I highly recommend James and Premium One Plumbing and will call them for any plumbing or water heater issues in the future. Our water heater quit working and he quickly figured out the problem and ordered the part immediately. James called as soon as it came in and arrived that same day to fix it. I was shocked how complicated it is to disassemble the inner workings of a water heater to replace parts, but James has obviously done it many times and knew exactly what he was doing and got it all fixed working quickly. He is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend!

The owner of this company was sent by American Home Shield . Sadly the plumber chose to go out of his way to convince my home warranty company that my "" property pipe is not suppose to be covered by the Home warranty co. "" What kind of a professional would do such a thing ? He was so stubborn that he actually said "" there are rules"" . The reality is the item is a covered item because the pipe "" is inside the foundation of the home"" and then extends outside the home wall by 2 inches. The key thing here is that it is a pipe inside the wall . That extends out . And it was leaking on that 2 inch elbow section, that extends out . Plus he told them he thinks there is a leak inside the wall of my garage . So logic would be that the wall is part of the foundation of the home & so it IS covered by the Home warranty co. co This man is scary for any homeowner. Why would he want to deliberately cause a homeowner financial harm. Turns out I had escalated this issue to a higher level with my home warranty co. And the rep said well , the homeowner ( me ) has a valid point that if the pipe originates inside the wall. Then it it is covered. I resent the plumber trying to cause me harm for no reason at all.

Complete scam. Stood in my driveway and condescendingly said that I needed a washer. I said it was the faucet which was attached to my house. He said the washer needed to be replaced on the faucet attachment. He just stood there while I went to the shed got a new faucet attachment with a brand new washer and attached it myself. Turned on the water and the faucet sprayed everywhere all over the driveway. He didn't fix the faucet. Looked at the leak and said he would need to get permission and order a part. He did nothing and left without fixing the faucet. Never heard back from him. Never called back. I called my warranty company and complained and they did nothing. This company is a complete scam. Don't use them EVER! BAD BAD BAD.

Our water heater stopped making hot water. Tried repeatedly to light the pilot but did not work so we called our home warranty. James showed up to diagnose our water heater. Was quick and efficient. Said we needed to order a part from the manufacturer which he did through our home warranty. Part arrived 2 days later and James returned the next day. Installed and is now working. Great guy. Will definitely use again when the need arises. Very happy! Thanks!

I am an old person who doesn't know so much about using internet. But, my experience today made me contact my son to help with writing this review.
Three times so far with different issues and I saw perfect job every time that's including timing, honest opinion about the job, pricing, and cleaning after.
Thank you for letting me know that it's just a snake job instead of changing the whole line like what others told me. Thank you for coming to me and telling me that ""mam, this job didn't take time as much as I expected"" so you let me pay less than what you asked for""
I just have one complaint. Say yes for soda or agree to eat sweets next time because it's hard for an old lady to do review.

They were just awful. The technician looked at our leak and said that he needed to order the part. So he left. I never heard back from him about the part. I called and they just gave me the runaround about where the part was and when they would be able to fix the leak. They never called back. I called three more times and they still gave me the runaround. I called my warranty company and complained. I told them never to send that company to me again!

Insurance dispatched Premium One Plumbing to fix the leak under the sink. This company called the same day to set up an appointment and the leak was fixed two days later. They came on time, worked quickly, and left no mess after repairs. Thank you!

This company was sent to us by the insurance company. We had, what appeared to be, a leak on the outside wall behind our kitchen. The guy said there was definitely a leak in the pipes and that to fix the pipe, we would need to break through the outside stucco wall. He also said insurance would not pay for any of this because he was reporting that is was a pre-existing condition (which is patently absurd). We hired another plumber for a second opinion without going through insurance. He informed us that our dishwasher was leaking. Period. There was no plumbing issue at all, and unlike the first guy. He actually crawled under the house into the crawlspace to confirm and check the pipes, and surrounding structures. Everything was fine. We replaced the dishwasher and everything resolved. Incompetent or fraudulent...you decide.
