We may be a new company, but we have extensive plumbing experience. Having worked for other plumbing businesses (which we’ll leave unnamed), the owners of Prime Plumbing and Water recognized a common problem... the relentless pursuit of profit. This approach negatively impacted both employees and customers. We saw that selfishness and greed influenced how employees were paid, which frequently resulted in increased costs for clients. As a result, we decided to launch our own company. This allowed us to treat our customers as valued individuals instead of just numbers.
