Had an appointment with this company. Asked the lady to make sure the tech calls to let us know when he is on his way or running late and she said that was no problem. No call, no show for the time frame. Called several times an hour after he was suppose to show up and finally got an answer. They said the tech called and talked to me and told me that they had to push the schedule to a later time. Which was a complete lie. If I cant trust someone to give me a straight answer or apologize for a wrong doing. I 100% do not trust them to do work on anything I own or even step foot in our house.

Scott and his team were very professional and I really appreciate how punctual they were especially when you have them do so much work on the house. Scott was very good at communicating with me. Premium Plumbing not only rescued my house when the sewage backed up but ended up helping me replace other plumbing issues I was looking into. I have used other companies in the past and never called them back. I will definitely be keeping this company in my contacts.

I had a pretty bad plumbing blockage that caused a leak from my upstairs to my downstairs. I contacted my home warranty and they were able to get these guys out the next day. It took a couple of days to fix the issue but they were able to be flexible and fit me into their schedule. He was able to explain to me the cause and how to work with my insurance to make sure I can have all my secondary damages covered. I will be reaching out with more business in the future, thank you.

I have an insurance that I bought with my house. My insurance sent this company to fix a plumbing problem. They never showed up. Three weeks later I called my insurance and they looked into it. The plumber said they tried to get a hold of me. They lied. They finally show up. They did the minimum work and left. Don't recommend this company. Seems they really don't want to work.

This company replaced my hot water heater about 5 years ago through my home warranty program. I didn't have an opinion on there service one way or another from that replacement but my hot water heater stopped working again and I called the home warranty company and they send out the same company. This company blew me away with their customer service. Since my hot water heater was under warranty still they jumped through all the hoops with the manufacture for me, got the part that the manufacture said needed to be replaced and the replaced it, within 3 days it wasn't working again, of course on a Friday night. Monday morning this company was back at my house and on the phone with the manufacture who wanted to send the same part that they sent the week before, they went to bat for me and unfortunately couldn't get approval for a new water heater until I called the manufacture and got an approval for a new one. This company went to Modesto to the manufactures approved dealer and picked up the water heater and had it replaced the next day. I feel not may companies would have gone as far and as quickly as they did to get this taken care of. It did take 10 days in total but that was at no fault of the company, it happened to go out on 2 weekends in a row and then having to wait for the parts and approval from the manufacture.

These guys were great. Had a home warranty so wasn't expecting quick or efficient work. They showed up early, did a great job. To say I'm pleased would be an understatement.
They've earned my business warranty or not.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! These guys are rip off artists. They did awful work and then would never return my calls. The unit they installed does not work, they never left any warranty information, and there is no way to reach them. BE CAREFUL of any business that uses a PO BOX rather than an address. I am reporting them to the state contractors board.

This company was great! Very professional, with a professional appearance. This was the 3rd company we called out to repair our water heater. The first 2 companies wanted to replace it and it was only 4 years old. Premium Plumbing came out and replaced a part on it and was only at my home less then a hour. I highly recommend Premium Plumbing for any plumbing needs. I read Julian S. review on here and had a total opposite experience. They saved me over $1000 by repairing my water heater. I also looked at Julian S other reviews on other companies and they are all horrible and negative. It's unfortunate that people like this give great companies like this a bad name. No never again...
Super expensive and un-profesional plumbers sent to my home. I wasnt sure if they were plumbers or what ...they had no uniform or id. There pulled up in a non-work truck. I was hesitent to open door on these guys.
They tried to convience me to do extra service then what is really needed. Another plumber came the next day and fixed issue for 90$ in labor (10x less then what I was quoted by this company).
