I decided to contact Primo Plumbing after receiving a referral from a friend . I called them and their plumber Jordan answer the phone right away . I explained to him the problem I was having and he said he would be right over to fix the problem . Jordan arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call and he was able to diagnose the problem right away. I needed a new flush value. He also identified another problem with some leaking pipes and fixed that too . He was very professional and his work was of high quality . His pricing also was good as I had called other plumbers who wanted to charge more . I will be using him in the future for all my plumbing needs .

Update 2023: Primo is always great. Our 30 year old water heater rusted out, and Jordan was able to come the next day to replace it. Pickup, install, and haul away was so convenient. He also recommended a better quality brand that is longer lasting than your Home Depot specials. All in all, Primo is the best!

Jordan was incredibly helpful and very quick to respond to my call. I needed some minor fixes to my kitchen and bathroom faucets, along with a general inspection of my plumbing underneath my house (I have a raised foundation in my home) just to make sure that the pipes are in good condition. Jordan of Primo Plumbing arrived and fixed all of my minor problems and conducted an inspection of my plumbing, and did a great job. This is a good, old-fashioned family-owned business that has been in business for a long time (you hardly see that anymore nowadays). I have used them a few times in the nearly 20 years that I've lived in my home. They are fantastic, knowledgeable and professional. And their prices are reasonable, especially considering that EVERYTHING nowadays has gone up in price. I very strongly recommend this plumbing business.
