Great service from a dependable company that doesn't rip-off customers. Tech Brandon fixed our issue in a timely and professional manner and didn't overcharge at all. Our issue is fixed and fixed right. Most other companies don't always answer the phone, especially on weekends but Prime picked up and Wayne in the office was able to schedule for later in the day, even on the weekend. Now I know who to call when we have any plumbing issues again!

After requesting service during the weekday hours for the price quoted, the plumber did not turn up, so I called and was told he was on an emergency call, but he would be arriving soon. He called when it was the emergency hours (when I would have to pay an addition $40) and he did say it was now emergency hours and I would have to pay. They never called to tell me he was running late. I think it was deliberate to make me pay the additional fee. This is unethical business practices.

We had a sub slab pinhole water leak that caused damage to our guest bathroom and carpet. It caused us to have to turn off our water for almost 24 hours. Plummer Kevin Hill from Prime Plumbing Inc. worked on the problem and within 5 hours had the leak found, slab opened, hole located and pipe fixed. In addition he cleaned up the mess he made, filled and cemented the hole in the slab. He was efficient, fast and friendly. Made a very taxing problem go away all the while calming our fears. If you need a plumber, buy all means call Prime Plumbing. Phil Kleinberg

I have used PRIME PLUMBING before for some work at my house they installed a new water heater. The techs that came out to the house were very nice and explained how the new heater would work. I will always recommend the guys over at PRIME to everyone i know. They will be your forever plumber

Austin was great - he replaced my disposal, was knowledgeable, and had everything he needed with him. He also came during the quoted time window. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is I thought that the price was a bit high, but the work was good. I will call again if I need help.

DISHONEST. Charged $847.60 for one hour of work to unclog two toilets. They charged 500.00 for a fiber optic cable to inspect the drain, BUT they never did it. I spoke to Joe the owner and he said he'd send a refund, BUT he never did.

Unfortunately this company charges a dispatch fee to simply show up for a quote, to fix a toilet is over $500. A typical Handy man charges $110 to install a completely new Toilet plus $170 cost of an average Toilet. They seem to pray on the elderly the BBB has many complaints. I would stay far far away from dealing with this company. They have you sign an estimate authorization only after the works been done.

Would never recommend this company! Sorry I even have to select a star. My 86-yr. old mother received a ridiculous estimate to remove and replace a kitchen sink. I decided to shop around for her and found a competitor who did an excellent job and at a third of the cost of Prime Plumbing. In the meantime, Prime Plumbing got their $59 estimate fee from my Mom. What a rip-off!

Called in during the busy season. My property is on a very steep angle causing a very difficult time to get a Leitchfield installed with it being approved through the city. I had over a 5 foot drop, in a questionable 2 to 3 dozen truckloads of dirt going through another company. The team came out and inspected the property came up with multiple different avenues to approach the situation, and found the best and cheapest route available. Due to the cities new rules it was a bit pricey, but with their 0% financing this was something that I was able to afford. (we had just bought this house within the year). Their team came out during the delay of waiting for the city for approval and pumped out our septic. From there added three additional inspection points to help further any issues down the road with diagnosing. Their quality of work is above par, their employees had great attitudes and were very responsive as well as explained and informed me as everything continued with the repairs. We ended up needing six truckloads of dirt were they were very diligent in ensuring that all the dirt was placed in the proper positions to not cause additional costs. During this time I received an email stating that there was a raffle for veterans military and first responders I responded to the email and won to free my Moab sink faucets including installation. These were installed in my house during the Leitchfield install and was absolutely free! This is a great team to work with, the only downside is the roots that were pulled up while running the drainage field were properly stacked in piles but we're not loaded up and taken back with them. This causes additional work on the yard cleanup process. (although I'm quite sure that this could be an easy add-on but since they were working so hard on keeping our overall cost down they probably had this removed in order to save us money). The second thing would of been to pack the dirt where they dumped it and drove on the property as we have more of a dirt bike looking backyard. (once again I'm quite sure that this would've been an easy add-on but working so hard and keeping the overall cast down they probably remove this in order to save us money) I 100% would hire prime plumbing again as well as will be using them as our yearly plumber and septic field engineers. Thank you all for the Hard work and dedication in keeping the highest quality of work with a lower price tag.
