We had a leak from our 2nd story bathroom that came down through the ceiling on the first floor. A different plumber came out and ""fixed"" the issue with parts that were incompatible with our shower kit.
Pride Plumbing responded quickly and sent a tech the next day. The tech's name was Zion, and he was on time, knowledgeable, and honest about the issue.
Turns out it should be an easy issue to fix, and if we have any plumbing problems in the future we will be contacting these guys first.

Five stars all the way! Mike answered the phone when I called after hours and was able to accommodate my request for an appt the next day. Great communications - I received a text that included a photo (nice touch) before my appt letting me know that Zion was on the way. Zion was awesome - clearly knew what he was doing, friendly and professional, and took pains to keep everything neat while he worked. I couldn't have asked for better service and highly recommend Pride Plumbing (and Zion!) to anyone looking for plumbing services.

Pride plumbing out of yucaipa is amazing. Called at 9:28am non emergency callout, was quoted between 12-2. Matt came out at 10:25am, wrapped up and paid by 10:50am. Can't thank them enough!!

The best plumbing experience I have ever had. The owner responded to my email request in the early morning. He provided an estimate and described what needed to be done in detail. My dads house had a leak so the gas company turned his gas off, leaving a Senior Veteran with no heat or shower. A competitor showed up first and provided a very high estimate. When Ryan and Brian showed up and they were excellent. They both went to work on replacing 3 x gas valves and running new gas lines to by-pass the leak. Ryan even found a hair-line crack in an appliance regulator. He went above and beyond by coming back when he saw the gas company driving up after he had left for the day. All of this work was completed at a third of the quote the other company
wanted. EXCELLENCE!!!!!!

They provided several options and prices. All I can say is Zion and Craig did an excellent job. Professional, Kind, responsive, and work hard to get the job done. I had an emergency with a main water break and Pride Plumbing Service took care of all of it. They replaced all plumbing with good quality plumbing products. Very Pleased. We had a problem with our upstairs bath tub leaking into our downstairs laundry room whenever someone would take a bath. Before they arrived to our house, they gave us a courtesy call to let us know they were on the way. Both Steven and Zion were able to fix the problem very fast. They were both very friendly, professional, and timely.
If ever we have any other plumbing problems, we will definitely be giving them a call.
