We had a plumbing emergency (that I caused with a post hole digger!) at about 12:30 today. A call to Premier Plumbers had the extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly team of Adam and Zack here within an hour, and they had the leak fixed and the plumbing operational, at an extraordinarily reasonable cost. What I thought was going to be a nightmare of epic proportions turned into a big nothing thanks to Premier, Adam and Zack. Thanks, all!

I called Premier Plumbers and got an hourly price quote on a toilet seal. Brian was the plumber sent, and he said he had 20 years of toilet experience. The toilet took a double seal, and the installation took longer than average, BUT I watched Brian most every minute. He also spent about 20 minutes helping us troubleshoot a washlet on a different toilet before leaving. His bill, including parts, was $280, and he was here for about two hours. Brian was very efficient, and his charge was well worth his time, vs. an average of $200. Mine was a difficult prior seal to remove and Brian had no problem..

Our HOA got a scheduled appointment for Monday 10-12. PP was a no show. HOA called the office and they couldn't find the appointment. They said they would call back, no call but Scott arrived Unprepared and uninformed. He took a video and left. Tuesday, Kelly showed up at 1pm. No call from PP but Thankfully we were home. He was professional and diagnosed the problem. Wednesday Scott (from Monday) shows up without a call to diagnose the problem. Told him Kelly had been here and done it. It's now 10 days later and no scheduled appointment. We have visitors coming and no shower! The office staff does not return calls. When they answer the phone they have been rude and unhelpful. Today, I was promised by Kac to be on the schedule for Monday and she would call by 3pm with a firm time. No call again! Called and spoke to rude Sarah who lied about sending a tech two days prior and we weren't there. We were never told anyone was coming that day. She then changed the story to they hadn't received approval from the HOA until Wednesday. I was promised to be on the schedule for Monday but the schedu would not be firm until the owner returned at 5. she promised a call to confirm the time. No call. At 4:55pm I called and i was told the schedule for Monday was set and they couldn't put me on it. I have NEVER had to work with such rude, incompetent and unprofessional office staff. I would not recommend.

This may or may not be my first Premier Plumbers review on yelp but it is certainly not my first Premier Plumbers review. This time is for Mike Rose. In addition to excellent work, his attitude and professionalism sets him apart. It is very refreshing dealing with someone of Mike's character and quality. Thanks for having him on the team

They came last week, said look this clog is pretty much fine now. All they did was look into a camera. Four 5 days later today, same exact issue, all toilets backing up, and water clogging into our shower. I called another plumbing company today that showed up right away, since we couldn't use any of our downstairs bathrooms. He said they didn't look deep enough, and that they should have at least cleared out the rest of the clog, which this company didn't. The people were nice, but I won't use this company again.

This is another review for Premier Plumbing. This time I was home alone and also unwell following a recent surgery. Chip came to the house to work on a reverse osmosis system. He arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. He knew I was not feeling well and worked skillfully and quietly. He cleaned up afterwards and the kitchen area was spotless after he left. Chip was extremely kind and very considerate and I was so grateful. I felt safe and comfortable being alone in the house with him considering I was unwell. Premier Plumbing seem to go above and beyond when hiring their employees. Chip is another great asset to their team! Nice job!

Premier was the plumbing Sub contractor used by my GC on a total renovation of my Siesta Key Condo. Although I had all kinds of problems with my GC and most of his other sub contractors, Premier was outstanding!!! They totally repiped the entire condo consisting of 4 bathrooms, kitchen, bar & Laundry room. They completed the job in phases, and always showed up when scheduled & ON TIME!!! Various crews worked on my project and all were courteous, neat & professional. Had 1 minor issue, which upon notifying them, came out the next day & resolved the problem. Top Notch service, quality work, at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Premier Plumbers for your plumbing needs. Thanks guys!!!!

David and Ricky came out to our place yesterday to replace a hot water heater. The old water heater was wedged between a giant freezer and a utility sink . They managed to pull out the old water heater and install the new one with no problem. David and Ricky were professional and polite, Premier charged a fare price. The whole experience from scheduling the appointment with Sarah to the installation was great, I will definitely use Premier again.

I couldn't believe they were able to track down the source of the sewer smell in our store so quickly! Great job! They are definitely now the only plumbing company I will ever use.
