Pride Plumbing got the job done but very expensive for what you get (emergency service). I paid $1400 for hydrojetting and was still backed up the next day. The tech was nice enough to come back to jet the pipe again and that did the trick. Can't say I would use them again because I bought hydrojet equipment to do it myself and it costed me less than $1400.

Our water heater finally decided it was time, and while home repairs are rarely a good time, Pride made the experience painless. From the initial call, to the home visit, and ultimately the next day replacement we were extremely satisfied.

And we would be remiss if we didn't recognize Tyler. What an asset to their organization! Knowledgable, professional, prompt, and thorough. He took his time to ensure the job was done right.

While we hope it is a while before another plumbing repair, we know we will trust Pride to take care of us.

Dan Lopez came out to repair a broken drain pipe in my bathroom. The technician was extremely professional, and knowledgeable. Dan went above and beyond to get the job done. The initial quote to come out was free of charge. Their pricing was reasonable and the technician was quick and efficient. Pride Plumbing sent out text messages letting us know exactly when the technician would arrive. They utilize advanced technology allowing you to track your technician on the map. It was cool not having to wait around all day wondering when someone was going to show up. Overall we had a great experience and will highly recommend Pride Plumbing to friends and family. Five stars all the way!!

Teddy was responsive, kept me up to date on when he would be there. He did a nice job getting attachments for my washer and dryer and getting them installed. He even got the washer going before he went to get parts he needed for the dryer so I could start a load of wash! Much appreciated!

Did not end up using them. Expensive. Two people came for a simple job of replacing waste disposal and the quote was very expensive and they were unfriendly. I was surprised by a high quote and all they did was said for me to get different quote from different company then walked out. I called around and found another company quoted for a quarter of that price, and got it done same day and the service was so much more friendly and professional.

Billy and Colby were amazing. Went above and beyond. Were timely, responsive, and excellent workmanship. And they cleaned up after themselves (which never happens!)
Would recommend without hesitant. Will be calling them back to do my next shower conversion. Very fair pricing also!

Called them a few months ago and asked if they did well pump work. They said they weren't sure but could definitely come out and look at it. Two guys came out and told me they didn't know about well pumps, but still proceeded to diagnose the problem. They told me the pump was bad and it needed to be replaced, they sent me an estimate to replace the well pump and other stuff. The total on the estimate was over $5000 and it didn't include ""unforeseen issues"" like the guy said.

Fortunately, i kept calling around and finally found someone that knew about well pumps. The issue had nothing to do with what pride plumbing had diagnosed. Ended up paying the other company $400 for the work and parts.

Don't understand why they would quote me for something they know nothing about. Glad I knew better than to just go with the first company that came out. BEWARE!!

For a plumbing emergency of any kind the services provided by Pride is superb, professional, and careful. They replaced a plumbing fixture six feet under the ground in one day and I remain completely satisfied with the repair. Thank you Ericsen!
