Chico and crew did amazing work in my house. The long rainy season took a toll on our sewage lines which were all clogged up, leaving us with backed up drains on a long weekend. Chico came to our house in night and didn't hesitate to work in the heavy rain. He came again next day with 4 more folks and did drain cleaning, clean outs installation, shower leak fix and a few other minor things. Price was reasonable and quality of work was high.

Over the years, we've used many plumbing services and Prestige Plumbing surpasses anyone I've come across so far. Chico came recommended by our friend where he installed a new tank-less water heater and water softener.

Chico is responsive, friendly, flexible and extremely easy to work with. His team went above and beyond my expectations. He is very timely and accurate in his estimation of time to complete the project.

We got 6 quotes from different companies to change our main line, perform a full re-pipe under our house (municipal water and sewer line), install a new water heater, reverse osmosis and water softener.

They offered one of the best prices. Especially if I had to account for all the services provided at no extra cost such as adding a new laundry box, new insulation for our copper pipe, drilling a hole for our reverse osmosis ...

Our project entailed a lot of details and some were added/changed after the projects started. They were able to do everything and beyond. For example, they moved our hose bibs and added irrigation valves. Everything was done with a permit and we passed inspection this week.

If you are looking for any plumbing service, you won't regret going with them. They are now our go-to plumbing service!

Chico was able to come out within a few hours of when we contacted him.. He not only dealt with our gas leak situation, he actually was able to move an old stove out from my kitchen and into my yard where it could be easily picked up.

I am going to provide a very strong recommendation today and that is for my new plumber. Chico from Prestige Plumbing was hired for a relatively big job and I am so very pleased that I found him.
Not only was he reasonably priced for the work that needed to be done but he explained the whole process to me, went about his business professionally and cleaned everything up at the end. His work is very thorough so I'm not worried at all about it passing inspection.

My old 40 year old galvanized gas line from my house to my pool heater completely degraded. Chico and his crew installed a brand new 2"" line thru my garage attic, under the house via the crawl space and outside to the pool house. Most of the gas line outside had to be trenched. The line was over 160' feet and although it was a lot of work, Chico and his crew got it done timely. While under the house, he spotted a leaky pipe which he brought to my attention and will fix.

I will definitely be giving Prestige Plumbing any future plumbing jobs and I recommend others to give him a call for an estimate!

Have used Chico at Prestige plumbing a few times and he is a hard working guy and knows plumbing. Not afraid to crawl under the house to inspect and work. (eeek). He fixed the laundry drain and snaked the kitchen laundry from the roof. (clean out is sealed shut and nothing could open it). I had a leak in the gasket of a toilet (Pacific had just replaced it two years before) and it was leaking a while. The subfloor and wood were rotted. Chico gave me two crews who do that work. The guys I chose were amazing and did a wonderful job at a good price. I also used Prestige to unclog the shower, Had to resort to the hose and hydro Flush. Lot of work but it fixed it. Now I have clog in the bathrooms/ toilet. Old houses-uggg. Prestige will be here tomorrow afternoon to resolve that. I Recommend Chico and Prestige.

Weird experience - I had a couple of simple projects needed doing, and he seemed totally keen to quote, coming to see the job within 48 hours of my call. I was ready to move forward but every time I asked, he couldn't give me a date/time and just kept stalling. I gave it almost two weeks till I couldn't stand the ghosting and found another more reliable plumber who took care of it straight away (and at the same cost).

He did a job for us in Nov which was ok. I think I wrote a yelp reviews for it. He also gave us a quote a for another job and promised to start the job when he has time. He never called back or replied to the text messages. We did refer to him to our friends in the meantime. Today, finally, we got hold of him, because we referred to him to our neighbor. He finished our neighbor's job and came our home, and quoted us almost double the quote for the job which he was supposed to do last year. He is saying everything is expensive, which I understand, but it's not double. He showed very arrogant attitude, unlike when he did our job in Nov. Will not recommend him at all to anyone.

I called this guy named Chico who told me that he was available for a certain time between 1-2pm and I told him we needed a toilet installed. I called him after no one showed up during that time and Chico said he was sleeping. What kind of business is this.... The plumber Chico was unreliable and a waste of my time. Will never ask for this company for any help. Total east of time.
