Presidio Plumbing with Solar Heating

Presidio was dispatched though my insurance company to repair a water leak between the meter and the house. The workers that did the repair were friendly and courteous. However, when they finished the repair they got dirt in my pipe line whereby my kitchen and laundry room did not have hot water. I was able to remove some of the dirt and pebbles from the screen on the sink faucet in my kitchen island and the water there flows freely. However, the main kitchen sink and the laundry room sink hot water have clogs and do not have easily accessible screens. Since the hot water on the island kitchen sink flows freely, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand that the water is getting from the hot water heater to the kitchen and that the clog has to be in or before the faucets but after the hot water heater. Presidio fails to take responsibility and refuses to repair the clog that they caused. Further, they seldom answer their phone and never return calls left on their voice mail. Further, they told my insurance company that the clog was in my hot water heater which is not true because as previously noted the hot water runs freely to the island kitchen sink. Further yet, there was no clog before Presidio repaired my underground pipes and regardless of where the clog is, the clog is directly caused by Presidio causing dirt and pebbles to get into my water line. Presidio left us with no hot water pressure. I now have to find a reputable plumbing company to repair the clog caused by Presidio. Hopefully the insurance companies are aware of this and stop using this subpar plumbing company.

They left the small copper piping repair job @ my 85 year old Grandmother's home so much worse off than it was to begin with, or than it had to be in the worst case scenario. They, literally broke some PVC piping outside her home in the driveway while looking doe the leak, which was already explained to them that it was in her washroom inside her home. They broke some ceramic tiling inside her home, totally unnecessarily. They left her without water for nearly a week, without knowing if she was going to have any source of water at all. They were 100% unprofessional in every possible way. They didn't have decency for a senior citizen, who was unknowing of the repair process. They lied to her on 5 occasions that I know of, they blew her off day after day after day. They lied over and over and over. They in fact made up a lie that my grandmother ""fired"" them, which is why they never showed back up after 2 days of destruction, and another 5 of trying fruitlessly to get them to return phone calls, and to tell the truth. Trust me when I say that It wasn't just the Lowmen on the totem pole who were vile in everythingthey did, this scandalous behavior was on full display by their ""Chief in Command"", who himself was smiling as he lied to my grandmother. Little did he know that my grandmother has cameras in the living room in which he chose to spew out his verbal vomit. Thank the Heavens up above for Lakeside Plumbing, for a Father & Son team came and righted all of Presidio Plumbings wrongs, and then wrapped up the job in a day and a half. They were blown away at the lack of care by Presidio Plumbing. It's on another level of slime ball to leave a 85 yo widow in that position. FYI my Grandmother was well cared for during this time period, she lacks nothing, she needed nothing that our family didn't provide. But they didn't know this. They broke, they worsened the job, they bailed, they disappeared, Lakeside Plumbing to the rescue!

Unprofessional and knew exactly how to scam us out of $75 without doing anything. I tried calling back several times but nobody answered or called me back. I DON'T RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY. THERE IS A REASON THEY HAVE POOR REVIEWS.

This business is completely unprofessional and will leave you in terrible shape. The workers are hostile and if you were ever going to need to contact the owner Eric good luck because that will never happen. He never returns calls especially if he thinks you are unhappy with a job. So basically there is no hope in professionalism and no one to speak to regarding the job. They are utterly and completely lazy, these ""men"" don't want to work. Trust the bad reviews and seek another company because Presidio is not worth the stress.

I wish I could give them a minus star. They never called to let me know that they were on the way. Instead, I get a call saying that he was here and no one answered the door. That was a lie! I was home the entire time! I immediately called back and he did not answer my call. He could not have even left the neighborhood during the time I returned the call. I left a message to please return. I called the main number and explained the situation and he hung up on me. Unbelievable. Steer clear of this ""company""!

Had a water heater installed by them through Lowe's. Service was good, but the office kept messing up the install coordinations. The main reason for the rating was that they're to costly. Felt ripped off.

If I could give them zero stars I would! I have been waiting three weeks for them to come replace the sensor they said would be here overnighted from Phoenix on the first day they were here. Yesterday, Friday (3wks after the first 5min apt), they were supposed to show up between 3-5, they didn't even show up! I have called numerous times each week. Them failing to even respond, or them calling three days later and leaving a message.

This company had made 3 appointments so far and has not showed up. The only reason I an still waiting for them is: Service Lines Warranties of America uses them for their warranties. They are the worst plumbing company to use.

Elderly disabled vet. Hey charged my insurance company never even tried to fix the leak ,no water for over a week . Scam operation DO NOT CALL OR USE THIS COMPANY.
