Total frauds. Plumber gets out of the truck and immediately starts trying to sell me on upgrades and services that I didn't ask for. He showed very little interest in the project I actually called him for. When he finally presented the written estimate, I almost fainted! The bid was close to $2000.00 for a very simple one hour repair. I kicked him out and hired Andre's Pro Plumbing. They did the repair for $225.00. Buyer beware of these slimy up-charge pirates who masquerade as plumbers! FTP.

Our water heater was not working, so I called Sears Home Warranty to place a service call. Sears could not make it out that day, so they sent Premier Plumbing Services.
On Wednesday, December 7, 2022, Ruben from Premier Plumbing Services came out on the service call and determined that we needed a new water heater. Ruben told my husband that we would be responsible of paying an access fee of 335.00. It would cover having them take the new water heater to the second floor, then bring the old water heater down to the first floor and the disposal fee. We understand the disposal fee, which Ruben said was 50.00. We cannot believe we were going to be charged 285.00 to bring the new water heater upstairs so they could install it and bring the old one down! Ruben was not making any changes to it; he was only installing, it exactly where we had it before, with no modifications. Ruben advised my husband that he would have to return on Friday because the water heater was not on stock and would have it by Friday. My husband was told if the water heater would have been in the garage we would not have been charged that access fee. We would only have paid the disposal fee.
I tried to switch companies, but Sears did not let me because Premier Plumbing had already started the service call. On Friday, December 9th, they came to install it. I was unsuccessful in getting someone to help me bring the old water heater down and the new one up stairs. Ruben asked me; "so you really want to move them yourselves?" I replied, "yes". Then he replied, "I can pick up my equipment and will come back later". I agreed, then he proceed to say..."I will go do another service, but I can't guarantee that I will return today and we don't work on the weekends". I replied, "then you pretty much have my back against the wall because I can not be without hot water for another two days... Just do what you have to do".
The new water heater was installed, but Ruben could not get it to ignite. He said he needed to change a part (ignitor) to see if that was the reason that it was not igniting. He changed the part and was able to ignite the water heater. I should not have allowed him replace the part, I should have asked him to replace the entire water heater considering it was supposedly new... but I didn't.
After he left; I was reviewing the receipt more closely, when I noticed that Ruben changed the disposal fee for 50 to 95.00 and lowered the access fee. The total still came out the same 335.00. Then, I remembered Ruben commenting that he should be charging more for the disposal fee. I assume that he changed it so Sears Home Warranty could see his disposal charge.
To top it off, Ruben said to me, as he was walking out of the house, I would not be able to take cold showers. I would rather rent a motel room or go to a friends house to take a hot shower. I replied, unfortunately, we had no choice but to take cold showers.
I believe that we were taken advantage of; due to the fact that our water heater broke during cold weather. I would not recommend this company to anyone. We have reached out to Cinch, who is the company that handles Sears Home Warranty, to put a complaint. If that doesn't work we will look filing a dispute.

We were very pleased with the response time and the communication provided by technician Johnathan. We had two leaks at our rental home and both times he was out and able to handle the job. My parents home ended up having a leak from the toilet and then another in the wall. Again Johnathan to the rescue. He was great in keeping us informed on what was going on and options on the repair.

I will definitely keep Premier plumbing as my number 1 place to call for all my plumbing needs! Austin Cantu was very professional, polite and courteous and also very reasonable prices!!

I have never had to wait to have my plumbing issues fixed! This company is quick, reliable, fair and affordable! I've been working with them for years and they will always be my go to! Austin has been the one in and out of my home throughout the years and my family is so comfortable with him. I highly recommend Premier Plumbing Services!

I would highly recommend them. My hot water heater started leaking and they came right out and told me what was wrong. Because I am retired military they offered a discount on the final price. My insurance paid for the new water heater and I paid for parts and labor. Because I had an unexpected expense they installed the water heater and allowed me to pay for it the following week. They were patient, understanding, friendly, and professional. Shout out to John and his co=worker for giving my family and myself hot water. Lol. I will give them a call the next time I have a plumbing issue.

The initial visit was free of charge & he was able to fix it right away for a great price. Least expensive of all the quotes I received and also the first to respond. He was at my house two hours after I made the initial request. Thank you!

I have finally found my regular plumber. After multiple visits from other plumbers that just did a band aid fix that didn't address the actual source of the problem, Austin came out and immediately started asking questions to fully understand what was going on.
I could tell he really knows his stuff and would be able to diagnose and fix the issue the right way.
The quote I received was what I think is a fair price, and I have every confidence that his work will be top notch.
Stop searching for plumbers and give these guys a call!

The website for this company says, "100% satisfaction guarantee" and " We treat you like family." I guess they haven't cascaded that information down to Austin, the plumber. He was rude from the very beginning, he was meant to assess my water heater at a rental property. Turns out the water was just turned off to the unit. I needed some kind of documentation to present there was no issues found for the water heater. He said, "All I can do is write up an invoice and charge you $89 for that documentation." I told him I didn't understand what the fee was for since an invoice is usally for service done, which he didn't do anything. He got short tempered and said, "Look, I don't have to do any of this. We can go our separate ways and call it a day." I said, no I need that invoice so do what you have to do so I can have that documentation. He asked for my card number over the phone. I asked if there was a more secure way of getting him that information (website or something else) as I just didn't feel comfortable handing out my card info to a stranger over the phone whom I already wasn't having a great relationship with. He didn't like that comment, and decided to hang up on me. Very unprofessional!!! Basically, if you go with Premier Plumbing and the plumber is Austin, cancel the services before he arrives. Sorry Premier Plumbing for the bad review, but your plumbers are an extension of your type of customer service.

Was not affordable. The work was good my issue was very minor and the technician was good.
I needed two copper pressure fittings, one shutoff valve, and 8 inches of pex plumbing, about $40 in parts and 15-20 mins of work accomplished in an easy to access area with no obstacles. Got quoted at $350 not including the $65 service call I paid prior to them coming ($415). After pleading with the technician he applied the $65 service call fee to the $350 quote.
I was in a bind having no running water in my house for about a week (sudden winter pandemic) so my options were limited and I needed water, so I paid hoping I could work this out further, however they are now not returning my calls....
So if your like me and you value your hard earned money be sure to shop around before settling on Premier plumbing.
