It took several days before they could come out. We had a leak in the bathroom tub which they fixed. Later in the day, I noticed it was still leaking. I called them 3 times to schedule another appointment and no one returned my calls. Warranty is for 30 days... Now they have my money, and no where to be found. I would not recommend this company.

Rude rude rude ! ""Dave"" spoke to me like I was 4 years old and hung up on me . This man has zero business working with the public . Snide too , unhappy person . I feel bad for his boss but he fully earned this review . So many good plumbers in the area why bother with this jerk?

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I wish I would've listened to the reviews and requested that my warranty company send another company. I went to a lot of trouble to have someone at my house for their service appointment. They were at my home an hour prior just to be safe. The plumber Dave called (I didn't answer because it was from a number out of the area) and left me a voicemail saying we're supposed to meet call me back. I called back within seconds and no answer, called the office main line no answer. When they finally called back he said my guy was there and nobody was home. I said someone is home, they've been there waiting for you. His response, ""I have gps on him and it shows him there half hour ago, he said there was no parking and he knocked and nobody answered "" I said there is plenty of parking in front of my house across the street and in the driveway, I also have surveillance and a ring camera and it does not show any one approach the door or the street. His response ""you have ring!?, well we'll well it must be broken "" actually it's working just fine, shows everything as we speak. Now I wasted a whole morning waiting for these clowns and had to call the warranty to have another plumber come another day.

I'm having most problems others are. I put a claim through FA they said our cracked toilet need to be replace they'd submit the claim and wait to her for the approval from them. What they didn't say was that the technician told them it was because someone leaned on the toilet and cracked it?!

Ok if that's the case why not write it on the form you gave us and be upfront? I initially got declined they said that they would call and wait for a response from them. Going on almost 10 days no call back to FA or myself. I finally escalated this and called BS on this company. They agreed to a second opinion only because this company didn't respond.

SSS plumbing was assigned I got a call two hrs after saying they could be there the next day. Needless to say they came out and are in the process of getting it taken care of.

Stay far away from them.

This guys will charge you a lot and check your credit card, they may charge you twice, it happened to me. Never response to your phone call. The phone call is dead all the time. Only call you when they schedule with you and call you to make a payment. I will block this company for all my future service call.

I was happy with the service I got from Dave. He came promptly, fixed everything quick and fixed something that wasn't even included at no extra charge.

Stay Away! This guy Dave is dishonest and has wasted a great amount of my time. Came to fix a problem with my water heater, made a mess of things, was suppose to come back to replace a part and never returned. I left him 8 messages, complained to our insurance company that assigned him. They can't get a hold of him. He was in a rush when he initially came, took my $75 service fee and vanished. It looks like that's his goal is to collect your $75, promises to return and doesn't. He's horrible and I wish I read the reviews before I allowed him in my garage. Even if he calls back and apologizes I would never want to deal with him again. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!!

Do not trust a technician named Dave. So unfortunate to have a home warranty who
is in contract with this plumbing service. They are not really looking out on the best interest of their clients/ costumers. All they wanted is money. It's been two weeks and this plumbing company left two unfinished business!!!

Worst service ever. This technician by the name of Dave does not fox things. What a waste of $75. Its not even the amount of money anymore. It's the hassle they have caused. This guy comes to your house and out in a few minutes. Does not listen nor care on what's the plumbing problem. Always in a rush! We're unlucky our home warranty is in contract with this company! Do not ever hire this company!

I too was assigned Presidential Plumbing thru First American Home Warranty and was initially going to write a bad review as well but...I believe %90 of the problem is First American and their process for completing a claim. If you understand the FAHW process and know that things aren't going to get fixed right away you'll have less chances of getting a heart attack over unresolved claims.
