Although we are a new business, we are not inexperienced in plumbing. Having worked for other plumbing businesses (which we’ll leave unnamed), the owners of Prime Plumbing and Water recognized a common problem... the relentless pursuit of profit. This mentality affected employees and customers alike. We recognized that greed and self-interest dictated employee compensation, often leading to higher costs for customers. As a result, we decided to launch our own company. This allowed us to treat our customers as valued individuals instead of just numbers.
