My only regret is that I hadn't been using these guys sooner!!

I had been using another plumbing company as our go-to for any plumbing needs here in our office... After overpaying for some time, I decided to look into another source and found Primo Plumbing here on Yelp.

Charles is the BEST! 5 star rating for obvious reasons. He provided amazing service, very thorough, personable, honest... Best of all, the price of the entire project was less than the ""assessment cost"" from the other guys!

Thanks Charles! Primo Plumbing is now our go-to for plumbing needs. :)

Charles did a complicated job very very well, and sent a bill that was quite reasonable
given the time spent on the job for which we didn't even ask for an estimate or bid. Very professional, very reliable. Twice he had to cancel or delay an appointment, but
that is understandable given the nature of his business, and ours was not an emergency. Polite, conscientious, reliable, skilled.

Primo Plumbing does excellent work!

A few days ago PG&E told me the company that installed my tankless water heater (5 years ago) did a poor installation job and the installation needed to be corrected. The company did not properly tie into the PG&E meter. Some of the pipes and fittings were non galvanized and were rusting. The overall installation was poorly done. That company is no longer in business.

I used yelp and found Primo Plumbing with its 5 star rating to correct the improperly done installation. I told Primo what PG&E said about correcting how and where the water heater gas line should tie into the PG&E Meter. Charles Fong (owner of Primo Plumbing) came to my house and gave me an estimate of 1 1/2 to 2 hours to do the correction requested by PG&E. Charles also said he would dismantle the sloppy installation and replace the non galvanized rusting pipes and fitting with galvanized. The reassembled gas line was a huge improvement. The pipes were nicely aligned and properly secured. I was amazed it was all done within the estimated time.

Primo Plumbing did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable. What I appreciated the most was his honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Primo Plumbing.

Need a plumber? Charles is the best! I'm a Realtor here in the city since 1998. Clients are always asking me for referrals for tradesmen, I never have to worry when I refer them to Charles. The clients always thank me for sending him their way. I have been doing business with him for over 10 years . In fact, when my Wife and I did our remodel, Charles did all of our plumbing (kitchen, baths, laundry room, water & gas supply). And just recently we called Charles to change out our conventional waters heaters to (2) Takagi tankless water heaters that are computer controlled. We are extremely happy with all the work that he has done for us and will continue to refer and use his services.

Called Primo at 0900 regarding plugged up toilet and bath tub drain. Charles Fong said he wold be here by 1200. Got here at 1130, and had the problems fixed by1230, including a minor adjustment on the tub faucet. He charged me for 1 hour (fair price).
Great work and very professional in work and demeanor.
Absolutely recommend!!!!

We had a great experience with Charles when our water heater failed. On less than a day's notice, he purchased a replacement and installed it at a very convenient time for us, even though this meant he was working well into the evening. Very clean work, polite and professional service, and the final price was $50 less than estimated.

We had a back-up in the kitchen sink and needed someone to come out on a Friday night. Charles took the job and got it fixed. I called at 8PM on Friday and Charles promptly called us back. Within an hour he was at our place with his equipment. As others have mentioned, Charles is a friendly guy. He's professional and has a current contractor's license. He discussed his rates up front so there were no surprises and when he got here he went right to work. We would definitely call Charles again.

Charles and his assistant, Eric, added another cold water line for my new fridge, which has a water and ice dispenser. :) He showed up a bit late due to another appointment that ran late, but he called beforehand and was very polite and conscientious. He also helped me clean the glass trap in my dishwasher, which was full of glass and other things that were preventing optimal cleaning.

Ultimately, Charles is a nice guy, professional, and his assistant and he do great work. Will definitely use Primo again and recommend the company to others.
