Recommended Customer Reviews

Stay away from these guys. The negative reviews are all true. Warranty company sent them out and they spent 5 min looking at the problem and said they'd return. Haven't heard from them in 3 weeks. Calls and messages to them are unreturned. What a nightmare of a company.

Terrible service. This plumber was assigned by First American Home Warranty. Completely non-responsive. We're losing water constantly and these guys can't answer a phone or return a call. I called First American to report them. Hope they lose their contract.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! IF I could do no star I would. At first he comes in like he is the answer to your prayers, DO NOT BE FOOLED. PAY with CREDIT CARD!! Protect YOURSELF! First American Home Warranty sent him to my home. He was too lazy to fix the failing Flo on my toilet. So water continued to flood my floor after 9 text messages, multiple phone calls to him and warranty company, emails and pictures, he came bac. He adjusted the Flo again arrogantly and unprofessionally claiming this isn't where I put it. NO KIDDING! The Flo is failing. He cut the chain in my toilet and TOSSED it on my cabinet counter.GROSS! He states there was no failure. I disagreed. He says I don't see any water. I replied it will take more than 3 minutes (which is how long it took him) I then told him it is a Flo failure and that is covered under my warranty. He said I will talk to them. I told him to make sure the water was turned off to the toilet. Unknown to me he left without turning off the water to the toilet. I think he did it on purpose, my customer cabinet now has damage. He then LIED!! and told FAHW it was missing a ballcock. Guess he never saw a Float Cup Fill Valves utilize a sliding float around the fill valve body to control the water level in the toilet tank. The float cup eliminates the need for a threaded rod (arm) and float ball leaving more free space in the toilet tank. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If there was an option to rate this company zero stars I would. These people are scammers and should not be in business, there's a good reason the company's overall rating is 2/5 stars. Avoid at all costs.
We stumbled upon them through our home warranty and had major issues with them trying to scam us. Dave, who is apparently the owner of the company, was even the one that came to ""fix"" the issues we were having. He literally didn't do anything and told us he would have to come back to fix one of the problems at a later date but it wouldn't be covered under our home warranty. Our home warranty company disagreed and said not to pay him the $400-$500 it would cost. He lied and tried to scam that money out of us to do the job. Chances are good that he was looking for us to pay him and then would collect payment from the warranty company. Double payment doesn't fly with me, i.e. scammer.
Also, he walked right into our home not wearing a mask/face covering and we're in the middle of a pandemic.
I'll be calling the Better Business Bureau on them.

We paid this company through our warranty for them to fix our bathroom. They came, didn't finish the job, cashed our check and never answered our calls or emails. After a month and a half we get a call from them. They hung up and blocked out number because we called them out. Very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THESE FUCKERS

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! First American home insurance sent this vender to replace a bad water heater. I was charged over $530 dollars for ""non covered cost"". It took repeated calls by me and my home Warrenty service to receive an itemized breakdown of those cost. Stupid me for trusting Presidential's charges. They grossly over billed me, the expansion tank alone was billed at $395!!! This tank at the most cost no more than $70. Read the reviews, there is a reason why they are rated so poorly.

Heed the bad reviews and ask your warranty company for someone else. We had this moron come out twice for the same problem. Our kitchen sink is repeatedly clogging throughout the lines. And the problem has not yet been solved. this idiot came out twice and unclogged the drains and told us it was our fault for what we are putting in the drain (normal food) . The second time he came out he didn't reconnect the sink again and we had a significant flood underneath our sink. What kind of plumber doesn't reconnect the pipes when they're done?!?! also his attitude is unpleasant. The first time he chastise me for not answering his phone call quick enough. And the second time he gave me attitude over my dogs. He's rude and unprofessional and incapable of doing his job. We still have the same problem and have wasted money twice on him coming out.
Edit: we had a real plumbing company come out and they brought a camera and verified there was debri in the pipes (build up of gunk and even a stainless steel scrubber, all from previous owners). They were able to clean out the lines completely and we should not have this issue again.

First American sent a plumber that wanted to take apart my whole sink. I rescheduled, and they sent out Presidential for a second opinion, and the guy fixed my leak in 15 minutes. DONE. He was neat and clean total professional, and I will request him again when I have plumbing issues. Not sure about the bad reviews; but they were absolutely excellent in handling the claim as well as taking care of the problem. First class.

Do not hire this guys or reject them if the insurance assign whatever project to them. They rip me off $ 777.00 when they installed my new water heather for what they said were new city code modifications.I did agree with the $ 777 estimate thinking they were going to do mayor modifications and they ended up being installing a drain plate at the bottom of heather and a gas sediment trap ( about $ 50.00 in parts) it took one guy 2 hours to complete whole job including installation of new water heather which is cover by insurance. SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS.

The technician came out to fix our water heater and we waited 6 days for the part to come in and for him to come back. When he came back, he broke a part where the gas line goes in, which caused it to leak gas. He did not inform us of this but did inform the warranty company that a new part was needed. The gas leaked into a small garage for 2 days before we found it. Fortunately, no one was injured but this could have turned out very differently. This was an absolute danger on every level and the gas company had to come out and deemed it a hazard. He obviously broke the part, knew about it (as the warranty company was informed), and then left without telling us there was an issue. This person is a danger.
