My name is Frank Noto, and I own Prime Line and Leak Detection LLC. As a third-generation utility contractor, I have deep roots in my family’s business, where I learned to install underground utilities throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties. We handled a range of underground infrastructure, but our core focus was on water mains and service lines for residential and commercial properties, employing horizontal directional drilling as our preferred technique. After many years of replacing water service lines, I identified the growing need to preserve existing systems. In 2015, I began to study every leak I came across, creating a cost-effective method to accurately locate subsurface leaks. Gradually, I improved my techniques and began delivering this service to clients. In 2020, I founded Prime Line and Leak Detection LLC to highlight that expertise.
