Goes the extra mile for his customers. Did a handful of small extras for me that other companies would charge $1000's for. Hard working and motivated to get the job done right. I ordered the wrong part and the owner himself came on a Sunday with the right part so I could have a shower.

My cement side-sewer was installed back in 1927, and after about year 2000 it clogged more frequently (small cracks allow roots to infiltrate), and I eventually became an expert at snaking with the largest drain snake Home Depot rents.
The scope showed all sorts of small cracks about every 2 feet (where the joints are located).
I got several bids, and all recommended (as well as city building inspectors) the cured in place epoxy lining. My side-sewer was about a 75 ft straight run (45 ft of 4 inch diameter and then 30 ft of 6 inch diameter) to the city managed sewer. My side-sewer runs under my concrete driveway, and then under the street, and I'm not allowed to trench on easement and city owned street.
--::They did everything in their bid and beat the next best bid by over 50%.
I paid for the permit, so the job was scoped by a city inspector and certified to be at code. They have different teams, but each team has a skilled leader. The cured in place lining process is very technical and a difficult job, and Price Busters Plumbing is certified to do all stages of this job professionally. I've had bad luck with other plumbers for different jobs on my home, so I'm very picky now.
--::I wouldn't give a 5 if I was unhappy with any part of the job.

I have used, (or have tried to use) many plumbers over the years. For this job, I got three other bids. The plumbers I got the bids from were the highest rated I could find on this site. Price Busters was the fourth and last to come over to bid and I am very glad I called them!! None of the others could compare to Zach and his team at Price Busters! They came over on the same day that I called and had the best price by far! They were less than a third the price of the highest bid! They also completed one job on the spot ( replace in-ground sewage pump ) and did the second job of adding hot and cold water spigot on my deck first thing the next day. They used high-quality parts and worked quickly and then cleaned up all the mess like they were never there! Highly highly recommended!!

They connect me to sewer line service in Kirkland. great value and Great people to work with, they kept the schedule date even though they had short staff, that was important to me as I was leaving town after the scheduled work. Mike was super nice guy and very positive and can-do-attitude. Alex was always updating me of the progress, Beau, the owner, is a nice guy and easy to work with. put the ground back just as it was before. all together great people and professional. 100% recommended.

We have used Price Busters for years & they always deliver! Johnny has always helped us out! When we moved out of our old house we had some major plumbing issues that needed to be fixed in order to sell. It was a daunting task to us, but their guys handled it perfectly. New bath tub faucet, pipes in basement, new toilet, all flawless. When it came time to move into our new home, there was a lot of fixing up to do as well. They scoped our underground gutter downspout drains, scoped our sewer drains, replaced a toilet, & replaced a mud room utility sink. I was a little particular about the placement of the utility sink as we were getting a new (larger) washing machine & after the guys had left I realized I forgot to mention that to them! I called back & Alex in their office was super nice & said it was no problem at all. They came back out within a day or two to extend the utility sink drain pipe so it would fit in the spot, making room for the new washing machine!

I am a returning customer . The first time was for my house to convert the septic system to sure system. It was a very very excellent and very net job this guys done for me . Especially the price unthinkable to compare with other companies out there . I called five different companies to compare the price . It was unbelievable different than those others . Here is what I say if you don't SHOPE around for your project , the price it will be a rippe of with out a doubt.
No wonder why the come up the name PRICE BUSTER they really really price buster . They did amazing job with a reasonable price and with a short period of time .
Also in my second project was my house main water line was broke and leak . They did the same thing with reasonable price and short time they replace my water line with a new water line . Amazing job and very very reasonable price.

Price Busters Plumbing did an excellent job replacing the main water line, adding a water shut-off valve, repiping water in, and repiping the drainage in our 1940s home. They were professional, punctual, and provided high-quality service at a very reasonable price, especially compared to several of the quotes we received from other companies. There was a small scheduling hiccup due to circumstances outside of their control, but Price Busters handled it professionally and had excellent communication. All staff members on site were respectful and courteous over the course of their 3-days with us, and they did their best to ensure our house was in the best condition possible when they left. I would highly recommend Price Busters to anyone looking for quality service and peace of mind that their plumbing work has been completed to the highest possible standard.

I can't say enough positive things about this company. Beau showed up within a two day window of calling for a quote. He was extremely efficient at diagnosing the problem and within 30 minutes I had a quote in my inbox. This was a preventative job versus an emergency; however, we did have a specific timeline to get it done. The Price Busters quote was more than half the price of the first quote from a very popular local plumber. At first I thought, no way, this can't be possible. I was wrong. I continued to be amazed with their professionalism and efficiency. They were able to schedule the job in a timely manner and were extremely accommodating to ensure minimal hours without running water to the house. Alex did all the scheduling and the play by play of progress and when the job was complete, they sent photos and videos and made it very easy to pay online. Just wow!!
