continue to call on Priority One for help in the future. There are many companies that do this work - and it is likely that a few others are also excellent. Yet I'm guessing that all of the representatives from Priority One are outstanding and that with other companies, service people may vary in knowledge and honesty. This may be why their reviews are consistently excellent whereas other suppliers get mixed reviews. It's better to stick with a company where everyone does a top job.

Rob came out on schedule to correct my low-flow shower and within 30-45 minutes had the water back where I expect it to be. He found the controls behind the valves were incorrectly set for ""no water pressure"" and adjusted them to ""max pressure"" so I just had to control them manually the way I wanted. Fortunately no water leaks found. Kudos to Rob on job well done.

Really great service. Adrian was not only very knowledgeable and courteous but honest as well. He gave us some really great tips on maintaining our HVAC system and didn't try to up sell things we didn't need. Reasonable pricing and same day service. Will definitely call them again.

It's very refreshing when a company answers the phone, in person... schedules appointments in a timely fashion... and arrives when they say they are going to arrive (in my case, early). Priority one definitely exceeded my expectations. I'd like to give a special thanks to Adrian, our service technician. He had a kind and respectful way about him (a rarity in this day and age).

Great customer service. We were out of town and needed emergency service for a leak, an outdoor water pipe burst. They came out fixed the problem, cleaned the mess (dug up dirt and rocks) and put everything back as normal. So nice to feel at ease with this emergency while out of state on vacation. I would definitely highly recommend to anyone with plumbing issues to call them.

I was provided a quick response and pricing on a weekend. Robert came and fixed a job that was poorly done by a previous plumber/company we used in an emergency. He not only provided reasonable rates but gave me helpful information on the warranty I had in place for my kitchen faucet also promising to come back if there were my issues with his work. He made having to call a plumber effortless and pain free for this busy mom! Thanks again!

Robert did a great job replacing the shower fixtures in our home. He is very knowledgeable and really knows his stuff. This is second time we used this company. The first time is when they replaced our worn out air conditioner. We had them replace our heater and water heater at same time. They arrived early with a team of 5 men and worked nonstop until 6 that night, doing a great job rebuilding the base. I highly recommend this company.
