They came last week, said look this clog is pretty much fine now. All they did was look into a camera. Four 5 days later today, same exact issue, all toilets backing up, and water clogging into our shower. I called another plumbing company today that showed up right away, since we couldn't use any of our downstairs bathrooms. He said they didn't look deep enough, and that they should have at least cleared out the rest of the clog, which this company didn't. The people were nice, but I won't use this company again.

This is another review for Premier Plumbing. This time I was home alone and also unwell following a recent surgery. Chip came to the house to work on a reverse osmosis system. He arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. He knew I was not feeling well and worked skillfully and quietly. He cleaned up afterwards and the kitchen area was spotless after he left. Chip was extremely kind and very considerate and I was so grateful. I felt safe and comfortable being alone in the house with him considering I was unwell. Premier Plumbing seem to go above and beyond when hiring their employees. Chip is another great asset to their team! Nice job!

Premier was the plumbing Sub contractor used by my GC on a total renovation of my Siesta Key Condo. Although I had all kinds of problems with my GC and most of his other sub contractors, Premier was outstanding!!! They totally repiped the entire condo consisting of 4 bathrooms, kitchen, bar & Laundry room. They completed the job in phases, and always showed up when scheduled & ON TIME!!! Various crews worked on my project and all were courteous, neat & professional. Had 1 minor issue, which upon notifying them, came out the next day & resolved the problem. Top Notch service, quality work, at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Premier Plumbers for your plumbing needs. Thanks guys!!!!

David and Ricky came out to our place yesterday to replace a hot water heater. The old water heater was wedged between a giant freezer and a utility sink . They managed to pull out the old water heater and install the new one with no problem. David and Ricky were professional and polite, Premier charged a fare price. The whole experience from scheduling the appointment with Sarah to the installation was great, I will definitely use Premier again.

I couldn't believe they were able to track down the source of the sewer smell in our store so quickly! Great job! They are definitely now the only plumbing company I will ever use.

Had PP out today again for a faucet and a toilet replacement in the master bath. A great group of people. I spoke to Fred the Service Manager about the job beforehand, and he was very helpful with advice about preparations for their visit. Chip was again here a few minutes early and went right to work. He replaced not only the items that we'd picked up for the job, but the valves and connections that we weren't aware were required for the installations. His attention to detail is impressive! He leaves the work area spotless when he's finished. I wish all of the contractors I have to deal with were as professional as Chip and Premier Plumbing.

My experience with this company is, by far, the best service I have had from the past 4 other plumbing companies I have used. Premier Plumbers is now """"my only"""" plumbing company. I was looking through all the reviews of positives that other people have written. So I called Sarah about a hot water heater problem. Kelly replaced the appliance so fast and left with no mess. Their prices are extremely reasonable. The best thing about this company is their customer service and they make customer satisfaction the number 1 goal. We truly had a credible, reliable and trustworthy plumbing company. I will (and am) recommending Premier Plumbers!!!!

I have only used Premier Plumbing once but I was 100% satisfied with the experience and would definitely call on them again. Sarah was very agreeable when I asked if a repairman could meet me late in the afternoon after work. I was thrilled they accommodated my schedule, even though it meant one of her guys would return to do this job 2+ hrs after they were all sent home for the day. That's unusual. Pricing seemed reasonable. Zane was just great. VERY capable and Fast and knowledgeable. He was clean, polite, efficient and excellent at explaining the problem to me. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend Zane's work to friends.

Awesome staff. Sarah is always great to speak with on the phone and chip is a hard worker. Makes sure it's done and it's right. All the team there have been very helpful and will use them anytime. Highly recommend them to everyone.
