Like a lot of the other reviews, I contract Premium One Plumbing through AHS.

Their rep; Harry showed up on time, was professional and courteous and was able to diagnose and resolve my problem right away. He was even kind enough with me help me with a minor issue I was having with my faucet with some very clear instructions.

Overall, couldn't be happier with them!

I cannot speak more highly for this company. Premium One, and in particular, Harry, were amazing. We had a complete main line back-up at our home and Harry and the boys came out immediately, diagnosed the problem, and got straight to work. They were professional, they cleaned up after their work and made our family feel like we were important. I will be a Premium One customer for life. They really came through for us and we are so grateful.

I requested service using american home shield. They did call me next morning but I missed the called. After that I made 6-8 attempts to return the call but they never responded. I even left voicemail couple of times and there was no response.
Will never use them again. Worst customer service !!

Pains me to write a poor review on a small business owner, however I will say this company is not 24/7 as stated on its website. I also had a leak over the weekend on a Saturday and did not get a hold of this guy until Tuesday. Meanwhile all the other plumbers in the areas still picked up their phone over the weekend to see what advice they could give me to help.

James came out to my property and was friendly however the estimate he gave was $1000 more than 2 other plumbers who came to inspect my leak. Sorry James but you over charged, hard to get a hold of, and did not even follow up to see if I wanted to go through you.

I came home yesterday evening to find the 2 leaks in my home. As you can imagine I was beyond frustrated. My home insurance policy also arranged emergency service with Premium One Plumbing. Harry arrived the next afternoon on time. He was extremely polite, helpful in explaining the problems and he fixed them quickly. I would definitely use them again even if it is not covered by my insurance policy. Great gob!!!
