Presidential Drain Cleaning and Plumbing

We've had Presidential out twice through our home warranty and impressed is an understatement.

The first call was for what I thought was a leak near the main water supply which turned out to be a condensation line for the HVAC. He quickly assessed the issue before explaining what it was and why it was necessary. A huge relief since I though we were going to have to open up walls to find/fix.

The second call was for a leaking bathtub. Again, he arrived and diagnosed within seconds, went to his truck for parts and replaced the cartridge. In and out in 20 minutes with no more leaks!!!

Both times, they showed up early in the time window they provided and got the job done quickly so I could get on with my day.

Note if person believes he is going to get his hands dirty or assumes that you won't pay he will say he will come back later. I would not recommend company.

It seems service technician sent by my home insurance got offended when I said I always pay my home insurance company the fee and never pay the vendor directly.

Service Tech assumes I am not going to pay him. So when I asked him to do another job, he gave me a quote, to which I agree he tells me he will come back later. Hours later I call as he never called me back or came back. How unprofessional. I then call the office and I learned he was the owner. This is when I was told he assumed I would not be paying him. After learning what he thought, I communicated how unprofessional the company was. The guy on phone states I understand now. He then becomes loud and does not let me speak.

At the end I think he knew he was going to have to get dirty and did not want to do the job. Very rude and unprofessional company.

The company was assigned from First American home warranty. The plumber fixed a broken pipe under my kitchen sink and the second part of the job was to fix the kitchen faucet. Due to wood damaged he did not fix the faucet, he did not give me a quote to fix the faucet and he told me it wasn't worth his time to fix it. I had to contact another plumbing company. They inspected the faucet and will repair the faucet for $450. Additionally the pipe he was supposed to fix it still leaking, I called him back left him a message and he did not return my call. It seems since the company was assigned from the home warranty they do the bare minimum and don't complete the job the way it should be done I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone...

Came out twice for warranty claim. Both times was condescending and refused to do the work. The second time he came rang the doorbell and left.

no wonder they keep getting bad reviews. dave (dw) was very rude and unprofessional. he came to check ona leak, opened up the wall, leaves a mess then takes off without notifying us of what he discovered. i had to call him to find out and he was more concerned as to why i called sp early in the morning. hmmm... we had a heavy leak and google page said open 24 hours. i was calling a plumber correct.. ok just making sure i wasn't callung the president of the united states. poor service and lacking professionalism. highly do not recommend.

This company is absolutely atrocious. I was assigned to them through my home warranty company and the level of service was below ZERO, if I could give minus stars I would. They did not respond to my calls and all calls forwarded straight to voicemail. I am a local resident of Castaic and always work with local businesses but I would say definitely 'DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY'! Presidential Plumbing is terrible.

Immediate service, quality, and honest. Placed my warranty claim with first American and got a call scheduling service within 5 minutes. Dave came out the next day and fixed our issue on the spot. Very helpful, honest and personable.

Unprofessional company! My home warranty hired this company for my plumbing problem. Company called and made an appointment. I waited all day and they never arrived. I called them numerous times and left voice-mail. Company never called back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Dave seems like a nice enough guy. He came out through our home warranty . Told us that because our water heater was installed incorrectly our warranty would not cover the fix . We later found out this was not true.

He told us he would absorb the warranty service charge into his quote to fix the heater to save us money. What a nice guy.

The work was lazy, and instead of installing the pipe right against the walls the way they should have, they did it the easy way and now we have an ugly pipe hanging in the middle of what could have been usable space.

We were willing to let this go as it is in the garage and we were grateful to have hot water and no more leak.

However a month later, we a receive a bill from the warranty company. They doubled dipped and billed both us and the warranty company. I called and left two voicemails to clarify what had occurred and they never called me back.

Finally today they answered the phone and said they could take care of this for me right away. The man I spoke to was fully in the know of the scam they are running and wanted to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. He insulted me, told me that obviously I was having a bad day and that since he's taking care of it for me there's no reason for me to be frustrated. I also shared with him that I was not happy about the way the pipe was installed and he literally hung up on me.

Clearly they do not care about the integrity of their work or their business given the other reviews on here.

WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!! Used this company through our insurance and the guy wanted $75 dollars upfront for the job. When we said that we would pay him when the job was done he said he would come fix our sink a month from now but if we paid him that day then he would come a week later on Friday. That Friday we were waiting all day with no call to reschedule or anything and no one would pick up the phone when we tried to call the office or cell phone. Horrible service!
