Prestige Plumbing. Didn't have a very good experience with Chico and Prestige Plumbing. Call him yesterday and he said he was very busy but could come by today to install a toilet. Txted him the address yesterday and asked for a conformation that he was coming.......got nothing. Txted him again this morning asking for conformation. Immediately got a call back from him....""Can I come now?""....sorry, not ready .....lets stick to our 3:30 appt. No Chico, no call, no txt by 5:15. Called him, no answer left a message. Then Chico txted ""Sorry I won't be able to make it there today"" Called him right back and finally was able to talk to him, he said that he could not do it for the next 2 days.

I can understand if jobs ahead of yours take longer than expected, but it is unacceptable not to be notified if they were not going to show up.

From my experience, have a back up plan if you are going to use him.

Horrible customer service! We drove two hours to a jobsite to meet Prestige for a job walk and they never showed up. We tried calling to see if they were running late and no one answered. After 45 minutes of waiting we finally left.

We had a backed up kitchen sink problem. Called several plumbing companies but I settled on Prestige Plumbing. Alfredo (Chico) Rangel responded quickly, came and snaked our line and fixed our drainage problem. Him and his assistant were fast and efficient. We need additional plumbing work and will definitely call him again.

Chico says he cares about his customers a lot and he really means it.

I did Kitchen and bathroom remodeling. He took care of all plumbing related works for the entire remodeling process.

He showed up prior to my inspection and prepared everything for me. Because of his support, I was able to pass the city inspection really smoothly.

Plumbing is not a one-time event. As we always use water, we constantly need a good plumber. I'm so glad to know Chico. I look forward to maintaining my house in a good shape with Chico's support in future!

Bottom line: I highly recommend Chico. If you need a plumber with 20+ year experience and great customer care, don't hesitate to call him.

I am a little disappointed about his service. I had a leak in the pipe undet the kitchen sink. Chico came and replaced new pipes. He told me he guarantees his work and can call him anytime. There was still a minor leak, I called Chico numerous times , he never showed up. After paying $2300 for the Jon I want to be completely satisfied.
Chico just talked nice but disappears when there is a problem and the check has been cashed

Chico did stellar work for us 5 years ago replacing our sewer line and fixing the plumbing to our outdoor shower and so we called him again, 5 years later, to replace garbage disposal that had a cracked pipe. Again, he did a fantastic job! He squeezed our job in after hours (it was a very small job) and he was in and out in one hour. He never disappoints....he shows up on time, is a happy guy and does great work at a very affordable price and leaves the area as clean as when he arrived. He is my go to guy for all my plumbing needs, big or small. I highly recommend Chico and will call on him again when I need him.

We were in the process of remodeling our kitchen and needed a plumber to connect everything (sink, garbage disposal, faucet, dishwasher (Bosch) and our new gas range top to our existing gas line) Chico came out same day to provide an estimate, followed Covid-19 protocols and made sure that we had all the right equipment for install date. The quote was very competitive and we chose him to do the installs.
We had a delay with our tile installers, Chico was very flexible in pushing the date by a day. On the day of the install, Chico and his crew came and completed the job quickly, fixing a substandard job that our developer had done with our plumbing.
Everything looks great, we are so happy with the results.
