Scott and his crew were hands down the best plumbers! Had two other plumbing companies come out before this one and got false information about our problem just to charge us and not fix the issue. Premium plumbing came out found the true issues quickly and have the problem solved in a fast and efficient manner! Can't say enough good things about their quality of work or professionalism would recommend them 10/10
Beware of Ashley. She plays nice at first, but is rude when it comes down to helping. I had put in a service call a week ago. The appointment would have been today. I waited all day with no calls or anything. I reached out myself. Ashley told me my appointment was canceled by my home appliance warranty. I verified myself it was not canceled. Secondly, I was told there was mix up on my appointment. Not only that all of a sudden there was a problem with them coming to look at my water heater after my warranty got in touch with them. She said because the original plumber broke the valve they can't come. Number one way wait a week to let me know? Number two, I had already explained the whole situation with her when I made the service call. My home warranty appliance already approved replacing the water heater from the first original visit. My water heater is old. The drain valve was already determined it was not broken intentionally. I don't understand why Ashley had to purposely look in it to a week after scheduling the appointment only to stand us up. Number three Ashley declined the call now because of the rudeness. Well, hello I had an appointment everything was fine and approved. There was no issues until you (Ashley) made it worse. You were pretty rude yourself. When I asked why you wouldn't call me after finding out supposedly the appointment was canceled you basically told me it was my warranty's to reach out to me. If you are such a ""good"" admin, you would of reached out to me to make sure. The communication is always between the contractor and customer. Warranty only approves the work you submit to be done. As it states online on my account communication is through the contractors. I can't believe how unpleasant and unprofessional this call went. I wasn't expecting it to turn out this way. I mean as part of customer service communicate and at least show up to look or something. There was other repairs.
The service tech was late and after asking the customer service representative for a realistic timeframe, she would not give me a serious response and just said later. A few minutes later I received a call from AHS informing me that the appointment was canceled and that I would have to schedule with a different company. This is all after taking a day off to have the tech come out for what should have been a few minute job.
Awful customer service.
Update: I thought they had fixed the problem. But after we closed up the wall and a few months later we noticed the wall showing signs of moisture. We called our warranty company AHS and they said that since it had been 5 months since the repair, it would take a new call charge. So they sent a new plumbing contractor and when they opened up the wall, the last repair was spraying out water from faulty soldering. There was excessive gobs of used solder on the ground. The new technician, and my own knowledge, indicates improper repair. This is what happens when you solder or sweat a water line and it's wet. The solder won't hold very well so they just kept adding solder until it held, which obviously didn't last very long. Now we have extensive damage to my wall and floor and AHS contract says they don't cover secondary damage, which is BS, and that they are not liable for the faulty work from their vendor. But we didn't hire the contractor nor do we have any paperwork or contract with these guys. So can someone please tell me what recourse we have?
Premium Plumbing was connected to us through our home warranty. Our laundry room flooded multiple times while doing laundry. everything was tightened, but we could not not figure out the problem The water travel into our coat closet and caused mold to build up. Ishmael came out today and was very helpful. he figured out the problem right away and screwed the water pipe so it doesn't move. he also called our home warranty company to discuss about the potential mold issue so they can send someone to test the wall.
This company is highly recommended and make sure to request for Ishmael. He is very nice and very knowledgeable. And he does an excellent job!
Jose came out and he was kind and put 100 ft snake in mainline but that didn't fix it he explained that its on the city's side but he will talk with boss and see what to do next the boss Scott spoke to me and was super honest and said before spending my money on doing 300 ft. snake with them to try and call city of Lathrop and gave me number city came out and said it was a crack on their side Scotts honesty saved me about 525 dollars he could if been dishonest and ripped me off .Praying that their honesty blesses them with lots of business!!!!
Great response time. They came out and did a thorough assessment of what needed to be done, including checking the pipes under the house. Couldn't complete it all in one day due to unexpected find. The second day, all work was completed. Very reasonable cost, friendly staff and explained what was going on through process. I'm very happy with all the work done.
Had a shower drain issue. It was draining slowly. I had tried to snake it myself with a hand crank snake and I wasn't able to get it to go down far enough. I had ran drain cleaner down the line and it didn't work. My home warranty company dispatched Premium Plumbing & Drain. The tech that came to my home was Brison. He was very professional and respectful. He noticed I had removed my shoes inside the home and also removed his shoes. I didn't mind either way but my wife is a stickler about shoes on the carpet. Brison had a thinner snake than I did which he attached to a drill. It took about 45 seconds and he was able to feed the snake down the line for about six feet. I only had to pay my deductible, which was still a good value as probably what I would to pay without insurance so it was a wash. It's always a gamble whenever a home warranty picks a company and who they send to represent them. In my case it was a win-win as Brison did a great job. In addition, the girl who called me and followed up was very nice and had great customer service. The company is doing something right! It's all who you hire to represent you.
Belinda M.My water heater went out. We had no hot water to our house, so I placed a work order through my home warranty. I received a phone call from Premium Plumbing the same day, and a technician came out the following day. He quickly determined what needed to be done and had it fixed within a couple of hours. Efficient, friendly and clean! Highly recommend
They send very inexperienced workers. Stay away. I would not recommend them at all. A 30 minute job is taking days. After expressing my discomfort I was cussed out and threatened and told I was not a plumber and didnt know what I was talking about. They honestly deserve to be shut down. ZERO STARS
