I have left 3 reviews for this place. I had first left a five star review but the AC they fixed had problems less than a day later. Then they came out four more times to fix it and it didn't work so then I changed my review to a 1 star. After coming out for the 5th time they found out something they did made the compressor explode- but the owner of the company did come out because of it and he offered to either refund us everything or put in a whole new system for free so they did put in a whole new system for free and everything seems to be working great now. I appreciate their effort to make things right. Five stars

I had my air conditioner quit on me after 18 years of service after Hurricane Irma. I called 4 places for quotes. Two showed up and a third quoted me a low price over the phone. One of the other companies sent a sales guy dressed nicely and looked as if he had never worked on a system in his life. He took tons of measurements, removed the duct-work around my bad unit, was taking photos of the inside and outside unit, opened the interior and exterior circuit breaker boxes, had his laptop and portable printer out....the who 9 yards. Big dog and pony show. Price was outrageous. Premier said they would come out. Prior to their arrival, I got a text message with a photo of the guy coming and an estimated time. He was a little late but what service in this state is punctual? That's so 80's and 90's. He arrived as friendly and personable as can be. He was a technician/sales guy. He understood my concerns with selling my house and not wanting the most extravagant unit that is out there. I needed something that turns on and can pass an inspection. He took very minimal measurements inside and took a peak at the outside unit. He didn't have with him a mobile corporation or bring his own personal desk and chair. He stepped outside for a few moments and came back with a price that was reasonable. I told him I would get back with them after the other quotes came in. Their quote was middle of the road but I felt very comfortable with the company. I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride. There were no pushy sales tactics used. I called the company back and asked for a lower price which they honored. I was set for a date of my chosing a week later. It could have been sooner but I did not want it sooner. On installation day, I again received a text (no photos) saying they would be there soon. They were more punctual (but they had a window so they were within the window). They guys looked a little """"rough"""" at 1st but they were very, very professional and friendly. They didn't slack off and they put stuff down to protect the areas. One guy was outside, one inside and I feel like they maximized their potential while here. It was supposed to be a 5 hour job. I think they did it in about 4 hours. The guy said to give it about 1 degree per 15 minutes to cool and I will tell you what, he was spot on. I didn't have to pick up a single screw, piece of tape, nothing. They asked for nothing and needed nothing. The unit is what I expected. It turns on an is cold. They said they will be back in 6 months and 12 months for a complimentary tune-up. I don't think you can go wrong with them. And the people that answered the phones the 3 or so times I called (from pre sale, post sale, and a question after the installation) all I received was prompt courteous service.

After coming out of the hospital into a Florida Heatwave my joy was tempered by the fact that our air conditioning did not work the text who swore they were coming out never came and when we called this company, Adrian younge showed up. He looked at the outside unit he climbed into the attic he took many many pictures and then sat down with us to show and explain what the pictures were to give us the options on repair Etc. He went back to get a part that he needed return to our house and then work till 11:30 at night to make sure we had a type or form of air conditioning with all this, his white shirt never got wrinkled or dirty. it was amazing. he fixed it quickly expeditiously and it still works. I would recommend this company for any type of air conditioning repair or installation

The review states I am from CA. I am located in Melbourne, FL If you are getting a routine service, this is a good company for that. Service tech is very polite and personable as well as the techs. However, Read on.... We had an A/C unit go out in our condo. The condo is surrounded by a unit above us and on both sides. The only exterior wall is to the patio. Our space is less than 1700 Sq Ft. We called this company because we needed a speedy repair/service done since the A/C was completely out. The address and phone number lead us to believe Premier was in the local area, NOT. They arrived on scene late in the day. After doing some preliminary tests, they decided we needed to replace the entire system. They started the next day, replacing the wrong condenser unit. The one they removed belonged to the condo above us. He was not happy.... This company had to chase after the one they removed, from Orlando, and bring it back. The techs were wondering why they kept feeling an electrical shock when they were disconnecting it. They did not use two-way radio or cell phones to communicate. The person outside kept going in and out of the condo to pass on what he was or was not seeing. Our condo is in the center building that has 10 condo units. The upper level condos are serviced by 5-condenser units on the east end of the building while the lower units (one of ours) is serviced by the units located on the west end. The building is about 175 feet long. After the third day, they got the new unit installed but then the unit went off line. It was determined that the underground coolant lines were leaking. We were hesitant to hire this company to replace the lines, because of the problems noted above. Additionally, we learned the crew was being sent from West Palm Beach, FL and NOT from in the Viera / local area, as indicated by their address in the search for a reputable A/C company. As a result, we were given time frame of 2-3hrs when the techs would arrive. We thought this was a timeframe they would be on-site. WRONG.... It was an expected arrival time. To add to the aggravation, the crew was always late. It was after the 2-3 hour time envelope. In consideration of the above, had little confidence this company was capable of providing a realistic price and technical competence to replace a 75-80 ft copper set underground, so we sought another company, by recommendation of the condo association. The new company came out and found the heat-pump circuit to the condenser unit was not even connected! They also found another control sensor on the inside (evaporator-air handler) unit was installed in the wrong location. Did I mention Premier quoted a unit that was seriously oversized for our unit? They installed a 3-ton unit where a 2-ton would perform better. As a result the humidity levels, while bearable, are higher than they would be with the smaller unit. Premier did provide a quote for installing the new coper line set, to be just under $2,000.00. The local company that the association recommended cost a little of $900.00. A no brainer. AND they were the ones who discovered heat pump was not connected and miss-located sensor. I know this because I was on site the entire time when both companies were present and I have several years in construction management. Stay away from Premier!!! MAKE SURE, who you hire is from the local area and recommended by those in your neighborhood. Due to the time of day and urgency and the fact our tenant was without A/C, we took a chance that turned out to be a poor choice!

Jason was great..really went above and beyond to help me with left over plumbing issues. Bought a tankless water heater on line ..BIG MISTAKE..Jason helped me to get hot water in my kitchen, which was a major problem. Ask for Jason, and NEVER buy a tankless water heater. He's great, Rinnai should be out of business.

After the disasterous failure of our air conditioner in the Florida heat I called Premier Comfort for help. They came the same day and dispatched a technician Adrian Young to fix the problem. Adrien was one of the best techs I have ever dealt with. He fixed the system so it cooled the house again. Additionally he provided several options with costs for the repair. He then took a series of pictures that explained the problem in detail and sent them to me the same day. He also stayed until 11:30 at night to complete the job.He was the consumate professional and was always keeping us informed about the progress on the job. Anyone else would have left my disabled wife in the heat and completed the job the next day but not Adrian. This is a great tech and a wonderful company to deal with and they are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

we have an appt yesterday @3:30. At 6 that evening no show, no calls. There is no way inspections can be completed in the dark. When I called the operator asked if I wanted to cancel the appt., which I did. we originally had a morning appt then we were called saying you had to change our appt to afternoon. I agreed. then a little @ 6 I called and got a recording saying the working hours are until 6. So I called another number and a lady answered and said do you want to cancel? Well yes since working hours had come to an end. When I first made the appt. it was for morning and another one the next day in the morning also. when she called to reschedule I asked if there was a technician that could service the A/C and the electrical system at the same time. She told me there wasnt anyone employed that could do both. This is the first time this is happened and in the past we didnt have to be home for the service. what is going on there? We are unsatisfied with the response we received.

Premier Comfort Services is an AMAZING a/c service company! A/C was out at my house, in July with 100 degree heat index days. Yikes! I called Premier Comfort, they fit me in that day and they had the part that went bad in my unit with them ... no wait, immediate fix! Premier Comfort Services is reliable, trustworthy and completely competent. Call them first!

SCAM RIPOFF I was offered a free tune up / checkup for two homes one for my home and one for my EX wife's home. We had the same tech. One unit is 1 year old the other is 2 years old. I was told at my home the capacitor was bad and he quoted me $450.00 to replace it. I knew that was too much so I called two other companies, one quoted $159 the other said from $150 to $250 both included service call parts and labor. I had the $159.00 company come out and he said the capacitor was fine so I was charged $89 for the service call and diagnosis. At my Ex wife's house the first thing he said without knowing the square footage of the home is your unit is too small you need a larger unit. Then he found in the evaporator section a small piece of foil that covers some insulation coming lose, she texted me the picture, I said he can just pull the foil over and use duct tape to keep it in place. While on speaker phone I heard him say you cant use duct tape there is a """"SPECIAL AC GLUE"""" she asked how much and he said $400 See photo for the $400 scam repair. Then he went to the compressor and came back with your unit has a BAD CAPACITOR. She told him you said the same thing to my EX husband. He got upset and yelled ARE YOU CALLING ME A LIAR. She got scared of this guy as he is a big guy with now a bad attitude. HORRIBLE RUDE RIPOFF COMPANY. I tried talking o the office but they just had excuses. He also wrote the unit is over 5 years old on a one year old unit.

The price was utterly outrageous - $300/hour for the work he did. We bought this place in August and within a month the AC in our garage was peeing on the floor, which means the drain pipe is plugged. I called the name on the system, who had installed it a couple of years before. They were incredibly good communicators, keeping me updated on someone getting here, and the guy who showed up was fine. But after looking things over, he quoted a surprisingly high price, and I felt I had no choice, so I took it. He worked on it for about 75 minutes, $375, and when you average that out, it's $300/hour. Those are corporate lawyer rates! As I said, outrageous. On top of that he tried several times to talk us into a contract, which would have had no impact on the cost of that service call. Then the pipe plugged again a month later. My wife poured a couple of cups of vinegar into the pipe, left it for a couple of hours, and it opened up. So if you have lots of money to burn, and just want really nice people, this is the company for you!
