The best experience I've had with a plumber in Monterey. Robert is very professional and knowledgeable and fair. He was quick to respond to my initial call and fixed a problem caused by a different plumbers mistake. A toilet was installed and a tankless water heater was descaled as well as correcting two upside down valves. Getting an estimate for furnace replacement now because this went well. Thanks.

We had a clogged sink and didn't want to wait on my in-laws plumber to come and fix it. For one he takes for ever and seems to not remedy the problem completely. Only to have later on, the same issue again.
Got a quote through Yelp and Prestige Plumbing responded quickly and was reasonably priced.
Came the next morning on time, with mask on, surgeon booties on, which we appreciated. Very friendly and extremely professional. Did his thing and was done in about 30 minutes.
No more clogged sink! Highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. They also except Zelle as payment method.

My upstairs bathroom shower is leaking water and I need someone to fix it right away, so I called Prestige Plumbing. Robert text me back quickly after I called him. So we made an appointment to meet and Robert showed up on time. He started to work on the leaking shower quickly as soon as he arrived, and he located the leaking pipe which was hidden inside the wall. He opened the wall, replaced the leaking pipe with a new section of copper pipe and installed a new shower faucet for me. Now I have a working shower! Robert is polite and very professional. His service is top quality. I will definitely use his service in the future and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing service!

Our heater wasn't working properly. Robert diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. Cheerful and very tidy. We had one small issue: the cold-air-return he installed needed to be turned around, to look better; he came back right away and fixed that at no extra charge.

I contacted them via Yelp. They responding quickly and came out as scheduled, on time. (They even called that morning notifying me of their ETA). They helped us get our gas heater up and running...without trying to up-sell the whole situation. (We spoke with others whom gave us crazy estimates. Also Prestige initially gave us a higher estimate, but gave us an honest bid when they saw what they were dealing with). The following day before 12 noon we had a toasty, heated home!
Would totally recommend them and use them if needed.

I had someone come out to do an estimate. They were on time and knowledgeable. Here is where it gets strange. That was 5 weeks ago. I have tried calling during business hours 3 times. Once someone picked up and promised to call me back, didn't happen. The other two times it just rings out with no voicemail. So, I got on the website and sent an email, no response. A week later I sent another, no response. So at this point I'm giving up. Maybe I am missing something? Anyway, don't want to torch anyone just bummed because I need the work done and they seemed like a good company; and at this point not sure how I could ever move forward with them. My recommend for others is to nail down a post estimate communication plan/expectations otherwise you might be wasting your time.
