I had a water leak i believe was within my wall the tech comes out quickly did a test test ( water Pressure test ) and could see there was some kind of water issue happening. The tech must be commissioned based as he proceeds to try and sell me a repipe without even knowing where the leak was coming from for approximatley $9700.00 Also stated as an alternative he would need to bust up my kitchen and gargae floor to locate the leak. $2700.00 I had to call a leak detection company, American Leak Detectors, ( Highly Recomend ) which was fast at arriving and found the leak in the wall in less that 10 minutes, exactly what I had asked to the tech from Prime Plumbing to to do since you could see the water coming from the wall. I then hired LaTow Brothers in Orange City to complete the job. I dont reccomend this company because i had to spend an extrak $400 to get the answer i already knew and that is the leak was in the wall. I called the Customer Service Manager but 10 days later and he still has not returned my call.

i am really impressed with the service Prime Plumbing gave me. Jimmy did an excellent job. I had a gas leak in my house. Needed a professional trained in finding & repairing the leak. Jimmy did that. Thank you Prime Plumbing!

Looking for old fashioned great plumbing services? Call Prime! I thought excellent service was a thing of the past not true with my service technician Nic who was on time, very personable, thoroughly explained what my leaking kitchen sink needed, refitted new pipes then filled both sides three times with water before he left to check his work. Not a drip! I'm a Senior Citizen who still appreciates outstanding work ethics. Give Prime a call and request Nic you won't regret it.

If I could James (the owner) ZERO stars I would. Contacted him through home warranty service for an emergency plumbing repair as the expert plumber who could scope the line and detect the location of the leak that was causing sewer water to run under several floors in the house. He did not scope the line. Instead he said we had to demolish the wall where he expected the leak to be, then he would return. We demolished all walls where he said it would be and texted him pictures in the wall. He was supposed to return on Saturday morning. Then it became sometime Saturday. Then it became Sat or Sun. Meanwhile, water was still destroying more and more of the house. Then he ignored all calls and texts. (None were rude!) On Monday, we were finally able to contact him and he said he no longer wanted to do the repair. We lost a several days trying to stop sewer water from infiltrating our home. This is absolutely disgusting and all he did was complain when he first arrived that he wouldn't get paid enough to fix the problem. Definitely avoid this company!

Be forewarned about Prime Plumbing!! This company will overcharge you for their poor quality of service, not honor warranty claims, and lack all ethical professional practice. They're service manager actually made the statement that """"they aren't use to dealing with customers who had some plumbing knowledge"""". That just shows this company lacks morals from the top, down. Whether you have plumbing knowledge or not shouldn't determine the quality of service. I have had multiple interactions with this company after an initial job I had them do (which was done poorly). Every time they attempted to """"make things right,"""" more problems came to light that were just disgraceful. I will never do business with, or recommend this company again! No remorse from prime plumbing despite bringing these issues to their attention. I get the feeling they are used to their employees doing sub-par work. Ultimately, I wish I had all 6k back just to rip out their work and re-do it all properly for a fraction of the price.

I hired Prime plumbing for my septic. They said that someone would be out between 11-2pm well they showed up at 430pm. They sent a new guy that did know anything about pumps. Prime offer to drain the tank but that was not problem. That was going cost 580. So for the guy come out 10 minutes to tell me he doesn't know anything about the pump they charged me 180.

Blood Suckers! I have used Prime Plumbing at a previous residence to pump out my septic tank and their price was on par with other companies so I called them to come out and give me a repair quote for a 1 1/2"""" water line that had been broken and was actually already repaired but was leaking a little as the person who repaired it didn't leave the glue to dry long enough before turning on the water. They quoted me over $600!!!! Giving the benefit of the doubt here and determining that they wanted to remove the repair work already done which was two couplers and replace them, that's about $20 worth of material and 30 minutes of time, 1 hour if they wanted to stay and wait for the glue to dry, but even at an hour of time and double my estimate of material its no where near a $600 repair! I am disgusted and concerned for anyone who may call them that does not have the knowledge to say no, that's a rip off! This is a predatory company, do not call them!

When I called to schedule service I was told it was $95.00 to show up and I agreed. We wanted two faucets installed and Nick who did a nice job. He then quoted me I asked him to leave based on the price, $1800.00. He than told me he could reduce it to $1600.00. Still crazy high, I asked about a military discount because I am disabled vet, Nick than let me know that they did not offer a military discount. Than do not advertise you do. Based on the time spent in our home the hourly rate turned out to be $500.00 per hour. I was wanting an itemized receipt if you can send that my way. This company should be ashamed the way they do business. Yes I signed the tablet to agree to the work. SHAME ON ME! I will not ever use them again and I am going to report them to the BBB and the State Attorney's Office if I do not hear from them and get a decent discount. No I did not have a gun to my head but this was me at 82 making a bad choice on who to do business with. Bottom line do the right thing and I will certainly acknowledge it.

We had previously used Prime for some maintenance work, and THANK GOODNESS they took pictures of all our water shutoffs etc for the house we just bought! I called them when a pipe burst on a Friday night. Brian answered the after hours line and walked me thru shutting everything off. Zac Brown (not the band LOL) came out within an hour, explained our problem and fixed it, with pics to document everything. 5 Stars - Would highly recommend!

Recently moved to Lake County and knew when purchasing the home I would eventually need to replace the hot water heater. It went out a few months before I had planned to replace it and the in laws were coming. I was out of town and Wife was home. Asked to replace with a name brand comparable unit. Everything I had priced and got estimates on prior, the most expensive quote I got was $1300 installed. I could not find another plumber available that day and my Wife wanted it fixed. These guys charged $3000 to replace with a generic 40 gallon hot water heater! 3k! Everyone I have told about this also believes it was ridiculously high. The item they used was @$700 and they charged $1400 for it! Just for the hot water heater! These guys are con artists and will rip you off! Stay away!
