Welp. It's uncommon for me to have loyalty to a single vendor... especially when there's sooo many options out there. But honestly, when I took the leap to move my small business into a retail location, and had a literal plumbing NIGHTMARE... Pride was the first name that came to mind. All hell broke loose in the utility closet, which was accompanied by a clogged... everything... So in my panicked overwhelmed state, I yelled to my husband to call them.

Chuck knew how important it was for a new small business owner to keep things operational with minimal downtime.. and immediately sent Matt out to my Point Loma Bakery. Matt, was super informative and was straight up with me. After diagnosing the utility faucet leak, he addressed the insane backup. He adamantly told me what I was responsible for as a tenant and made sure I was well informed. He let me know he'd help me out in any way and... honestly... being riddled with anxiety, his demeanor and empathy really put me at ease.

The next day (!!!!) he showed up with the replacement faucet.. he coincidentally showed up when the property management's plumbing company showed up. He took the reigns on relaying what he diagnosed and made sure the PM's plumber wasn't taking advantage of the situation or sinking my wallet, so to speak. Matt really stood up for me and... straight up... Ive never encountered a vendor/tradesman who made me truly appreciate their expertise and presence. Overall, his professional support was beyond anything I could pay for. The experience was well worth the price and I think I got above and beyond for what was initially asked for.

Going forward, Pride will forever have my business. This whole situation, one of the most frustrating moments in the last few years, was really alleviated by their quality team and quality of work.

Pride Plumbing is my HOA's preferred plumber, and I have used them several times for common-wall stack issues. Danny and Lyle were my plumbers today, and they were both incredibly kind, courteous, and efficient. I would recommend Pride Plumbing to other homeowners :).

I want multiple businesses around the Inland empire for over 20 years. I have been through a lot of companies but a couple of years ago I found my forever plumber Mr. Bill Hernandez at Pride Plumbing. He always goes above and beyond to make sure the work gets done correctly the first time. They always keep a clean job site and take care of all my properties. These guys are a 10 out of 10 with their experience. I would recommend them to anybody especially if you are a business owner

Our church food pantry needed help installing a hot water heater. Damon not only readily took care of that, task, he even helped us with pulling up a grubby carpet we were struggling to pull up and replace. Good man!

I am overdue in writing this review. Pride saved our a**es over a holiday weekend when 3 of our businesses 6 toilets backed up and we got a snake stuck 75 feet down the clean out. We called several places desperate for help as our usually plumbing company was busy with another emergency.

Pride was recommended to our business partner and they came out within an hour, unstuck our snake, cleared the drains and saved the weekend! We will be forever grateful and now we have a new plumbing company to use again.

I have used Pride for almost a decade.
BUYER BEWARE.

Recently, discovered they didn't
correctly repair my bathroom.

Pride Plumbing has made me uninsurable.

If I have any insurance claims in next 4-5 years,
I will have to move or pay out of pocket.

I have had four ""floods"" in 6 years.
Two repaired by Pride Plumbing reoccurred.

My 2021 Christmas present was the upstairs bathroom, ""repaired""
by Pride Plumbing in 2014,
flooding into my downstairs.
AGAIN.

This is a guest bath, rarely used.

Unfortunately, it is out of the Statue of Limitations
with the State Contractor's Department.

Had that bath been used at ALL after the ""repair,""
it would most likely would have failed well before
the 4-year time frame.

I recently started using the guest bath,
due to a remodel of the Master bath.

The Pride ""repaired"" bathroom failed within a few weeks
of starting to use on a regular basis!

When this bath flooded my downstairs kitchen,
the plumber my insurance sent, checked the source.

He showed me the wax seal had a paper towel lodged in it.

It was destined to fail.
I don't know if it was dropped
or if it was intentional.

Now, I am having all plumbing work done by Pride, reexamined. It is worth the expense, I can't afford anymore damage to my home.

I don't trust
any of the work they have done for me.

Buyer beware.
They are slipping.

Those good reviews are deceiving.

I would have given them a good review 2 years ago,
I didn't know until recently.

DON'T hire them and BE SURPRISED IN A COUPLE OF YEARS?

They won't help you when their work fails in 3 or 4 years!
They won't stand by their work, even a year later!.

Pride Plumbing was reasonable with their quote, prompt arrival, professional, courteous, and polite. Their representative Joey was great , and quick to make a diagnosis and repair. He was clean and did a great job, took photos and gave us a rundown of the problem and the repair. We look forward to using Pride Plumbing for any other plumbing issues.

Great company ! I had a rental unit with a clogged lav drain. It was scheduled for Monday but they were able to get to it on Friday. I was not on the premises but I was kept informed as was my tenant as to arrival time . Very good communication.
