Think I was way overcharged. To the point I could not justify running my furnace this winter. No detailed invoice provided. $830 to replace a circuit board. Spent less than 40 minutes. About 20 minutes tops diagnosing, then went and grabbed the part at the plumbing supply. Came back and installed it in less than 10 minutes. Was maybe gone 40 minutes grabbing the part. So was it 2 hours of labor? At what rate?

And then told me something (a fan?) was running loudly and may break soon. Why not give me the option of repairing it now?

They did come right away but I don't feel at all comfortable with the charges. Maybe if he had written out the time for which he was charging me? And the part number? So I could get an idea of why I was charged so much? If I am wrong and they reply with a detailing of my bill, I will update my post.

I later found someone I do work for does the same furnace work. Has worked with this company installing furnaces. Going to ask him about the charges when I see him.

Great Service. Water heater stopped heating, by the time I got back from work it was leaking from the top. Called these folks. 3 hours later had a brand new water heater.

The best experience I've had with a plumber in Monterey. Robert is very professional and knowledgeable and fair. He was quick to respond to my initial call and fixed a problem caused by a different plumbers mistake. A toilet was installed and a tankless water heater was descaled as well as correcting two upside down valves. Getting an estimate for furnace replacement now because this went well. Thanks.

We had a clogged sink and didn't want to wait on my in-laws plumber to come and fix it. For one he takes for ever and seems to not remedy the problem completely. Only to have later on, the same issue again.
Got a quote through Yelp and Prestige Plumbing responded quickly and was reasonably priced.
Came the next morning on time, with mask on, surgeon booties on, which we appreciated. Very friendly and extremely professional. Did his thing and was done in about 30 minutes.
No more clogged sink! Highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. They also except Zelle as payment method.

My upstairs bathroom shower is leaking water and I need someone to fix it right away, so I called Prestige Plumbing. Robert text me back quickly after I called him. So we made an appointment to meet and Robert showed up on time. He started to work on the leaking shower quickly as soon as he arrived, and he located the leaking pipe which was hidden inside the wall. He opened the wall, replaced the leaking pipe with a new section of copper pipe and installed a new shower faucet for me. Now I have a working shower! Robert is polite and very professional. His service is top quality. I will definitely use his service in the future and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing service!
