The guys at Prime Plumbing are the best! They serviced and replaced my sump pump! I've had at least 9 different plumbers try and get it fixed they were the only set of plumbers that were able to get it done! The guys know what they are doing and handle with care! Don't leave until the job is done!

HORRIBLE!! First American sent them out to repair 2 leaks and a power flush toilet issue. The technician turned the water on in the shower, pushed the bell down, then said it's not leaking. In another bathroom, he looked at it without touching it at all and said """"it must be the cartridge"""". He took a picture of the power flush then told me he had to get authorization to repair. 2 days later, when I call for status, they lied and said they were waiting for a callback from First American but First American says they didn't send a report. I call them back and they say it's not covered bc it predates my policy. How would you know what's wrong and you didn't even touch it? The funny thing is, when I had another warranty company, they sent Prime plumbing. Whatever is wrong with it, it's wrong bc it wasn't fixed when they came before. They are running a warranty scam. they just collect service fees and don't do any work.

Like many other people here, I was referred to this company through AHS. After I scheduled, I reviewed all the reviews and then canceled. I then went back through AHS, hoping they would assign me a different company the next time. They didn't, so I canceled again. However, the issue with our downstairs toilet needed to be fixed as soon as possible, so I decided just to schedule and hope for the best. The technician came out as promised, stayed for a few minutes, and told me that once they got the approval from AHS, he would come out and install the new toilet. He quoted me the same price I was quoted from the company directly, so I felt pretty good that this would go well (The technician was very nice and polite). Things took a turn on the day of my appointment. The time I was given was between 11 am - 2 pm. I sent a message around 10:30 that morning to confirm I was still on the schedule. They assured me I would be called when the tech was on the way. At 1:55 pm, I hadn't heard from anyone so I called to see what the ETA was. It was then that I was told that the technician was running late and there were two people ahead of me. When I asked for an estimated time of arrival, I was told they couldn't tell me, but it would be before the end of the day. Which would be when? I was told they couldn't give me a definitive time. I am physically disabled, and the toilet that needs replacing is literally the only one in my home that I can use, so hearing """"we don't know when the technician will arrive"""" was not comforting. The woman on the phone was very apologetic and asked if I wanted to reschedule for another day. She acknowledged that they should've done a better job communicating that the technician would be late, which I appreciated. But absolutely not. I had already wasted one day and was not willing to waste another. I contacted another company, and they came on the same day. Unfortunately, I should've gone with my gut and the reviews I saw online.

The worst service experience. They were used to service my household through my home warranty company. I waited 6 days for service. Numerous phone calls. Sometimes on hold for 15 minutes or more. They wanted to charge me 265.00 to remove my toilet. When I called back to inform them my husband had removed the toilet and all we needed was a snake. I was told they would call me back. I'm still waiting...........Horrible, unprofessional.

Is it possible to give them zero stars? Wish I could! Sent by the home warranty company to fix a hose on my kitchen faucet. Been three months and they are saying they can't do it due to backorder of the part which I was able to find within 5 min online. Furthermore pretty sure they misdiagnosed another problem with a leaking pipe on my home. They said it was due to water pressure which makes zero sense based on opinion of another plumber. During both visits, it seemed as if their goal was to get in and out as quickly as possible while collecting the $75 fee. DO NOT HIRE THEM

We have never had a problem with AHS warranty, until Prime Plumbing came out to look into our pump in the basement, because our toilet would not flush and waste filling up in the bath tub. They came in and determined baby wipes caused the blockage (which is not covered under the plan), this seems to be the excuse this Company uses quite often. This was untrue and no way possible, because this basement bathroom is never used by anyone, other than my husband and myself. We work from home and have 3 additional bathrooms upstairs. They said the pump would need to be replaced and they could do it for a cost $1,000. So no, they would not get a recommendation, be careful.

In hse pipe repair was needed because if a botched pipe repair job on a home I purchased from an investor. Deedee, Orlando, and Danny were the reps that came out for the assessment. They used a camera and checked the sewer line, and assured me that the sewer line was clear..a relief! The pipe leaked in my basement due to a previous bad installation of the pipe that ran from inside to outside. What i liked most was the five year warranty on the services rendered, althought I hope to never need to use it. I really appreciated the knowledge and professionalism.

Prime Plumbing sent Josh to fix my two toilets and I can't say enough about how impressed I am with his service! Not only did he fix the problems he was called to fix, he identified another problem I wasn't aware of and fixed that too! Josh is awesome! Prime Plumbing is lucky to have him and you can rest assure he will take care of your problem.

Don't use this company. They misrepresented their estimate, the work that they would do, and the circumstances of how they did the work (showing up without calling my family member to be there) meant I cannot even guarantee the work was done completely. My water line to the house started leaking. I had a home warranty company which recommended Prime Plumbing. They came to the house the same day I called. The rep indicated the entire line to the house needed to be replaced. He stated that since my house was on a slab, they would have to run the line from the meter on the farthest right side of my property to the farthest left side of the property, going under the driveway and into the side of the house into a garage room that has the water heater. He said they'd have to run the pipe on the garage ceiling as well to get to the water heater and cut into sheet rock. I was given an estimate of $2300 for this work at 275 feet of pipe. He stated that if the work didn't take that much effort, I'd get a reduced price of $1700-1800 depending on the feet of pipe used. The rep also said someone would need to be home in order to let them in the garage room. I told the company to do the work but to call a nearby family member since I was going out of the country for two weeks that next day. My family member called every day to see if the work was going to be scheduled. After three days, the office told him the utilities had not yet been marked but they expected to be out to the house either that afternoon or the next day. My family member emphasized they should call him when they arrived and that he would come right over. He didn't hear from them and went to the house the next day to see if the utilities had been marked. He wound that they had done the work without the utilities being marked or knowing what had been done. Only where the pipe was leaking was the yard dug up. He called and left a message for them to call him to let him know what work was done, and they never called him back. I was charged $2396 for the work, including $96 for using a credit card. When I returned to the states, I contacted them to find out why they had not called and what work was done and why I was charged the full amount if the work was easier than what was planned. The office person said they had called my family member which is not true. She said that the utility marking people said it wasn't necessary to mark the lines, which I doubt was true. She said that if they had to do the full work that was explained to me the estimate would have been $3200 at least. But then she later said she gave the rep the estimate herself over the phone when he was at the house, so that is inconsistent. I don't have any confidence that the full water line was replaced. I don't know how much pipe was actually laid or from what point it was replaced (from what point to what point). I can't believe anyone would think that a homeowner would spend $2400 without having someone at home to oversee what was going on. I feel like I was lied to and taken advantage of given I was out of town and likely because I'm female. I would NOT ever use this company.
