This guys will charge you a lot and check your credit card, they may charge you twice, it happened to me. Never response to your phone call. The phone call is dead all the time. Only call you when they schedule with you and call you to make a payment. I will block this company for all my future service call.

Stay Away! This guy Dave is dishonest and has wasted a great amount of my time. Came to fix a problem with my water heater, made a mess of things, was suppose to come back to replace a part and never returned. I left him 8 messages, complained to our insurance company that assigned him. They can't get a hold of him. He was in a rush when he initially came, took my $75 service fee and vanished. It looks like that's his goal is to collect your $75, promises to return and doesn't. He's horrible and I wish I read the reviews before I allowed him in my garage. Even if he calls back and apologizes I would never want to deal with him again. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!!

Do not trust a technician named Dave. So unfortunate to have a home warranty who
is in contract with this plumbing service. They are not really looking out on the best interest of their clients/ costumers. All they wanted is money. It's been two weeks and this plumbing company left two unfinished business!!!

Worst service ever. This technician by the name of Dave does not fox things. What a waste of $75. Its not even the amount of money anymore. It's the hassle they have caused. This guy comes to your house and out in a few minutes. Does not listen nor care on what's the plumbing problem. Always in a rush! We're unlucky our home warranty is in contract with this company! Do not ever hire this company!

I too was assigned Presidential Plumbing thru First American Home Warranty and was initially going to write a bad review as well but...I believe %90 of the problem is First American and their process for completing a claim. If you understand the FAHW process and know that things aren't going to get fixed right away you'll have less chances of getting a heart attack over unresolved claims.

I used my home warranty company for plumbing repair and unfortunately these guys were assigned to the job. I was given a window of 7am-11am. I rearranged school drop off for my kids, so I would not miss the plumbers. I even held off taking my shower so I wouldn't miss them. After waiting until 2:45 I had no choice but to leave to pick up the kids from school. I called them twice and left two messages. One around 11 and the other at noon. I call the warranty company to let them know and they even tried calling them without any luck of getting through. This is deplorable that a business would operate this way and not even contact the customer that they would be late or could not make it. My time is obviously not important to them nor was this job. I wish I would have googled the reviews as soon as the warranty company gave me thier name; I would have made them send someone else. Yelp needs a zero starts or negative star rating.

Don't waste your time with this company. They came to my property in late December to fix a leak and failed to fix the problem. Furthermore, I reached out to the same company on numerous occasions to reassess the problem and I've gotten no response whatsoever from anyone with Presidential Drain. I escalated the problem to my warranty company and they emailed and called the company various times with no response whatsoever as well. This company fails to fix problems and more importantly does not follow up with a single phone call or email to respond to customer inquiries. Please do not waste your time with Presidential Drain and I would honestly be surprised if a representative even responds to a customer inquiry, let alone showing up to fix your problem. Terrible customer service!!!

Our hot water heater went out on the Dec 23rd and they came out on Christmas Eve. They diagnosed and scheduled the repair for the day after Christmas. They were extremely courteous and very professional.

stay away. when you speak with your home warranty and they refer you to this ****idiots****simply refused. came to my house did not do anything at all and i mean it nothing at all. charged me $75 thru home warranty and i tried to fight with the home warranty for 2months and the result was 0. stupidest company ever seen. after the guy came and left i had to hire and pay third party $4500 to fix sent the home warranty the reciept and the result is 0. stay away as far as you guys can.
