My name is Frank Noto, and I own Prime Line and Leak Detection LLC. Being a third-generation utility contractor, I grew up in my family’s business, focusing on the installation of underground utilities in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Although we dealt with all kinds of underground infrastructure, our primary focus was on water mains and service lines for residential and commercial clients, utilizing horizontal directional drilling as our primary method. After many years of replacing water service lines, I identified the growing need to preserve existing systems. In 2015, I started analyzing every leak I encountered, developing an economical approach to precisely identify subsurface leaks. Gradually, I improved my techniques and began delivering this service to clients. In 2020, I launched Prime Line and Leak Detection LLC to bring that knowledge to the forefront.
