They were just awful. The technician looked at our leak and said that he needed to order the part. So he left. I never heard back from him about the part. I called and they just gave me the runaround about where the part was and when they would be able to fix the leak. They never called back. I called three more times and they still gave me the runaround. I called my warranty company and complained. I told them never to send that company to me again!

Insurance dispatched Premium One Plumbing to fix the leak under the sink. This company called the same day to set up an appointment and the leak was fixed two days later. They came on time, worked quickly, and left no mess after repairs. Thank you!

This company was sent to us by the insurance company. We had, what appeared to be, a leak on the outside wall behind our kitchen. The guy said there was definitely a leak in the pipes and that to fix the pipe, we would need to break through the outside stucco wall. He also said insurance would not pay for any of this because he was reporting that is was a pre-existing condition (which is patently absurd). We hired another plumber for a second opinion without going through insurance. He informed us that our dishwasher was leaking. Period. There was no plumbing issue at all, and unlike the first guy. He actually crawled under the house into the crawlspace to confirm and check the pipes, and surrounding structures. Everything was fine. We replaced the dishwasher and everything resolved. Incompetent or fraudulent...you decide.

Premium One is so reliable. Called them for a leak and potential major water damage in the walls, and James was here right away. Highly recommend, and James, thank you so much! It helped so much, and saved my upstairs bathroom.

I contacted 3 companies on yelp. None of them called back or responded to my quote-request. I got a hold of Denise. Amazing staff explain everything very well. She booked me in the same day. Ricky and Jose arrived. They installed 3 new toilets for my new home. They went the extra mile an added floor mats all over my hallway to make sure the floor don't get damage or dirty. I am truly happy with their professionalism, work ethic and response time. what a great company to work with. I'll definitely be telling my new neighbors about Premier 1 Plumbing Thank you Ricky and Jose!

These guys came via our home warranty policy to fix our tankless water heater. We were very impressed with their prompt, friendly, efficient service. They even wear shoe coverings walking into your house! Would definitely recommend. Great communication & fast solution to our problem. Five stars across the board right here, folks!

Update: called them again for another issue we had. I was ready to cut holes in a multiple walls to find a leak upstairs. James at premium one was a detective magician & located it much quicker than I would've. He saved me cutting into at least 2 other sections of wall had he not been there. Can't recommend enough. He also fixed our tankless water heater!

James came out to fix a faucet. He was on-time, dressed nicely, respectful of our home(put on protectors over his shoes). I enjoyed conversing with him and his language was clean. He had the right part and was in and out in about an hour. I would recommend him and call him in the future if i need service.

Like the others on here, I was first referred to James at Premium One by AHS Home Warranty. He has fixed several plumbing issues at my house, including my water heater and plunging clogged pipes from my laundry unit. Someone else mentioned this, but I will say again I like that he wears those shoe coverings in my house!! I think that's incredibly courteous! I have actually hired James for private work not covered by the insurance company, and have been extremely pleased. He is always lower and competitive than the ""bigger"" companies. I would suggest you hire him to flush your water heater tank and replace faucets. The only downside is, because he is a smaller company, you have to make appointments weeks in advance (sometimes). Worth it to me if it's not an emergency. If it's an emergency, call Arman at Plumbing Dudes or 911 Plumbing. If it's cosmetic, I call James.
