We called Primo for a leak under the house. Jordan came out the same day! He was thorough in evaluating the possible reasons for the leak and in the end, he narrowed it down to a faulty wax toilet seal that was leaking water through the floor! He did careful, clean and thorough work. Price was fair and he was a delight to engage with. Professional and personable from start to finish. I told him he's now in my contact list for plumbing going forward!

I had a new washer installed and upon installation I was informed there was a blockage in the pipes so the washer wouldn't work unless we called a plumber. After a quick search, Primo showed up closest to me. The customer service over the phone was so kind, helpful and polite and they were able to send someone out to help within the hour! Usually when calling a plumber, something isn't working and can be a frustrating experience but I am so happy with the service and results I received from Primo.

Gilbert came out and took care of the problems. I know more about plumbing than I ever knew before. He explained the problem, how to fix it, made recommendations, showed pictures of parts etc from the internet. He was super nice to my 2 year old grandson who wanted to get under the sink with him. Had Gilbert from Primo Plumbing come out to address a low water pressure issue. He went straight to the sink and fixed the issue promptly.. I was impressed that he didn't try and sell us a piping issue as other companies had tried to do. I would and will definately call them back if I have any other plumbing issues. Great job.
