Poor customer service. Leaky toilet. Service request took weeks to be resolved. First plumber stated no access to cut off valve and left ten minutes after walking around. Plumber stated he need to get authorization because he could not find the cut off valve which is located in front of house. I requested to speak with manager numerous times to no avail Representative initially said I had to call utility company to shut off water she paused and said that's not right and thru Being persistent I was able to convince a representative to send another plumber out. Finally second plumber came out. Took under thirty minutes to resolve issue. Was able to access cut off valve with no issue or complications. Overall experience was terrible. Response time was deplorable and water bill kept going up. American Shield uses this company and did very little to ensure completion of work. I'm not a satisfied customer and do not recommend this company at all.

Kevin showed up because I had three leaking sinks that needed washers replaced below the drains. Took him 1 month to order three drains from Amazon and come back to my house. He still wasn't able to fix the leaks so he just covered everything in paste and left. I would be shocked if the person is even a plumber at all. He left dirt and paste on everything. Worst plumber experience to date. I do not recommend.

My home warranty company AHS sent this company and he ASSumes that we've been slamming the toilet seats and that's what caused the damage. He knew by saying this that our home warranty company will not approve the repair. He then tells me """"I can fix it for 350 because the home warranty will not approve it when they see my report"""" if you get assigned this company, ask your home warranty to change it to a different company!!!!

The technician was one of the rudest and most unprofessional person I have dealt with. When you call the office, they cannot give you any update. Since they were uninformed and rude, I had the home warranty company pay out cash and got a very good company to do the job. I would recommend you stay away from this company!

Terrible, they were sent through my Home warranty! I had an outdoor water leak, they told me outdoor pipe wasn't covered by my warranty and that the entire pipe needed to be replaced and it would cost me $3700! I got a recommendation for another plumber from neighbors, he came, fixed the issue for $350! He told be there was absolutely no reason to replace the entire pipe.

My home shield insurance company hired them to to repair my toilet leak. The technician, without removing the toilet, said the leak came from the base of the toilet. He told me to hire a floor guy to replace the warped floor around it before he could repair the leak. He tole me to ask the floor guy remove the toilet when he did the floor repair. After I did what the technician told me to do, I called Prime Plumbing back to schedule for the repair. Through an """"answering service"""", I was told since a 3rd party removed the toilet, the only way they would come out would for me to pay them $199 for a new toilet plus extra to take away the old toilet. I explained that the plumber was the one who told me to have the floor guy remove the toilet. But the """"answering service"""" said """"I am just an answering service."""" I asked to speak to the plumber and/or manager. Was told they were not available. I left my cell number for the manager to call me back. No one called me. This company does not care about their customer. They are dishonest and unprofessional. No one should ever hire them for any job!!

They were sent out by AHS...came and diagnosed the problem and took my toilet apart and my drain in the bathtub. They told me they would be back with parts....Then they told my warranty company that it was a pre existing problem and my warranty company denied the claim....after they took everything apart. Ridiculous!!!!!! 1 star is not good enough!

I've had to call multiple times to have them come out and fix what they didn't fix. They are associated with American home shield so don't know if that's the reason for shoddy work. They are quick to respond but extremely bad with customer service follow thru.

Terrible! The home warranty company sent them out. They sent this company that took my working toilet apart then refused to put it back together unless I have him 250 cash. Staying I should pay since that is the only way it would be fixed today. No I'll wait to see what my warranty has to say about it! Then went on to say he was going on vacation. Refused to put the toilet back how he found it.

Prime Plumbing Services promptly responded to our service request and scheduled their plumber, John. He arrived on time, wearing a mask and neat in appearance. He quickly unclogged our sink and also gave us tips on how to best keep the sink open. This company has earned our high rating and appreciation.
