I had a new washer installed and upon installation I was informed there was a blockage in the pipes so the washer wouldn't work unless we called a plumber. After a quick search, Primo showed up closest to me. The customer service over the phone was so kind, helpful and polite and they were able to send someone out to help within the hour! Usually when calling a plumber, something isn't working and can be a frustrating experience but I am so happy with the service and results I received from Primo.

Gilbert came out and took care of the problems. I know more about plumbing than I ever knew before. He explained the problem, how to fix it, made recommendations, showed pictures of parts etc from the internet. He was super nice to my 2 year old grandson who wanted to get under the sink with him. Gilbert was awesome. Will definitely use them again when needed.

Plumbing issues can be the worst but Primo Plumbing is always there to respond and fix the problem in every emergency we have had. Just last week we had an emergency with our one bathroom. Had Gilbert from Primo Plumbing come out to address a low water pressure issue. He went straight to the sink and fixed the issue promptly.. I was impressed that he didn't try and sell us a piping issue as other companies had tried to do. I would and will definately call them back if I have any other plumbing issues. Great job.
