I've called Pride Plumbing on several occasions now and each time I've had a different technician, but all of them have been professional and efficient. Today, the office called to let me know the plumber would be at my house shortly, well within the scheduled time frame. Nicholas was our technician and he was awesome. Not only did he clear our clogged shower and the main clean-out near the street, quickly and efficiently, he also cleared out our bathroom sink, which was an added on request. All of this, in under an hour! He used boot covers in my house (which was great), and he was polite, knowledgable and tidy. I continue to be impressed with Pride Plumbing and their great staff. Thank you to Nicholas and to Pride Plumbing!

I called Pride plumbing because my water heater was not working. They were able to send two technicians out within a few hours. Jose and Javier arrived and were very professional and knowledgeable. They gave me a few options and I chose to get a new water heater due to my units age. They were very honest about my options and the costs associated, I feel like I was able to make the right decision after discussing everything with them. They left my house to go pick up the new unit and everything else they needed. They kept my house clean by using drop cloths and were patient when answering all my questions. I would highly recommend Pride plumbing and will use them again for any future plumbing needs.

We are renters of a property managed by FBS. From the moment we moved in we had plumbing issues, leaks and more. Pride was the company FBS sent us and I loved how they legitimately had concern and talked to me. I wasn't just a work order. Due to many times pride had to come to our home, it's nice to see personable and friendly faces. I would definitely shout out to two certain individuals. Unfortunately, I'm terrible with names. Pride Plumbing fixed my backed up shower/tub and toilet. They were professional, courteous, clean and efficient. This particular issue had been going on for quite some time and it really worried me because I thought the floor and the walls would need to be cut into. They gave me a game plan a time frame and cleared the obstruction with the help of a sewer cam and a really great plumber named Damon. On a saturday afternoon our both bathtubs backed up and made a big mess. We called pride pluming after hours and right away they answered. Cody was at our door 20 min later. Cody was very professional. He patiently explained the problem to us and got to work; he did an excellent job and made sure we are happy with service. Great customer service at reasonable price.

The best service I have had from any plumber in San Diego! After getting burned by Anderson for the last time, Pride came out and worked relentlessly to get the heat back on in my 90 year old grandmothers house in the rain and storms. Our tenants water heater went out during this past rain storm. My husband called A DIFFERENT company, they went out and said we needed a new water heater. The gentleman told me to come at 10 AM the next morning to pay him when the job is finished. I went out and waited until 11:30, the guy didn't show. I finally reached him around 12:30, and with a whining voice he told me he had a stuffy nose and was tired of working in the rain. He would come the next day to do it. Did I mention that this is a rental house and my tenants didn't have hot water??

I got on Yelp and found Pride Plumbing. The lady on the phone was super nice, told me she would send someone out to take a look at it even though I had told her it needed to be replaced. I received a phone call an hour later with the good news that their technician had fixed it, and the charge would be $120!!! The other guy wanted me to replace the heater and the cabinet! I would have been in for well over $1000.

So happy I checked out Yelp, and so happy Pride Plumbing was honest and fixed it instead of just going with the easy money and replacing it!
And that they weren't afraid to work in the rain!!

Definitely found a new plumber!!!
