Pride Plumbing has been great to work with as I did a forced kitchen remodel after my home insurance company refused to pay for the damage done by a broken pipe--they considered it was caused by a pre-exising leak...Stephen just finished installing all the faucets in my kitchen and new bathrooms. He provides great service; he works quickley but pays atttention to detail. He even double-checked to make certain my new dishwasher drained correctly! I had them repipe the house and replace my old water heater and they installed a whole house water filter that has cut down on the scale on my faucets from hard water.

I had an emergency last week, ruptured main water line and dead water heater, and consulted Lowe's. Lowe's sent someone out for an estimate and advised me I would need other businesses to come out and address other issues in addition to what I call them out for. In desperation I searched yelp for other plumbers and found prior plumbing services. Within 20 minutes they had someone dispatched to my home to assess the issues. Trevor arrived and promptly assessed both issues and assured me he could manage both issues within the day for a much more reasonable price than what Lowe's had quoted me. I was able to leave for work and received updated calls throughout the day from Trevor who completed the work exceptionally and professionally. From now on I will seek all my plumbing services from Pride Plumbing Services and strongly endorse them.

I contacted this company via Yelp messaging around 9pm at night. Was contacted and had appointment next day between 9 and 11 am. I requested a text or call 30 minutes before arrival time and was told no problem. I recieved a text 30 minutes prior as promised and Josh arrived shortly after 9.
I explained the toilet had been leaking from the base when flushed. I already had another company out a few days ago. They said it was a bad wax ring, installed a new one collected $255 from me and then said I needed a new flange for an additional $700. I was told not to use the toilet as it was still leaking at the base.
Needless to say I was not happy so I called Pride due to the great reviews.
Josh flushed my toilet multiple times and shocker, no leak. He was courteous, didn't try to sell me on unnecessary services, and seemed knowledgeable.
I am 100 percent satisfied with the service.In the event I have any further plumbing issues....I'm calling for him.

It is so hard to get work done in Big Bear. Pride plumbing was able to do a same-day appointment when five other companies were unable to accommodate. They really saved me and my family as we were out of hot water because our water heater broke. They did an awesome job and the technicians were professional and friendly. I will call them again if I have anymore plumbing issues.

We called Pride in an emergency situation. They came out quickly and gave us a very reasonable quote for what we needed done. When we had another problem (not their fault) they were going again quickly and gave us options to fix the problem. It was a different plumber the second time. Having now had interactions with two of their plumbers, I would not hesitate to call them again! Both guys were awesome!
