Zach and Rudy came to fix a mysterious leak coming from somewhere in our shower! They were thorough professionals and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

They left their tools and other technicians came (Jose Luis and Nik) to pick it up, I used the opportunity to show them a water heating issue and they were kind enough to help and fix the issue without charging anything extra.

Zach was great! He was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. He was very patient with all my questions and got the job done. I was informed that there is a one year warranty, so that gives me some peace of mind as well with all the work that was done in the bathroom. I will definitely be requesting him for future work with the pipe to my kitchen sink and water tank. I can't recall his partner's name that helped with the job, but he was mindful and very pleasent as well. Thanks again for all your guy's hard work!

Messaged via Yelp. Response was fast and provided me with quote for installing 2 toilets installed. I purchased toilets. They opened, installed, and did the cleanup and hauled away. Easy, fast and appears like a good job. I'd use again.

Highly recommend! Zach came out and assessed my drainage issue and clearly explained the solution. He had a team out the next day. JL and Daniel did a great job and left the area looking undisturbed after the digging and pipe installation and hydro cleaning of the pipes. Clear videos were taken and shared after the work was done. Very happy with this work! The bill was exactly as quoted and very fair.

Just want to extend my Kudos and thanks to Zachary and Logan to have visited us on short notice and providing an honest assessment of the water leak situation in our backyard. We asked Price Busters to repair faucet leaks and toilet bowl leaks that were major pains. Kevin and Henry were the plumbers that fixed the problems.

They should be running their own company - they were professional, careful, and skilled. More important to this 91 year old man, they were friendly, pleasant, and informative. These guys busted our water line, flooded our house, lined half of the sewer line they said they were going to which left us with a continually clogging sewer line (just cleared it again the other day). They DIDN'T refund us anything or pay for any damages and insisted they did a good job. We brought the matter to small claims, won a judgement and they're still not paying.

This team responded very quickly to my request for an estimate. The guys were able to come look at my kitchen clog within 24 hours, and once they figured out they were going to need to snake it, they gave me an estimate. I went ahead and agreed on the spot, and they went to work. They were really friendly and after snaking the drain twice the clog was cleared.

The only reason this is not a 5-star review is because their electric snaking machine left a giant scrape in my hardwood floor. They did not put a pad or towel under it and I did not know it coule damage my flooring. I reached out to let them know what happened and am awaiting a response from them now - as they are covered by Yelp's guarantee against damage, I will update this review once I get a response about it.

Ok This is going to be a long review because I am blown away by how awesome this company is. You don't see great service like this anymore - seriously - hire these guys - they are the plumbers for you.

Anyway, the details here:
-I live with an immunocompromised person and one of my dogs is also sick, possible immunocompromised so I asked if i could get a ballpark quote for toilet replacement over the phone since it is really hard for me to have contractors in and out of my house. Bo was so extremely nice, made an exception for me, and gave me a quote over the phone even though they usually don't do that. WOW! How amazing to find someone who cares like that. I had called like 10 other plumbers before these guys and many of them were really rude about my request. Well guess what - rude doesn't get my business. Nice people who really care about their customers get my business. Thank you Bo!
-I also asked if the plumbers who came out could please wear masks inside the home and they did so graciously and responded to me about it with such kindness. I very much appreciated that. It was also kind of hot today and stuffy and i am sure that mask was not comfortable but they did it anyway and I did not hear one complaint. Wow thanks Kenny and Oliver! You guys are outstanding.
-They were on time, clean and neat which I don't even expect from a plumber. When they came into my home they OFFERED to take their shoes off - wow - seriously I appreciated that.
-The plumbers were Kenny and Oliver and they were two of the nicest people I have ever met. They were personable, polite, respectful of the house and excellent plumbers. They asked where to put things and were mindful of my space. Again - wow - I don't expect that at all but I very much appreciate it.
-I was having 3 toilets replaced and I expected that to be a really dirty job, however, my bathrooms were cleaner after they left. I cant even believe it.
-They took all the trash with them - even the boxes from the toilets! I bought those toilets so I really didn't expect them to take the trash away - wow!
-They did an excellent job, they worked quickly and efficiently but they weren't rushing the job. They took extra care to make sure everything worked properly, didn't leak, and looked great.
-When they carried out the old toilet they made sure nothing dripped anywhere and even wiped up the floor - wow!
-The price was incredible for the quality of work. And I have to emphasize again, that I have never had any contractors in my home that were this respectful. This company really stands out from the rest by far. I was so pleased I called the owners after the appointment because I was just so shocked to have such a good experience.

These days it is really hard to get good customer service, good contractors, good work, good price, and polite people in your home. This company checks all those boxes. They got a customer for life. Don't hesitate to hire them - seriously they are the best.
