We had a water system and water heater installed by Prime Plumbing. Danny was amazing, quick, knowledgeable and friendly. The jobs were done fantastically and quickly and at a competitive price. If we have ANY plumbing issues in the future, we'll be contacting Prime Plumbing first!

We received same day service for a non-emergency. A plumber was dispatched in about 3 hours to fix a problem with the faucet in our bathtub. Although they didn't have masks, we provided them with masks for them to wear because we had my elderly parent and children in the home. They wore the masks without issue. Plumbers' rates tend to be very expensive but we think the price was reasonable for an hour's worth or work.

Unfortunately this company charges a dispatch fee to simply show up for a quote, to fix a toilet is over $500. A typical Handy man charges $110 to install a completely new Toilet plus $170 cost of an average Toilet. They seem to pray on the elderly the BBB has many complaints. I would stay far far away from dealing with this company. They have you sign an estimate authorization only after the works been done.

I have an older house build in the 1960's. When I have plumbing issues I get really nervous...old pipes = big money to fix. Every time I call Prime, it was easy to make an appointment. They send confirmation text with pic of tech. They call when they are on the way, and they show up on time. They are clean, professional, and give several options to fix the problem. They know their profession, and help you to understand the reasons for the problem and how/why to fix it. they have I-pads to show you exactly what the job will cost including parts and labor so no surprises. They will not over sell you on products/services. No mater how old/new your house is call Prime Plumbing they can/will help.

I'm only giving them a four-star because they didn't explain all the charges verbally the price to hook up my new dishwasher was a little crazy if they would've told me the price I would've told them not to do it and gone with Best Buy which is where I bought the dishwasher and it would've cost me a whole lot less.

I called a previous plumber I had used but never had a call back and never talked to a real person. When I called Prime Plumbing, I was connected to a live person who took by information professionally and had an appointment set up within a few days. My issues were complex due to some older plumbing, but they managed to complete the tasks promptly and with good humor. Each of the gentlemen who came out were very knowledgeable and friendly. Zach in particular was wonderful. I will be calling on them again for sure.

Absolute blatant lie, I have cameras at my home showing time tec arrived and departed just under 45 minutes,would be happy to have you view footage. So someone at your company is not been honest (Shocker) and I don't believe it is your tec. Two toilet repair kits were replaced at a cost of $542.00. Have reported to BBB.
