As an update to my previous review, after the technician left my home, I realized that the electrical lines they damaged had been buried with dirt, and all of the debris and old pipes had been left strewn in piles on the side lawn. We were aware they had broken the casing of the buried electrical lines, but were not certain how much damage there was to the wires inside. An electrician was previously scheduled for a few days later, so was also going to determine the extent of damage. I contacted Presidio to ask why they had buried the line or if they had at least protected it in someway before leaving my home, and was told not to worry about it that nothing needed to be done with the wires. The photos I had taken of the damage shows differently! The wires are compromised and the damage will be obvious down the road. I contacted the warranty company to file a claim for the repairs. Had I not seen the damaged line and photographed it, they would have simply buried it and left it that way and I would not have known the difference until the rains started, or some time later. I would've been stuck with the resulting damage and the bill for it that would not have been covered under the warranty or insurance. Really disappointing!

Based on several of the reviews, I was skeptical when the home warranty company referred me to Presidio Plumbing/Solar Heating. I was pleasantly surprised! Having purchased a nearly 70-year-old home here in Tucson, it came with many issues, including a poorly re-designed and illegal water-main, likely courtesy of the pool/spa contractor from years ago, and a large laundry room that did not include a P-trap for the washing machine. Presidio Plumbing and Solar Heating was to my home many times and stuck with the job until they corrected the water main line issue and reinstalled the P-trap for me. At one point, when all else had failed, the owner of the company appeared on the scene and cleared the lines by standing on the roof of my house with a hose... I can say for a fact that no company has never gone the extra mile like that for me, especially in the middle of the day in this summer heat! Although none of it was covered under the warranty, they charged me much less than what any other plumber would have for the same work... The added plus is that they were extremely professional the entire time. So if you can put up with the initial delay of a day or so in getting a plumber to your home which I think is normal anyway for a good contractor, this company was definitely worth the wait!

Was pleased with their service that had to do with insurance I had. They snaked from the exterior. When was inside, he showed me a simple cleaning product that cleaned the drain stopper fast. It was pretty disgusting the build up on it. And then there was the shower, thought because tenant said it was flooded, called insurance to get it looked at. Umm, there was a little bit of water. It was not draining well and he got it draining in no time at all.

The only sad thing is that at the time, was told that they don't snake from the toilet, removing it. Hired another company for that service.

My Husband and I are sitting here with our mouths gaped open from the stunningly rude and incompetent level of service we have just received. If we could give 0 stars that would be more appropriate, as we still have no working hot water heater after 3 visits and 7 days. They have essentially thrown their hands up in the air and declaimed it's not their issue... they tried. The technician that came seemed incapable of knowing how to finish this simple job of a hot water heater replacement. Flooded our hall with water and never through any of this headache of a situation did we get a single sorry or pleasant word of caring at all about getting the job done.

Our home warranty company is using the WRONG COMPANY. Do not use this company if you have any say.

If I could give a minus for a review I would. These so called plumbers came out to install a few sinks and faucets in my home from a remodel. The remodeling company employed these idiots. After 4 attempts to install sinks in the master bath I was told by the owner, Eric that foreign sinks should not be allowed in this country, a 1 1/4 in flange could not be found in all of Tucson and finally, he could not do my job and must leave. They also tried and failed three times to install a faucet in the powder room. It's made in the US so not sure why that proved impossible. The three people I had to deal with are the two owners, Michelle and Eric and their plumber, Leo. Michelle is so unprofessional she actually hung up during a call. Please....read all the reviews on yelp and other sites and do not employ these people. If your home warranty wants to send them out BEG them to send someone else.

I bought two new ""chair height"" toilets from Lowe's and they contracted with Presidio Plumbing to do the installation. The two guys were on time, efficient, finished installing both toilets and cleaned up after themselves (including hauling away the old toilets) within an hour. We were very pleased with their services and happy that Lowe's chose them to do the work for us.

The WORST people I've ever dealt with. Officially going on 24 hours without hot water and zero water to either shower. Family of 5 over here folks. Eric hasn't returned one phone call and Michelle somehow found a reason to be upset with me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Terrible! I have First American warranty and they responded to the job. Their repair failed after a week, it actually became worse than before they came in to ""fix"" the problem. They refused to repair their ""fix"" and tried pushing the blame onto us. It was so ridiculous, the whole experience.

The owner or manager, Eric, is a complete jerk and has no customer service skills.

Unfortunately this is the contractor First American Home Warranty uses (they're a 0 star if you're wondering). They took 5 days to respond to my request about a water leak, the guy shows up, tales picture of all the damage and says he will just replace the hose. A $30 fix. It's a 22 year old water heater and I'm sure it's shot. F- them. No, really. They have been chosen because they will save the client money. They are always trying to upsell you things that the warranty doesn't cover too, like dude, no. Even if I did want it, I wouldn't buy it from YOU!!!

If I could give this company a zero rating, I would. They are the absolute worst. They were assigned to us by our home warranty company to fix a leaky toilet. After several hours, they fixed the toilet and supposedly identified a water pressure issue in the supply line to the house. They reduced the water pressure and left. It was so low during the whole week it took for them to return that it was completely annoying. Not to mention that it was so low that the pool autofill valve began failing. After a week, the tech finally came back and replaced our shut-off valve to ""better regulate our water pressure........"" to the tune of $900. The tech failed to unplug the hot water recirculator pump while he had the main line off, so then he fried the pump. It no longer works. And now we've been scheduled three times for them to come and fix the recirc pump. Each time, they have no-showed. This guy Eric is completely unprofessional. He takes no responsibility. And now after reading other reviews here, I'm realizing this is their gig. Do not use these guys. They will absolutely swindle you.
