I had been looking around for a plumbing company to check the water temperature coming from the sink. I am a paraplegic and had previously received a serious 3rd degree burn. Two other companies quoted me prices between $250 and $150. Roto Rooter of El Cajon was the highest. Neither company ever showed up. I found Pride Plumbing and spoke with Chuck, we scheduled an appointment for the following Monday and he gave me a price of $75.00. When he showed up, not only was he on time, he check the temps, he checked the facility water heater and was really helpful. During his inspection he noted that the water temp was about 126 (way too hot) and adjusted it so I wouldn't get burned again and provided additional helpful information. But to top it off, when time for me to pay, he told me that my bill amount, was a :) A smile. It cost him to come here and it cost his time. Not only was I thankful for his help, but grateful to see that in this crazy world, there are still some people willing to show kindness and selflessness. Any plumbing issues that I ever have again, I will look to Chuck and Pride Plumbing first. His efforts say a lot about the company!! Thanks

These guys saved my day. I was spinning my wheels with servicemen from other 5 star yelp companies for the whole day in San Diego. Finally at the end of the day when I thought all was lost, they came when they said they would, quickly figured out my problem and fixed it within minutes. I've called Pride Plumbing on several occasions now and each time I've had a different technician, but all of them have been professional and efficient. Today, the office called to let me know the plumber would be at my house shortly, well within the scheduled time frame. Nicholas was our technician and he was awesome. Not only did he clear our clogged shower and the main clean-out near the street, quickly and efficiently, he also cleared out our bathroom sink, which was an added on request. All of this, in under an hour! He used boot covers in my house (which was great), and he was polite, knowledgable and tidy. I continue to be impressed with Pride Plumbing and their great staff. I called Pride plumbing because my water heater was not working. They were able to send two technicians out within a few hours. Jose and Javier arrived and were very professional and knowledgeable. They gave me a few options and I chose to get a new water heater due to my units age. They were very honest about my options and the costs associated, I feel like I was able to make the right decision after discussing everything with them. They left my house to go pick up the new unit and everything else they needed. They kept my house clean by using drop cloths and were patient when answering all my questions. I would highly recommend Pride plumbing and will use them again for any future plumbing needs.

We are renters of a property managed by FBS. From the moment we moved in we had plumbing issues, leaks and more. Pride was the company FBS sent us and I loved how they legitimately had concern and talked to me. I wasn't just a work order. Due to many times pride had to come to our home, it's nice to see personable and friendly faces. I would definitely shout out to two certain individuals. Unfortunately, I'm terrible with names. Pride Plumbing fixed my backed up shower/tub and toilet. They were professional, courteous, clean and efficient. This particular issue had been going on for quite some time and it really worried me because I thought the floor and the walls would need to be cut into. They gave me a game plan a time frame and cleared the obstruction with the help of a sewer cam and a really great plumber named Damon. On a saturday afternoon our both bathtubs backed up and made a big mess. We called pride pluming after hours and right away they answered. Cody was at our door 20 min later. Cody was very professional. He patiently explained the problem to us and got to work; he did an excellent job and made sure we are happy with service. Great customer service at reasonable price.
