Steve and Anthony came out to fix the controls on our bathtub. We could barely turn it on and when the water was running it wouldn't get hot. They knew exactly what to fix and an hour later it's up and running! Great job!

Now ok let me tell you about the best plumbing company I have ever met. Steve and Anthony came to my house they work for Premium Plumbing & Drain from Los Banos, California they came to my house they were the most respectful and kindest guys. I like how Steve took out time to explain to me the process and what was wrong with my fixture on my tub. Not many plumbers will take out time to do this and put it in lamest terms so I can understand what he needed to do. Even though Steve had to get parts he left and came back in no time it was literally as if he put on a Superman cape flew to Home Depot and came straight back. I kid you not people he knew exactly what was wrong and what it would take to get it done. I'm so happy with my new plumbers I will call on them again when I need anything that has to do with my plumbing in my home. You guys should definitely call them for all your plumbing needs they treat you like family. Steve and Anthony thank you again for everything! Please people call them they will take good care of you! They are truly a five star company.

Scheduled an appointment through my home warranty. I called to verify they received my info and was given an afternoon time frame. Both techs were here earlier than the estimated time frame and were very friendly & professional. Very happy with their service! If I ever need to call to schedule an appointment again, I definitely will request them through my home warranty and also to others. Very reliable and honest!

I replaced my old sink faucet with a new one and in the process, discovered my old water lines had been leaking and the drain was cracked. It's actually a wonder there wasn't more of an absolute mess under there. Scott responded to my home warranty's dispatch for a plumber and I'm so glad he did! He quickly saw what was wrong, picked up parts, and made the repair. He made the process so painless! I had minimal downtime with no water in the kitchen, which is more life impacting than you realize. I would hire this company again in the future and recommend him to anyone I know.

Had an appointment with this company. Asked the lady to make sure the tech calls to let us know when he is on his way or running late and she said that was no problem. No call, no show for the time frame. Called several times an hour after he was suppose to show up and finally got an answer. They said the tech called and talked to me and told me that they had to push the schedule to a later time. Which was a complete lie. If I cant trust someone to give me a straight answer or apologize for a wrong doing. I 100% do not trust them to do work on anything I own or even step foot in our house.

Premium Plumbing not only rescued my house when the sewage backed up but ended up helping me replace other plumbing issues I was looking into. I had a pretty bad plumbing blockage that caused a leak from my upstairs to my downstairs. I contacted my home warranty and they were able to get these guys out the next day. It took a couple of days to fix the issue but they were able to be flexible and fit me into their schedule. He was able to explain to me the cause and how to work with my insurance to make sure I can have all my secondary damages covered. I will be reaching out with more business in the future, thank you.
